Pyro goes off inside Madison Square Garden. After showing several shots of the crowd and their signs, we head to ringside at the UWL commentary booth with Frank Archer and Mac Raines. Frank Archer: Good evening ladies and gentlemen! And welcome to Wrestlefest IV!!! Mac Raines: Do you feel that Frankie!?! Frank Archer: It's electric in here tonight, and for good reason! Nine incredible matches. Four UWL Championships to be decided. Mac Raines: We're at the biggest event in UWL history, in the Worlds Most Famous Arena, with the greatest card in wrestling history! Frank Archer: It promises to be a great night for sure. Headlined by the big one. Gunner Hughes puts his UWL World Championship on the line against Alex Castellanos! Mac Raines: Gunner Hughes is human. We finally learned that, thanks to Beck Ramsey. He's the champ again, but for how long? He's beatable, and Alex Castellanos is quite arguably his greatest challenger ever. This is gonna be off the charts. Frank Archer: And of course we have Gaia Galanos defending her Ladies World Title against Magdalena Waechter. Gaia Galanos, the 2014 Female Wrestler of the Year has taken on all comers, but Magdalena Waechter is unlike any other. Her unique style could be what it takes to dethrone the champion. Mac Raines: Not likely Frankie. Gaia and her man shoulders are unstoppable. Frank Archer: Well that's not very nice. She's beautiful and can kick your ass. Mac Raines: I'd like to see her try. Frank Archer: Me too... Moving on, we have two other title matches. Mac Raines: That Vanilla Midget's dumb lucky streak ends tonight. I don't know which one it'll be, but either Corey Bull or Muhammad Murder will take home the American Heavyweight Championship. That, I can promise. Frank Archer: We also have a ladder match for the vacant UWL Junior-Heavyweight Championship. Vincent Jericho, and the man that buried Tony Miranda alive, Jack Waters. Mac Raines: The only thing stopping either man from rewritting history is a 12 foot tall ladder Frankie. I'm ready for this one. Frank Archer: We also have an NAW Showcase tag team match between the Lost Family and The Jeckels. What's your prediction for that match Mac? Mac Raines: Creepiness. Frank Archer: Good guess. All this and more, here tonight. And we're going to get started with a Ladies Triple Threat Match! ----------------------------------------------------- ![]() "Holla Back Girl" by Gwen Stefani plays in the arena, Nicki Vaughn appears on the stage, she places her hand on her forehead and scans the crowd. Keith Williams: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to UWL's Wrestlefest IV! This is our opening contest! It is a triple threat match and is scheduled for ONE fall... Introducing first, representing WMW... Hailing from Edmonton, Alberta... NIKKI VAUGHN!!! Nikki Vaughn walks towards the ring she slaps hands with the fans, then walks up the ring steps, she slowly steps through the ropes. She climbs the ropes and claps her hands. Frank Archer: Nikki Vaughn is focused tonight. She has been working hard in Women of Miami Wrestling, and has the chance to win the WMW Championship. But tonight, she must focus on her opponents. Pink and silver lights come on as "Last Ride of the Day" by Nightwish hits the PA. Jessica Robertson comes out in a pink tank top and silver pants and boots and walks down the ramp, little regard for the fans. Keith Williams: Introducing her opponents.... First, from Seattle, Washington... JESSICA ROBERTSON!!! Robertson gets in the ring and immediately poses for the crowd, boos floating her way. The boos do not faze her though as Jessica begins stretching, using the ropes. Frank Archer: Jessica Robertson made her UWL return at Ascension, and came up short in the battle royal. But she seems ready tonight. Mac Raines: .... Woah. Frank Archer: What? Mac Raines: I think I took one too many valiums today. Do those two look a like? Frank Archer: Who? Mac Raines: Vaughn and Robertson. Frank Archer: Well... they have similar hair styles... Mac Raines: I dunno Frankie. They look like twins. As Mac Raines stares at the two women, the awesome sounds of a Curse Icon's Down reverberates across the PA system in all of it's epicness, serenading the eardrums of all in listening distance. The crowd commences to clap along with the music. Strong with the force, Flame Puppy jumps out from behind the curtains into the loving embrace of cheers from the crowd. "COOOME OOOON!" Flame Puppy shouts to no one in particular while clinching her fist and biting her bottom lip. She makes her way down towards the ring, running her fingers through her hair a bit, and looking scared yet determined all the same. Keith Williams: From Austin, Texas... Representing ACE... This... Is... FLAME PUPPY!!! Once close in, Flame Puppy takes a moment to get really close to the camera lens to either tell random reddit shower thoughts or what she had at IHOP earlier that day while taunting. She makes her way around the ring swiftly with the cameraman close behind, elbow, fist bumping, and minor fraternizing with all the fans who were lucky enough to get first row seats. Frank Archer: This crowd is in love with Flame Puppy Mac. Mac Raines: I swear they are twins... Frank Archer: Let it go Mac. Depending on who's available, Flame Puppy takes a crowd member's camera and cheesy smile selfie before giving it back to them. Once completed with half her lap, she jumps up on the apron, and looks back at the crowd in a crouch while giving a cute roar in her beanie cap. As her purposely annoying music dies down, Flame uses the ring ropes to stretch. Frank Archer: Got a prediction for this match? And don't say they are twins... Mac Raines: Jessica Robertson is a veteran. She has seen it all. DING DING!! Frank Archer: And Wrestlefest is officially underway! The three women are hesitant to come out of their corners. Finally, Nikki Vaughn is the first to make a move. She goes after Flame Puppy, but gets a forearm to the face for her troubles. Jessica Robertson comes over and rakes the eyes of Flame Puppy, but is then met with a back kick from Vaughn right in the mid section. Robertson doubles over in pain, then is sent through the ropes and crashes to the floor. Vaughn then turns her attention back to Flame Puppy, who is still blinded. She has her in the corner and begins working her over. Frank Archer: Nikki Vaughn has a strategy. She has isolated Flame Puppy and will not allow Robertson to get back in the ring. Archer is right. While Vaughn is beating down Flame Puppy, she has one eye on Robertson. Everytime Jessica attempts to get in the ring, she is met with either a foot to the face or a knee into the side, sending her back down to the floor. Robertson manages to roll in once, only to be sent flying through the ropes again. This time, she lands hard on her shoulder, keeping her down. Mac Raines: She's a genius! And a twin... Frank Archer: Enough Mac! The distraction of Robertson has allowed Flame Puppy to recover. Vaughn charges at her in the corner, only to taste knee pads. Vaughn staggers away, and Flame Puppy hops onto the middle turnbuckle. She leaps off and connects a bulldog! She pins... One... Two... Kickout... Flame Puppy brings Vaughn up and rocks her with forearms before turning to hit the ropes. She is tripped up by Jessica, who causes her to land face first. Robertson yanks Puppy under the bottom rope and drops her to the floor. Robertson rolls into the ring and measures a wobbly Nikki Vaughn. She connects with a boot to the gut, then drops her with a suplex. She also gets a nearfall on Vaughn. Mac Raines: The strategy worked for a few minutes, but now Nikki Vaughn is on the defensive Frankie. Frank Archer: Robertson is finally in the ring and is taking it to Nikki Vaughn. Robertson allows Vaughn to get to her feet, and backs her to the ropes. She sends Vaughn darting across the ring with an irish whip. On the return, Vaughn outsmarts the veteran, who ducked too early. Vaughn kicks Robertson in the chest, then connects a dropkick. Both women are down, but scurry to their feet. Robertson misses a clothesline and Vaughn takes off running. She hits the ropes, then leaps into the air with a shoulder block. Robertson side steps and Vaughn crashes hard onto the mat. Robertson sets Vaughn up for a DDT, but Nikki spins out of it and drops Robertson with a side Russian legsweep. Vaughn pins... One... Two... Kickout... Frank Archer: Nikki Vaughn hanging in with the veteran. She's outsmarting her right now. Mac Raines: Well yeah... She's her twin afterall. Frank Archer: For the love of God Mac. You've ran the joke dry. Let it go. Move on! Mac Raines: Nah. I've got two more at least. Frank Archer lets out a sigh as Nikki Vaughn brings Robertson to her feet. Jessica slows her down with a back elbow to the midsection, taking the breath out of her. Robertson hits a very impressive Exploder Suplex, but before she can make a pin attempt, Flame Puppy has reached the apron, and springs off the top rope and nearly takes off Robertson's head with a missle dropkick! Mac Raines: FLYING PUPPY!!! The crowd roars as Flame Puppy gets to her feet. Robertson tries to punch her, but Flame Puppy counters with a Judo throw. Make that two... Make that three. Finally, with Robertson winded, Flame Puppy sends her down with a leaping head scissor takedown. Robertson rolls out of the ring for safety. Unfortunately, she's not too safe out there. Flame Puppy has her target acquired and begins getting a head of steam. But Nikki Vaughn greets her with a clothesline. Vaughn quickly pins... One... Two... Kickout... Vaughn brings Puppy up by the hair, but Flame Puppy retaliates with a Roundhouse Kick that was so sudden, the crowd lets out a shocked "ooohhh!" as Vaughn stumbles back and falls through the middle and bottom rope, to the floor and right next to Jessica Robertson. The crowd begins to rise, quickly as they can see what's shaping up. Vaughn and Robertson are getting to their feet as Flame Puppy hits the ropes, and comes blazing across the ring, and connecting with an insane suicide dive, crashing into her opponents. All three women lay on the floor as the crowd goes wild! Mac Raines: ANOTHER FLYING PUPPY!!! Frank Archer: Flame Puppy taking a HUGE chance and it pays off big time! She is feeding off this New York crowd. Mac Raines: Hey Frankie... Two twins with one stone. Frank Archer: ......... Slowly, but surely, Flame Puppy gets to her feet, holding her head a little. She grabs Jessica Robertson and rolls her into the ring. Flame Puppy is slow to follow up, a bit groggy after the dive. This is all the opportunity Robertson needed. At the right time, she strikes and connects with a deadly superkick that shocks everyone. Robertson quickly pins... One... Two... Thr-Kickout!!! Frank Archer: Robertson NEARLY stole it right there. Mac Raines: That superkick knocked the orange out of Flame Puppy's hair! Robertson scoops Puppy up, then slams her down with a bodyslam and follows up with a legdrop. She then follows up with a standing moonsault and remains on top of Flame Puppy for a pinfall. One... Two... Kickout... Robertson stays in control, but Flame Puppy is a fighter. She tries punching Robertson in the abdomen, but there isn't much force and Robertson shrugs it off. Flame Puppy then swings for the face, but Robertson ducks and goes behind. She awes the crowd with a textbook German suplex, and bridges for the pin. One... Two... Thre-Save by Nikki Vaughn... Frank Archer: That might have been three right there if it wasn't for Nikki Vaughn making the save. Nikki breaks up the pin by taking a clean shot at the exposed midsection of Robertson. Vaughn brings Robertson to her feet and backs her to the ropes. She shoots her off with an irish whip, but Robertson reverses and sends Vaughn across the ring, hitting the ropes. On the return, Vaughn is one step ahead of the veteran and takes her down with a spinning facebuster with a handful of hair! Mac Raines: Holy cow! Face first! That may be a broken nose! Robertsons eyes begin to water as she checks on her nose, slowly getting to her feet. Vaughn connects with a curb stomp! The crowd rises as she rolls a lifeless Robertson over and hooks the leg... Frank Archer: This is it! One... Two... Thre-Save by Flame Puppy... Frank Archer: A last second save by Flame Puppy! Mac Raines: If that nose wasn't broken by the facebuster, it damn sure is now after that wicked curb stomp! Frank Archer: Nikki Vaughn giving it everything she has tonight! Flame Puppy made the save, but is still recovering from the german suplex. Vaughn turns her attention to Flame Puppy and sets her up for a suplex. She can't quite get Flame Puppy over, as Puppy blocks it. A second attempt offers the same result. After another block, Flame Puppy catches Vaughn off guard with a small package. One... Two... Thr-Kickout... Both women hustle to their feet and Flame Puppy rocks Vaughn with a stiff elbow to the jaw. Then another. Then another... Vaughn is down to her knees as Flame Puppy continues to rock her with elbows. Finally, she allows her victim to fall, and Vaughn is out cold. Mac Raines: .... Well that was effective. Frank Archer: Nikki Vaughn is unconcious right now. Flame Puppy looks to be in control, but is spun around by Robertson... Frank Archer: HARMONIOUS FEAR! Robertson hits her trademark sitout facebuster and the crowd rises as she rolls Puppy over and hooks the leg... One... Two... Thre-KICKOUT! Mac Raines: WHAT!?! Frank Archer: No one's ever doubted Flame Puppy's toughness, but that was unbelievable. Jessica Robertson can't believe it, but doesn't dwell too long. She grabs Flame Puppy by the hair and leads her to the turnbuckle. After a wake up call kind of slap, she lifts Flame Puppy up and has her sitting on the top turnbuckle. Robertson begins climbing the top rope with her, looking for a superplex, but Flame Puppy fights her off and shoves her down to the mat. Flame Puppy is trying to get in position on the top rope, but Robertson is quickly up, and hits the ropes, causing Puppy to lose her balance and straddle the turnbuckle. Mac Raines: That hurts any gender folks. Robertson is about to try a superplex again, but is rolled up from behind by Nikki Vaughn! One... Two... Thre-KICKOUT! Frank Archer: That was close! That was perhaps, Vaughn's last ditch effort. As she gets to her feet, she is met by a clothesline by Robertson. Robertson brings Vaughn to her feet and goes behind. She's looking for the Rebel Yell (Glam Slam) but Vaughn is squirming, not allowing Jessica to lift her. Robertson gives up and settles for a German Suplex, that Nikki Vaughn LANDS! But Vaughn lands awkwardly and hurts her knee. Mac Raines: That didn't look good. Frank Archer: Vaughn's knee is hurt and Robertson is striking! Jessica Robertson wastes no time. She takes the knee out from under Vaughn and quickly applies the Vicious Rebel (Figure Four). Mac Raines: This is it! She's gonna snap that leg in half! Frank Archer: Nikki Vaughn has nowhere to go! Nikki Vaughn is holding on for dear life, pleading for an escape... and she gets one... Because out of nowhere, Flame Puppy comes flying into screen, off the top rope with the IHOP Drop (flying elbow) onto the chest of Jessica Robertson! Mac Raines: What the what!?!?! The crowd errupts as Flame Puppy crawls onto Robertson and barely hooks a leg... One... Two... Three!!! Frank Archer: It's over! "Down" By Curse Icon plays as the crowd is standing and applauding. The referee helps Flame Puppy to her feet and raises her arm in victory. Keith Williams: Here is your winner... FLAAAAAMMMMMEE PUUUUUPPYYYYYY!!! Frank Archer: What an incredible way to kick off Wrestlefest! Mac Raines: Three great athletes, and Flame Puppy survived. Frank Archer: You came up one twin joke short partner. Mac Raines: .... Shut up Frank. Your bald ass has a twin. It's called a penis. Frank Archer: That wasn't even clever. Mac Raines: Pfft... Whatever. Frank Archer: We'll be back! ----------------------------------------------------- UWL Reporter, Courtney Alexander is backstage. Alexander: I'm backstage right now with one of the competitors in the triple threat match for the UWL American Heavyweight Title. The Hatrebringer Corey Bull from North Atlantic Wrestling. Corey, how are you feeling for the match tonight. Bull towers over the interviewer, a grin on his face and his arms crossed as he answers Bull: Feel pretty good. We are looking forward to this battle and taking the title home to NAW. Alexander: One of your opponents is the Vanilla Midget and he said you would be a bad champion, that you don't even seem to want the belt. Bull: Well that is the words of a man that is struggling to accept his fate. You see, we WILL take that title home to NAW. We want to strap it around our waist and show it to the world. How can you not want to. It's got American right in its name! Now if you break the name down one more step, it says Heavyweight in it and neither of our opponents is a heavyweight. A true American Heavyweight needs to defend this title and we want that honor and will stop at nothing to make it happen. Alexander: Your other opponent... Bull: Is a babbling hobo. Look, we understand what it is we are up against. A man that has his brains as scrabbled as we do and another man that has proven his size is not an issue in his battles. We get that. That is why we told them both, it won't be our size that wins this, but the mental game we are prepared to play. This is fate gentlemen, and we use that term loosely. Courtney looks at Bull oddly. Bull: We mean the gentlemen part. Fate has deemed us to be the next American Heavyweight Champion and we are going to make sure that happens. Come hook or crook, our fans will always be behind us. We are the thing that people warn you about. The undeniable truth of your reality. The poison of your past...the plague of your future. We are going to make this a massacre and then, then we walk back into North Atlantic Wrestling with the United Wrestling League American Heavyweight title on our waist. Bull looks at the interviewer, then walks out of scene Alexander: A very determined and aggressive Corey Bull tonight. There is no way you could pay me enough to be in that ring tonight. Back to you guys. ----------------------------------------------------- ![]() “Last of the Real” by Stone Sour blasts out over the pa system as the audience jump to their feet and cheer, the certain is pulled aside as Travis Dane steps through in a chauvinistic way, standing on the stage and posing flamboyantly. Keith Williams: Ladies and gentlemen, the following is a tag team contest. Representing Outlaw Championship Wrestling... Weighing in today at 220 pounds, hailing from East London in the United Kingdom, He is the homebreaker…TRAVIS…DANE! Frank Archer: Travis Dane is a newcomer to OCW, but does have quite a following, and one heck of an upside. Mac Raines: Why does he call himself The Homebreaker? Frank Archer: Well, I guess introduce him to your wife and find out. Mac Raines: Oh we're split up. Frank Archer: Wasn't this your fourth marriage? Mac Raines: Yeah. She caught me with my last wifes new step daughter. Frank Archer: You are disgusting. Mac Raines: Hey she's nineteen Frankie. Nine-fucking-teen. Worth it. Travis strolls down the aisle, slapping the hands of nearby fans, walking around to the steps and climbing up to the ring apron. He walks along and stands near the middle, holding the top rope in both his hands as he faces the crowd, he smiles and says something the camera cannot pick up. Travis turns and climbs through the ropes, walking across the ring and climbs up to the second rope, posing as only Travis Dane can before leaping down off the turnbuckle and walking over to his corner as his music fades away. Travis takes his hooded vest jacket off and hands it to the ring attendant. Keith Williams: And his tag team partner, in this OCW vs ACE challenge... The lights in the arena go out, followed by the guitars blaring through the pa system. Multi-colored lights flash with the beat of the song and after a moment, Jonny Cedrone comes walking through the curtains. The crowd boos at the sight of him as he gives them all a cocky smirk. He walks down the aisle, badmouthing the fans along the way. Keith Williams: From Las Vegas, Nevada... Weighing in at 240 pounds... "The Franchise" JONNY CEDRONE!!! Mac Raines: Now this is a guy I can respect! Once he reaches the ring, Cedrone climbs the steps, makes a few steps, wipes his feet then makes his way through the ropes. Once inside the ring, Jonny climbs to each middle turnbuckle and agitates the crowd even more before standing in his corner, waiting for the start of the match. Frank Archer: It will be very interesting to see how these two men will get along. We're pretty sure they've never even met up until tonight. Mac Raines: Hey it worked for Castellanos and Harter. Frank Archer: Great point Mac. Midget Saw by Alestorm hits over the PA system as Fizz now rides out on a tricycle. He rolls down the ring in his stylin' trike, before hopping off and waddling towards the ring to a moderately nice reaction from the fans. Keith Williams: Their opponents... First, from Fort Fizz, Ohio... Weighing in at 135 pounds... He... Is... FIZZ!!! Fizz stops before reaching the ring and looks back as his music dies down. Mac Raines: This duo makes even less sense... Pretty Good at Drinking Beer plays over the PA system as KEG makes his way out. He staggers around, nearly tumbling down the rampway. He then walks over to the front row of seats and sits down, grabbing a fans beer and draining the entire bottle. Keith Williams: And his partner... From The Brewery... Weighing in at 222 pounds... KEG!!! Fizz has to help KEG find the ring. The two men get into the ring and their opponents step out, not sure how to go about this unusual duo. Frank Archer: This is going to be a very interesting match. Mac Raines: Can you believe that THIS is the first tag team match that the UWL has hosted since the relaunch? Frank Archer: I did not know that. DING DING!! Jonny Cedrone and an inebriated KEG appear to be starting this match. Cedrone is just staring at KEG, who stands, with his legs stretched out, as if it's to keep him up. Cedrone asks the referee what is going on, and the ref tells him to fight. Dane is telling him to do the same, but Cedrone tells Dane to shut up. Cedrone carefully walks up to KEG who may or may not be concious, standing up in his corner. As Cedrone is focused on KEG, Fizz has climbed on the top rope, and leaps over KEG with a missle dropkick that connects. Cedrone is down and scurries to his feet. Fizz slides out of the ring as Cedrone chases. KEG sneaks behind him and rolls him up... One... Two... Th-Kickout... Mac Raines: How embarassing would that have been? Frank Archer: Never underestimate KEG. Cedrone is confused and gets to his feet. KEG greets him with right hands, then a kick to the gut. He lifts Cedrone up and drops him with a suplex. KEG hits the ropes and comes crashing down with a splash. He has Jonny Cedrone pinned... One... Two... Kickout... Frank Archer: KEG and Fizz have Cedrone reeling early. KEG brings Cedrone up, but Cedrone slows down the momentum with a knee to the midsection. Cedrone rocks KEG with right hands, then whips him across the ring. On the return, Cedrone simply punches KEG in the gut. With KEG doubled over, Cedrone connects with a Russian leg sweep. Cedrone pins... One... Two... Kickout... Frank Archer: While new to OCW and the UWL, Jonny Cedrone is a veteran in the ring, and is a very dangerous individual. Mac Raines: To be honest, it doesn't take the smartest man to out think KEG. The man's reflexes are worse than a dead skunk.... Ironically, that's exactly how he smells. Travis Dane is begging for a tag, and Cedrone actually obliges. He tags in Dane, then yells at him, "Don't screw up!" Travis Dane is taken back by the comment, which gives KEG the distraction he needs. KEG rocks Travis Dane with the Double Shot (two European uppercuts in succession). He leads Dane to the center of the ring by his greasy hair, then hits the ropes. On the return, KEG leaps and takes Dane down with a bulldog. KEG pins... One... Two... Kickout... Mac Raines: Everyone is going for the early pin so far. I think KEG just wants more beer. KEG gets up and reaches out to tag in Fizz. Fizz gets the tag, then hops up each turnbuckle, until he's on the top. KEG drags Dane closer for him, then flies off, connecting with Takin' Care of Fizzness (twisting somersault)! The crowd goes nuts as Fizz pins... One... Two... Th-Save by Cedrone Frank Archer: Fizz is one of the most difficult wrestlers to prepare for. Mac Raines: Well sure. How do you prepare for a guy who doesn't have ankles or wrists? Jonny Cedrone breaks up the pin simply by picking up Fizz and tossing him aside. He yells at Travis Dane to get his crap together before being forced to exit by the referee. Travis Dane is having trouble getting to his feet, as Fizz is already up. Fizz runs at him, but Dane stops him. He puts his hand on Fizz's forehead, making Fizz run in motion. Fizz has a counter though. A stomp on the toes is followed by a nipple twist. He caps it off with a jawbreaker that drops Dane. Mac Raines: Lou Thesz would be proud... Frank Archer: Innovation at its finest by The Fizz. One... Two... Jonny Cedrone with another save Frank Archer: Cedrone does not look happy with Travis Dane. Cedrone tosses Fizz aside, then drags Dane to their corner. He steps out, then quickly tags himself in. When Cedrone steps in, he scoots Dane out of the ring. Cedrone is letting Dane have an earfull, until it bites him in the ass... Literally. Fizz is biting him on the ass. Cedrone hops around, trying to unhinge Fizz's jaw. What he does next does the trick. He simply grabs Fizz and hoists him up into the air, and drops him with a Gorilla Press Slam. Mac Raines: Finally. Jonny Cedrone gains control of this circus show. Frank Archer: I don't think it's neccessary for me to inform you at home that Cedrone has a strength advantage over Fizz. Fizz is unique and easy to overlook, but at the end of the day, power should prevail. Mac Raines: You know what's weird? Fizz is a legit midget... The Vanilla Midget is just some weirdo who is really fucking short. Frank Archer: Why is that weird? Mac Raines: How is a guy THAT short, yet not short enough to be a midget? Frank Archer: Let's just call the action parnter. Cedrone doesn't go for the pin. Instead, he stands on the cankle of Fizz, not allowing him to get away. He grabs Fizz and by simply grabbing him by the shirt, flings him all the way across the ring. Cedrone takes a swing at KEG, which connects, stunning the drunken bastard. Cedrone then turns back to Fizz and connects a devestating running knee lift that connects with Fizz's nose. Fizz collapses and Cedrone makes a very naunchelaunt pin... One... Two... Thr-Save by KEG! Frank Archer: KEG looks irrate! Mac Raines: He must have gotten a wiff of himself. KEG is clobbering on Cedrone, who covers up to protect himself until the ref pulls KEG off of him. With the ref between he and KEG, The Franchise mocks KEG, getting a loud boo from the crowd. When Cedrone turns around, Fizz is standing! And he connects a dropkick to the knee and takes Cedrone down to his level! A simple eye poke has Cedrone blinded. This allows Fizz to get a tag to KEG, who comes right in and connects with the Hardcore Hangover DDT. He pins... One... Two... Th-Kickout... Mac Raines: KEG loves to fight doesn't he? Frank Archer: Absolutely. KEG drops Cedrone with a scoop slam, then turns to shoot off the ropes. Unfortunately, he's stopped by Travis Dane, who trips him from the floor. KEG smacks his face on the mat, and scurries to grab Dane through the ropes. This distraction allows Cedrone to charge and drop all his weight across the neck and throat of KEG, choking KEG with the middle rope. The move seems to have calmed Cedrone down and he tags in Travis Dane. He tells Dane to climb the top rope, then drops KEG with a backbreaker. Travis Dane leaps off with an elbow drop. As Cedrone exits the ring, Dane is pinning KEG. One... Two... Thr-Kickout... Mac Raines: Hey look at that... Teamwork by Dane and Cedrone. Frank Archer: Perhaps they are both tired of the games and have decided to work together, and nerly won the match with an impressive double team. Travis Dane takes control of the match and brings KEG to his feet. He goes for a suplex, but KEG fights it. KEG blocks the suplex and tries his own suplex. Travis Dane shows off his resiliant athleticism and floats over, landing on his feet behind KEG, lifts him up and connects an inverted atomic drop. With KEG hurting, Travis Dane hits the ropes and connects a swinging neckbreaker. Dane pins... One... Two... Th-Save by Fizz Frank Archer: Fizz had to save KEG or that might have been the match right there. Mac Raines: The Homebreaker with a Neckbreaker! Frank Archer: Clever. Mac Raines: Thanks. The Homebreaker says its over and points to the top rope. He takes his time, climbing to the top turnbuckle. He crouches, looking out to the crowd and even winking at an attractive female fan that is ringside. Travis Dane stands tall atop the turnbuckle and flies off with the UED (Ultimate Elbow Drop)! But misses! KEG rolls out of the way just in time! Frank Archer: He missed! Travis Dane took a chance and it did NOT pay off! Mac Raines: Jonny Cedrone will not be happy about this... Both men are down, but begin crawling to their corners. Travis Dane makes the tag to Jonny Cedrone first and Cedrone darts into the ring, grabbing KEG by the ankle before he can make the tag. Fizz hops off the apron and steals a nearby fans beer. He lays it down within reach for KEG and climbs back to the apron. KEG reaches out and grabs the cup, taking a sip, before hopping up to one foot. Cedrone thinks he has KEG at his mercy, but KEG spits out a mist of beer right into his eyes, blinding him. This allows KEG to fall to his corner and Fizz tags himself in! Mac Raines: How was that legal? Frank Archer: How was it possible? Fizz springs off the top rope and simply straddles Cedrone's face, driving him to the mat. Fizz hops up and before Cedrone can get all the way to his feet, grabs him and connects a series of headbutts that has Cedrone woozy. With Cedrone wobbling on his knees, Fizz runs and hits the Fizzy Pop Bulldog! Mac Raines: Wow! Frank Archer: Fizz is pinning! One... Two... Thre-Fizz hops off... Because Travis Dane is coming down with an elbow drop. He misses Fizz and only hits his partner. Mac Raines: Oh no... KEG runs into the ring to take out Travis Dane. He drops him with the Kegbuster (brain buster) and Dane rolls out to the floor. Cedrone is up and spins KEG around. KEG drops him with a Double Shot. KEG then turns his attention back to Dane on the outside. He springs over the top rope and comes crashing down on Dane. Frank Archer: All hell is breaking loose here. Mac Raines: Fizz and Cedrone are the legal men. On the outside, KEG has Dane leaning on the guardrail. He backs up, then sprints and jumps with a Kegsplash, but Dane moves and KEG goes sternum first into the guardrail. Dane simply dumps him over the guardrail, and into the feet of the fans inthe front row. Inside the ring, Fizz has climbed the top rope. The crowd is standing as he leaps off with Fizzness Time! (tadpole splash)... Unfortunately for Fizz and everyone in the crowd, Cedrone rolls out of the way. Fizz hits stomach first onto the mat and crawls around gasping for air. Mac Raines: That's gonna cost him Frankie. Fizz leans on the bottom rope, trying to get air. Travis Dane spots him and shows his flexibility, connecting a superkick! The impact sends Fizz, who is basically out on his feet, stumbling back. Back right into the sights of Jonny Cedrone. Cedrone sends Fizz inside out with a nasty Royal Flush Clothesline. The crowd boos as Cedrone rolls Fizz over and pins him. Forearm to the face for good measure... One... Two... Three!!! The bell sounds as Cedrone's music plays again and he holds his arms up in victory. Travis Dane rolls into the ring and the two share a nod of aknowledgement. Keith Williams: Here are your winners... The team of TRAVISSS DANE AND JOOOONNNNYYYY CEEEEDROOOONNNEE!!! Frank Archer: What a nasty clothesline. Was that neccessary? Mac Raines: Fizz was his opponent Frankie. And when KEG messed up, to fight on the outside, that was all Cedrone needed. Travis Dane exits the ring as Cedrone stays in the ring gloating. ----------------------------------------------------- Edited by KevinHill, Jan 24 2015, 11:37 PM.

-----------------------------------------------------![]() Keith Williams: Ladies and gentlemen... The following match is a LADDER MATCH! And it is for the UWL World Junior Heavyweight Championship!! Mac Raines: Here we go!!! "People are Strange" start playing and Puppa and Jack make their way in the ring, wearing both Majora's Masks. Keith Williams: Introducing first, being accompanied to the ring by Puppa... From Portland, Maine... weighing in at 209 pounds... He is JACK WATERS!!! When Jack finally reaches the ring he gives the mask and jacket to Puppa and he sits on the ring post, glancing up at the Jr Heavyweight Title dangling above. Frank Archer: This is a match many thought could be the match of the night. This is going to be exciting. "Out of the Black" by Royal Blood plays and out emerges Vincent Jericho. He ignores the fans as he marches down the ramp. Keith Williams: And his opponent... From Reseda, California... Weighing in at 200 pounds... VINCENT JERICHO!!! Frank Archer: Vincent Jericho is a world traveler, and is a ring veteran. No doubt he has been in a ladder match before. Vincent Jericho enters the ring, and stands in the center of the ring, looking up at the title. Jack Waters stands up out of the corner and meets Jericho in the center of the ring. Both men begin talking trash and glancing at the gold above. Mac Raines: Think we got enough ladders for two men? I see like six. DING DING!! As soon as the bell sounds, the two men start exchanging right hands. Neither appear to get the upper hand at first. That all changes as Vincent Jericho gives Waters a knee to the abdomen. Jericho then pounds on Waters and forces Waters to retreat to the corner. Jericho unload with chops and boots, causing Waters to slump right down to the mat. Frank Archer: Vincent Jericho comes out aggressive here in the early going. Jericho brings Waters out of the corner, and whips him against the ropes. Waters reverses and sends Jericho across the ring. Vincent hits the ropes, but hooks onto them, and stops right there. Waters charges at him, but gets backdropped over the ropes. He lands on his feet on the apron. Jericho goes to knock him off, but Waters blocks and rocks him with a right forearm. Waters leaps into the air to spring off the ropes, but Jericho simply shoves his legs off the top rope and Waters falls helplessly, hitting the top rope and bouncing all the way to the floor. Mac Raines: That didn't take long. Frank Archer: Both of these men like to take to the air, and I think Vincent Jericho is about to do just that. Vincent Jericho turns and hits the ropes, gaining more speed. As Waters is on his feet, Jericho flies over the top rope and comes crashing onto Waters with a plauncha. Amazingly, Vincent Jericho lands on his feet! The crowd knows talent when they see it. They applaud, and Jericho couldn't care less. Frank Archer: What an incredible move by Vincent Jericho! Mac Raines: And he's already going for a ladder! Vincent Jericho walks a few steps up to the rampway, where one ladder stands. He folds it up, then begins dragging it into the ring. Jack Waters is up and tries to stop him, causing Vincent to drop the ladder, but Jericho connects a back elbow and drives Waters back first across the ring apron. Jericho goes back to getting his ladder. He lifts it up, holding it across his body. This comes back to haunt him however, as Jack Waters has climbed atop the apron, and leaps off with a moonsault, crashing onto Jericho, and the ladder. Mac Raines: Boy, these guys are going for the Hail Mary on 1st down huh! Frank Archer: Both pride themselves on their athleticism, and both are proving why. Mac Raines: But Jack Waters landed on the ladder too. He looks shaken up. Indeed Waters is shaken up and holds his ribs as he gets up. He looks down at Jericho, then back at the title hanging above the ring, and begins dragging the ladder to the ring. He lifts it up and slides the ladder into the ring before sliding in after it. Waters now stands in the ring, placing the ladder into the right spot. He then begin the climb to the top, reaching up for the belt. Before he can get too far up, Vincent Jericho is in the ring and has a hold of Jack's leg. Waters is shaking his leg, trying to shoo him off. He finalls does and places his boot right between the eyes. Jericho stumbles back, then connects a dropkick, getting great height on it, and connecting with Jack Waters' hip, sending him down to the mat. Frank Archer: Well it was Jack Waters making the first attempt at the title, but Vincent Jericho was there to make sure this wasn't the shortest ladder match in history. Mac Raines: Did you see the hangtime Jericho got on that dropkick? Awesome. Jericho gets up and simply pushes the ladder over, which procedes to tumble and land right onto a kneeling Jack Waters. It smacks him more in the shoulder, luckily, as he shrugs it off of him, just in time for Vincent Jericho to connect a low dropkick to the face. Vincent Jericho then takes Waters down with a belly to belly suplex. Jericho takes the time to taunt. Frank Archer: Vincent Jericho is controlling the match early on, but should NOT be taunting his opponent. Mac Raines: When you're as good as Jericho, you can taunt a little Frankie. Vincent Jericho finally goes back to his job and begins setting the ladder in place. Before he can do so, Jack Waters is there, knocking Jericho and the ladder down. Waters lays the boots to Jericho and stuns him with one placed to the back of the head. Waters then walks over to the ladder, laying it down flat. He grabs Jericho and bodyslams him onto it, sending out the first body vs metal crash... And we all know who wins that battle. Mac Raines: Ouch! It's amazing how a simple move like that can hurt so much more when done on a ladder. Jack Waters follows up by climbing to the middle turnbuckle, and comes crashing down with a simple splash, crushing Jericho between he and the ladder. The move, again, hurts Waters but he ignores the pain and pulls the ladder off of his victim before dragging it to the center of the ring and beginning his climb. Frank Archer: Here we go... This could be it. Mac Raines: No way. Vincent Jericho is too tough. As Jack Waters climbs the ladder, Jericho makes Mac Raines prophecy come true. He is up, and manages to stop Waters from reaching the title. He clobbers on the lower back of Waters then grabs him by the anke and yanks him off the ladder. Waters lands on his feet however, standing face to face with Jericho. Waters kicks Jericho in the gut, doubling him over. He powers Jericho up for a powerbomb, but Jericho just lands on his feet. Jericho then doubles Waters over with a well placed boot, then drops him with a DDT that causes Waters to roll out of the ring to recover. Mac Raines: How do they keep landing on their feet like that!?! Frank Archer: In a battle of counters, Vincent Jericho wins in the end and has Waters reeling on the floor. Mac Raines: That's usually a great move by Waters, to roll out of the ring, but now he's left Jericho in the ring by himself with just about six ladder rungs between him and the Jr Heavyweight Title. Jericho begins climbing the ladder, and does so rather quickly. This doesn't give Waters much time to recover. He sees Jericho climbing and panics. He grabs a second ladder that was near by and carefully lifts it up, nearly hitting some drunk guy in the front row with it. He balances it on the top rope and throws it at Jericho. It worked! Jericho is hit right in the back by the ladder, stalling his ascent. This gives Waters time to climb into the ring. He moves his lawn dart of a ladder out of his way, and clobbers Jericho some more. He climbs up the same side of the ladder that Jericho is on, and slides into position. He powers Vincent up and both men come crashing down after an incredible back suplex! Mac Raines: OH MAN!!! Frank Archer: What a move by Jack Waters! A back suplex from half way up the ladder! Mac Raines: But again, Jack Waters hurt himself. Waters is slow to his feet, but does reach them. The impact of the move caused the ladder to tip over, so he has to reset the ladder, giving Jericho time to rise to his feet. But Waters doesn't reset the ladder. He grabs it and uses it as a spear, and drives it into the head of Jericho. Jericho is down, but Waters isn't done. He takes the ladder and drives it down across the midsection of Jericho over and over again. He finishes by using the ladder to choke Jericho, placing it on his throat and pushing down. Frank Archer: Jack Waters is ruthless... Mac Raines: Damn right he is! He's notorious for how ruthless and evil he can be. Jack Waters, now in control, now takes the ladder and lays it across the middle rope, in the turnbuckle, making it a platform of sorts in the corner. Jack Waters grabs Jericho by the hair, pulling him to his feet. He brings Vincent to his spot of destruction. Mac Raines: What is he gonna do? Waters, with Puppa shouting out intstructions, lifts Vincent up for a powerbomb onto the ladder, but Jericho fights it like he's never fought before. He retaliates with right hands to the head of Waters, then manages to avoid disaster by rolling through and bringing Waters over with a sunset flip. Obviously, pinfalls are useless here, so Jericho releases Waters. He rushes to his feet, before Waters can and connects with a Shining Wizard that knocks Waters out cold. Mac Raines: That may be a broken nose! Frank Archer: Vincent Jericho knew he had to do something right there. He would have had a broken back if Waters connected with that powerbomb. Vincent Jericho sees the ladder, still in its platform state, and figures 'why not?' He climbs on top of it, making sure it will hold him, then leaps off and crashes down on Waters with a corkscrew moonsault. He connects perfectly and the crowd loves it. A standing ovation for Vincent Jericho as he rolls around trying to recover. Mac Raines: Why are they purposely hurting themselves? Just climb the ladder ya dumbs! Frank Archer: That's how much the UWL World Junior Heavyweight Title means to these guys. Mac Raines: I'm sure it means A LOT! It's a very prestigious title. But come on. Be smarter. Vincent Jericho is up, and grabs the second ladder that is in the ring and slowly unfolds it, making sure its steady. He begins the climb, reaching up for the title with every rung he accomplishes. He is up to reaching distance. But Jack Waters is up and has begun climbing the opposite side of the ladder. He quickly reaches up and punches Jericho, trying to slow him down. A third punch finally works and Jericho cannot ignore him anymore. Waters climbs to the top of the ladder with Jericho. The two begin to trade right hands as cameras flash throughout MSG. Frank Archer: They are way up there. There's only one way to go too. Mac Raines: And it's not pretty. Jack Waters seems to be winning the boxing match atop the ladder, and Jericho is slumping. Waters slams Jericho's head on the very top of the ladder, but Jericho blocks and returns the favor. Waters is flopped over the ladder, head resting on the very top. What happens next is nothing short of extraordinary... Vincent Jericho grabs Waters by the neck, takes a deep breath, and LEAPS OFF! He drives Waters down with a swinging neckbreaker off the ladder! Both men crash hard and neither is moving, as the match recieves it's first "HOLY SHIT!" chant. Frank Archer: Oh my God!! Mac Raines: That was nuts! But why!?! I don't think that hurt Waters anymore than Jericho. Frank Archer: You may be right about that partner. After SEVERAL seconds, Vincent Jericho is to his feet. He is definitely hurting as he begins to climb the ladder once again. Jericho is now climbing at a very slow pace. Amazingly, Jack Waters is moving around. He crawls to the ladder, trying to pull himself up. He finds a different idea. He simply begins lifting the bottom of the ladder as Jericho is at the top. The ladder is toppled over, and Jericho goes falling to the mat. He actually lands throat first across the top rope. The impact sends Jericho stumbling, and into the waiting arms of Jack Waters, who hits a Double A Spinebuster, and sends him crashing onto the ladder, warping it in the process. Mac Raines: And more "Holy Shits!" Frank Archer: With due reason! These two men are killing each other to get the prize! Mac Raines: And the ladder! Look its warped! Vincent Jericho rolls off the ladder, arching his back in pure agony. Waters himself can't exactly follow up. He's still recovering from the neckbreaker, and tends to his aching neck. He does get to his feet and picks up the warped ladder. He begins setting up, but the wobbly ladder is causing issues. By now, Jericho is getting to his feet, and Waters decides he needs to inflict more pain. He drops the ladder and attacks Jericho. He takes him to the corner and stuns him with right hands. He then takes the ladder and leans it across Jericho in the corner. Waters still tends to his neck as he walks away. Waters then turns and sprints at Jericho. He leaps into the air for a poetry in motion... But Jericho has a simple counter... Throw the ladder at Jack Waters. The sound would send a chill down your spine as Waters collides with the ladder in mid air. He falls to the mat and Jericho slumps in the corner. Mac Raines: Hah! What a counter! Frank Archer: Jericho is a veteran. He's very resourceful. Vincent Jericho thinks this could be it. He sets the ladder up, and slowly begins ascending the wobbly peice of hardware. Jack Waters is up though. He crawls to the opposite side of the ladder and gives chase. Jericho is within reach of the title though. His finger tips are touching the title! Jack Waters lunges and connects a right fist into the midsection of Jericho. He makes it to the top and reaches for the title, but Jericho retaliates with a right hand to the jaw. A brawl begins atop the ladder, just under the swaying Junior Heavyweight Title. Mac Raines: Oh geez... Mac could see what everyone BUT Jericho and Waters saw. The ladder was getting more and more contourted. Finally, it gives in and begins toppling over, sending BOTH men down. Jack Waters hits the mat. Vincent Jericho however hits stomach first across the top rope and is sent flying over and all the way to the floor below. Frank Archer: Oh no! What a fall! Mac Raines: He's done Frankie. Frank Archer: Can Jack Waters realize the title is his for the taking? And will the ladder hold just one man? Mac Raines: I think it's done for. There's another ladder in the ring though! Use it! Jack is struggling to get to his feet and is furious at the ladder. He stomps on it, perhaps trying to unbend it. He pulls it up and unfolds it as best he can. The ladder can barely stand up as Jack begins climbing it carefully. Step by step, it looks like the ladder is going to cave again. Frank Archer: He's going to make it! Mac Raines: No way... Vincent Jericho is up on the outside and slides in another ladder and QUICKLY sets it up. He begins climbing his brand new ladder and is gaining ground. Waters sees this and tries speeding up, but the ladder is sinking! Waters' ladder folds in on itself! Mac Raines: Oh no! What a terrible way to lose! Jack Waters panics and climbs out of the heap of his destroyed ladder. He actually picks it back up and jabs Jericho with it. This gives Waters a fighting chance. He begins climbing the new ladder with Jericho. But Jericho is right there! He is unhooking the title, but Waters is at the top. He grabs the title as Jericho is unhooking, and begins one hell of a tug of war. Frank Archer: Who's going to come down with the title? Jack Waters shows off his flexibility and balance by stretching out his leg and connecting a high kick to the shoulder of Jericho. Jericho lets go of the title! But responds with three chops to the chest of Waters, followed by a thumb to the eye. Waters is blinded and Vincent Jericho makes sure he is secured, and kicks Waters off the ladder 300 style. Jack flies off the ladder and lands on the ladder propped up on the middle rope, in the corner. He lands back first, and his body lies motionless. Frank Archer: Oh God! Oh no... What a nasty fall... Mac Raines: Vincent Jericho is all alone! Jericho exhales, and climbs one more rung. He is all alone, and can take his time unhooking the swaying title. The bell sounds as Jericho holds the title. Keith Williams: Here is your winner.... And NEW UWL World Junior Heavyweight Champion.... VINCEEENNNTT JEEEERRRRIICHHHOOOOO!!! "Out of the Black" begins playing as the crowd is standing after the exciting match. Mac Raines: What a match! That was insane! Frank Archer: Absolutely. Hats off to both competitors. They tore the house down. I hope Jericho is okay though. Vincent Jericho carefully climbs down the ladder and exits the ring with his Jr heavyweight Title. Frank Archer: Congratulations are in order to Vin.... Mac Raines: What is going on? The lights dim. The videotron lights up with a bizzare video. A song begins to play as the video seems corrupted or something. You can't quite make out what is happening in the video. Then the song ends... And another plays. It's "The Edge of Paradise" by Kamelot... A familar song... Mac Raines: What is this Frankie? At that moment, a coffin appears on the screen. It opens up and it's empty. The crowd roars as more odd images are shown. The last image is the only image we need to see though. ![]() Frank Archer: Oh my God!!! Tony Miranda! He's back!!! Mac Raines: No way! Vincent Jericho is frozen, not sure what to think... Jack Waters, who just got to his feet, is shocked! He can't believe what he's seeing as he shakes his head 'no.' Vincent Jericho clutches his Jr Heavyweight Title closely. Frank Archer: Tony Miranda is back and it looks like he's got some business to take care of!!! ----------------------------------------------------- Be sure to check out the newest League promotion: Nitro Gen Wrestling Their next Event, Ignition is headlined by a HUGE tag match. The NGW Champion, Carlos Cruz will team with C5 Ion against Timothy Kage and Chris Marx with huge stipulations. They are on the heels of their first PPV, Lift Off, which you can check out here: NGW: Lift Off! ----------------------------------------------------- ![]() (OOC NOTE: The NAW Showcase match has yet to be sent in. It will be posted when sent. We apologize. Night is getting late and didn't have time to wait.) ----------------------------------------------------- We see Gaia Galanos in the hallway, stretching. Her Ladies World Title lays at her feet. She takes a moment to herself, eyes closed, before picking up her title and walking away. We see Magdalena Waechter simply sitting in the locker room. A blank stare is on her face. Just like that, she stands up, and exits. Heading towards the ring. Frank Archer: The UWL Ladies World Title match is next... Let's see how we got here. Gaia Galanos has been unstoppable since debuting in UWL, attacking Anne Brandeis. From there, she wrecked havoc in Girl Power Wrestling. She also captured the UWL Ladies World Title. A title that had been vacant for nearly 2 years. We see highlights of the Title win. She has taken on all comers in that time. Also, winning the honor of Female Wrestler of the Year, Gaia Galanos seems to be ready to continue her perfect 2014, by retaining her title here tonight. Magdalena Waechter, a fellow GPW star, won the Ladies Ascension Battle Royal, earning the shot to challenge for the title. A very underrated wrestler, Waechter is a dangerous woman. If there is a woman that can dethrone Gaia, it is Waechter. We see Waechter winning the battle royal. Can Waechter take down the Goddess? ----------------------------------------------------- ![]() An atmospheric orchestra kicks in, setting the tone as the lights dim down. Around the 14 second mark, the music suddenly halts as the lights completely cut off in the arena. We then hear words shouted in Gaia Galanos' voice across the speaker system: "THIS IS SPARTAAA!" From there an almost blindingly bright light suddenly comes on from the entrance tunnel as a strong female form appears at the top of the entrance stage as the crowd erupts into cheers. As "Strength of a Thousand Men" by Two Steps From Hell kicks back in with fast and atmospheric music, red lights scan the arena frantically as the bright lights kick off and a spotlight shines down upon the rather intense-looking greek fighter, Gaia Galanos. Frank Archer: And there is the UWL Ladies World Champion. She has been unstoppable in UWL and GPW. Mac Raines: I would not mess with this chick. As Gaia makes her way down the ramp, various fans from the crowd on either side of the barricade reach out to get high fives, but only a select few actually receive them as she nonchalantly reaches a hand out very occasionally. When she reaches the ring steps, she jogs up them then walks across the apron, about a quarter of the way across, she turns around, grabbing the top rope with her left hand and looks out toward the audience while walking backwards and garnering a HUGE ovation from the crowd. Mac Raines: Frankie this is gonna be awesome. As Gaia gets about 3/4 of the way across the ring, she steps through the ropes and makes a beeline for the far turnbuckle. With a fire in her eyes, she pulls herself up onto the turnbuckle and raises her UWL Ladies World Title up much to the approval of the crowd. Once she lowers her hands, she looks around at the audience for a short moment prior to dropping down from the turnbuckle while turning. As she takes her corner, she clasps her hands together and begins spinning her wrists to loosen up while awaiting the beginning of the match as her music fades out and the atmosphere returns to normal... Frank Archer: If there is someone who can stop Gaia, it's her opponent tonight... As an unseen choir hums a droning, sonorous 'Om' note, the lights fade, and rows of candles rise on either side of the entrance, lighting seemingly of their own accord. And then the mad, tempestuous brass and strings of the 'Theme of Alexia' kick in, and a few moments later...she appears. Frank Archer: Magdalena Waechter won the Ascension Battle Royal in November. Mac Raines: This woman scares me. She's strange. Striding slowly but surely onto the stage, all her form is buried under heavy, black robes that drape down to scrape the floor in her wake. A jagged, metal vest that gleams in ebony and gold bands clasps around her chest and reaches up into flared epaulets upon her shoulders, decorated with eight or more wax seals holding strips of parchment marked with Latin passages. In one hand she carries an iron brazier hanging from a chain, spewing thick grey smoke out of its grilled shell as she goes, while in the other hand she holds a four-foot longsword. Piercing blue eyes glare out from holes cut in a black hood anointed with what looks to be blood on its forehead. If Magdalena even hears her name being called she shows no sign of it. Continuing her precise death-march to the ring, she blanks the audience and her opponent, her gaze centred somewhere in the center of the ring, and yet nowhere. Upon reaching ringside, she halts, then sinks down to one knee, pushing the tip of the sword into the ground before her, and closes her eyes in prayer. The lights return to normal. Mac Raines: What the crap... Returning to her feet, Magdalena steps over to the ring steps and places the brazier and sword upon them, then steps to the middle of the apron as she unhooks the harness keeping her vest in place. When it's undone, it slips to the floor, taking her robes with it, leaving Magdalena just in the hood and her ring gear - a form-fitting sleeved unitard in black with red trim, knee-high black boots and thick, burnished-gold bracers at her wrists. She pulls herself up onto the apron and, at last, tears the hood from her head, rolling her neck to ease away the stiffness caused by her robes. Stepping into the ring, finally, she heads into her corner without a word, keeping her back to the official and waiting for the bell in contemplation. Keith Williams: Ladies and gentlemen.... this is your first main event of the evening. It is scheduled for one fall, and is for the UWL Ladies World Championship... Introducing first... From Sparta, Greece. She represents Girl Power Wrestling.... She is the UWL Ladies World Champion.... GAIAAAAAAA GAAAAALAAAAANOOOOOOOS! The crowd cheers loudly as Gaia Galanos raises her arm. A faint "Gaia! Gaia!" chant breaks out as well. Keith Williams: And introducing the challenger... From St. Helga's Monastery in Dettelbach, Bavaria...she is CANONESS MAGDALENAAAA WAECHTERRRR! A chorus of boos reign down on Waechter, who doesn't seem to care. She remains in her corner, with the same face etched on her face. Frank Archer: We're just about set to get underway. DING DING!! The two women tie up, and Gaia backs Waechter in the corner. The referee is there to order her to break it up. And Gaia does so. She backs away, smiling at Waechter. Waechter steps out of the corner, and tries again. A second tie up, and Gaia again backs her into the corner, but Waechter counters, spinning, and puts Gaia in the corner. The ref asks for a clean break, and Waechter obliges. For a second. Wachter swings, but Gaia catches the arm and applies an arm wringer. Waechter immediately counters and applies her own arm lock. Waechter shows she can wrestle, and actually takes Gaia down with the arm wrench. Frank Archer: Impressive showing by Waechter. Proving she can wrestle with the top female wrestler. Magdalena applies an arm wrench from behind now, which causes Galanos to scream in pain. Gaia Galanos knows she needs to get up, and fights her way to her feet. After sizing up her opponent, Gaia is able to counter, go behind and apply her own arm wrench. Waechter looks for an escape and backs Gaia into the corner, grabbing the ropes and causing a rope break. As Gaia obliges, Waechter catches Gaia off guard with back kicks to the midsection, dropping Gaia in a seated position in the corner, then unloads with kicks to the face. Mac Raines: Magdalena is vicious! Magdalena Waechter blatently chokes Gaia in the corner then brings Gaia out of the corner and rocks her with a spinning back fist. Galanos drops to a knee and Waechter hits the ropes and on the return the challenger connects with a running front dropkick. Magdalena Waechter makes the first pin attempt of the match. One... Two... Kickout... Frank Archer: It's going to take a lot to take out Gaia Galanos. Mac Raines: I'd take a lot of money for me to take her out too. Frank Archer: That was unneccesary. And probably a lie. Mac Raines: Yeah, I'd do anything for money. Waechter takes control of the Ladies Champion, proving why she is the number one contender. She wears down the larger Galanos, applying submission holds. Gaia fights her way to her feet after Magdalena applies a headlock. Gaia is able drive her elbow into the abdomen, freeing herself from the hold. Gaia turns and hits the ropes, but only for Magdalena to be ready for her on the return. Waechter applies an abdominal stretch. Frank Archer: Magdalena Waechter has the abdominal stretch perfectly executed in the middle of the ring. Gaia once again fights her way out of a submission hold and powers out and hiptosses Waechter. Waechter gets up and tries another spinning back fist, but Gaia catches the arm and drives Waechter down with a belly to belly suplex. Gaia uses the time to recover, and shake the cobwebs out. Waechter gets to her feet, as Gaia does. Waechter rakes the eyes of Gaia and backs her into the corner. She rocks her with chops, then whips her across the ring, but Gaia counters. Waechter is sent sprinting across the ring and hits the turnbuckle. Gaia comes charging ahead, with a stinger splash. Waechter side steps the splash. Gaia hits the post face first and stumbles out. Waechter lifts her up and drops her with a one woman flapjack. The challenger hooks the leg... One... Two... Th-Kickout... Frank Archer: It's been all Magdalena Waechter thus far. Mac Raines: I gotta admit, I'm surprised by this. Magdalena grabs Gaia by the hair, proving her dominance by toying around with her and shoving her down. Gaia stumbles, using the ropes to stand. Magdalena Waechter charges ahead with a big boot, but Gaia ducks. This causes Waechter to staddle the top rope. Gaia assists her up and over and Waechter tumbles over and crashes on the floor below. Gaia is unable to follow up, and uses the time as an opportunity to recover. Frank Archer: Have you ever seen Gaia Galanos NOT following up on her opponent? Mac Raines: She's just resting right now. Unreal. Magdalena is all in all fine as she gets to her feet on the outside. She reaches up to grab the ropes to assist her back to the apron, but Gaia springs to life and sends her back to the floor with a baseball slide dropkick. Gaia scoots under the bottom rope and stands over Waechter. She looks out in the crowd, almost using their energy as she bends down and grabs the challenger by the hair to bring her to her feet. Galano can't follow up though as Magdalena churns her legs and drives Gaia back first across the ring apron. Waechter then leads Gaia to the steel steps and tries to drive her head into them. Gaia blocks, connects an elbow to the stomach, then drives Waechter face first into the steps. Gaia then pulls her back before throwing Waechter into the steel steps, sending them falling over. Mac Raines: Here we go! Gaia is starting to come alive. Frank Archer: Over the past few weeks, we have seen a different side to Gaia Galanos. A more acceptable side. But she is still a very vicious wrestler. Gaia rolls Waechter into the ring, and climbs onto the apron. The Ladies World champion doesn't get in though. She stands on the apron, hands on the top rope, waiting. Waiting for her challenger to get up. When Waechter is up, Gaia leaps, springing off the top rope, and comes flying down with a springboard clothesline. The crowd pops as Gaia makes a pin attempt... One... Two... Th-Kickout... Gaia is unscathed as she tries to get things rolling. Waechter is up and is immediately dropped by a jaw shattering forearm. A second, and Waechter is wobbly. Gaia backs her against the turnbuckle and whips her across the ring. Waechter hits the corner and Gaia is RIGHT there and drills her with a clothesline. Waechter has nowhere to go. Gaia sends her back across the ring, to the other corner. Gaia charges again, but Waechter gets her foot up. Gaia gets stopped and stumbles back, trying to clear her head. Mags comes out of the corner, but is swooped off her feet by Gaia who drops her with a Pendulum Backbreaker. Gaia pins... One... Two... Thr-Kickout... Frank Archer: The tide has officially turned, and Gaia is proving why she has been the Ladies World Champion for so long. Mac Raines: She has to stay on her challenger though. Waechter is nowhere near done. Frank Archer: The smartest thing you've said all night Mac. Gaia remains in control, hammering her challenger, and drops her with a scoop slam. She may be going for the Lasso of Truth, but we'll never know. As soon as she grabs Waechter's legs, Magdalena squirms free and rolls under the bottom rope, to the apron. Gaia follows her over, only for Magdalena to hang her on the top rope. The force sends Gaia flying back, and down. Waechter steps back into the ring, proud of outsmarting Gaia. She begins walking over to Galanos, when Gaia kips up! Just like that, Gaia and Magdalena are face to face. Gaia takes her down with a single leg takedown, then just as quickly applies a half crab. The crowd errupts as Magdalena screams in pain. Mac Raines: Good Lord! That was amazing! Frank Archer: Strength. Technically sound. Now Gaia shows you she is a well rounded gifted athlete. What athleticism! The crowd is telling Waechter to tap. The referee is in position, asking if she will. To her credit, Waechter doesn't tap out. She fights and crawls, and finally reaches the bottom rope, forcing a rope break. Gaia releases the hold, but doesn't allow Waechter any space. She pulls Waechter by the hair to the center of the ring, and sets her up for potentially a double underhook suplex, but Waechter spins out, and grips the Ladies World Champion like she’s going for a Northern Lights Suplex, but instead lifts her up halfway then performs an inverted Atomic Drop. She calls this the Chastity Belt, and does it a second time, followed by a spinebuster that echoes in the arena. Frank Archer: Great move by Magdalena Waechter. Mac Raines: I'm telling you, she may just have Gaia's number. Frank Archer: You may be right! She's pinning! Mac Raines: New champion! One... Two... Thre-Kickout!!! Frank Archer: No!! She kicked out! Magdalena can't believe it. She looks around, almost unsure of what to do. Finally, she gets to her feet and exits to the apron, slowly climbing the turnbuckle. Mac Raines: Now what!? Frank Archer: This isn't really Waechter's fortay. This could come back to bite her. Waechter stands atop the top turnbuckle. Gaia is trying to get up, and is doing so VERY slowly. Waechter flies off the top rope, looking for a Foot Stomp!! Gaia rolls out of the way JUST in time, and Waechter shows athleticism by rolling through and quickly getting to her feet. She comes close to Gaia, but Galanos rocks her with a roundhouse kick that sends Waechter down. And potentially out! Frank Archer: What a shot!! One... Two... Thre-Kickout!!! Mac Raines: How is her jaw not broken!?! Gaia slowly gets to her feet, bringing Waechter with her. She applies a front face lock then powers Waechter up for a suplex. Instead of dropping her, she walks over to the ropes and bounces Waechter off them for a slingshot suplex. Galanos doesn't pin following the move. Instead she gets to her feet and lifts Magdalena up. She stands in the middle of the ring, and powers her up again. Frank Archer: She's going for the brainbuster partner! Before Gaia Galanos can drop Waechter on her skull with a brainbuster, Waechter, while hanging upside down, uses her knee to strike Gaia's head, and allowing herself to slip out, landing on her feet. Waechter stands behind Gaia, who is stunned. She reaches around, trapping Gaia's right arm. She spins her around, for the Exorcism (Trapping Hammerlock Lariat)! But Gaia ducks! Gaia saw it coming and avoids her impending doom. Gaia connects a back kick to the midsection of Waechter, doubling her over. Gaia then connects with the Seismós Strike (Regal Running Knee)!! Waechter collapses and Gaia falls on top of her. One... Two... Three!!! Frank Archer: It's over! Gaia did it! She retains! Mac Raines: Unreal. The crowd roars as "Strength of a Thousand Men" plays once again and the ref raises Gaia's hand, handing her the Ladies World Title. Keith Williams: Here is your winner.... And STILL UWL Ladies World Champion.... GAAAIIAAAA GAAAAALLOOOOONOOOOOOSS!!! Frank Archer: Gaia Galanos prevailed despite Waechter bringing everything she had. Mac Raines: I really though that tonight was the night. Gaia may never be beat. Frank Archer: She is the total athlete. A complete warrior. And remains the Ladies World Champion. We see Gaia raising the UWL Ladies World Title high in the air, standing on the middle turnbuckle. Lights reflect off of the title as the thousands in attendance take their chance to take picture. ----------------------------------------------------- Edited by KevinHill, Jan 24 2015, 10:59 PM.

The busy, never sleeping, New York City is in all its beauty as taxi cabs drive by. Street lights luminate the air. Inside MSG, we see in the ring a face we just don't see too much these days. It is the wife of the boss. The CBO of the United Wrestling League. Mrs Amanda Hill. She holds in her hand a microphone, and behind her is a random suit man, holding a bag. Amanda Hill: Is everyone enjoying UWL Wrestlefest IV so far? A very loud cheer is NYC's response... Mrs Hill isn't satisfied. Amanda Hill: I said... Is everyone enjoying UWL Wrestlefest IV so far!?! A louder roar puts a smile on Hill's face. Amanda Hill: I know I sure am. And who wouldn't be? An amazing triple threat match, showcasing some of the best Ladies Wrestlers on the planet. A very audible "Flame Puppy!" chant breaks out. Amanda Hill allows the chant to grow louder, then eventually die. Amanda Hill: And hey! How about the return of The Hunter... TONY MIRANDA!!! A huge roar from MSG for Tony Miranda. Amanda Hill: And just moments ago, Gaia Galanos, the UWL Female Wrestler of the Year defeated her challenger Magdalena Waechter to retain her UWL Ladies World Title. Let's all give a round of applause for Gaia Galanos. The crowd follows suit. A worthy applause for Gaia. Amanda Hill: At this time, I'd like to ask Gaia Galanos to come down to the ring. Ms Galanos. Please? After a few moments of silence, an atmospheric orchestra kicks in, setting the tone as the lights dim down. Around the 14 second mark, the music suddenly halts as the lights completely cut off in the arena. We then hear words shouted in Gaia Galanos' voice across the speaker system: "THIS IS SPARTAAA!" Without the special lighting or smoke, out comes Gaia Galanos. Her wrist tape is already off, and the aftermath of the match she just had is still very visible. Gaia gingerly walks down the ramp, Ladies World Championship on her right shoulder. Gaia seems confused as she carefully enters the ring as Amanda Hill is standing there applauding her. The suit man remains very still. As the music dies, you can hear Gaia ask what this is about. Mrs Hill calmly speaks. Amanda Hill: Gaia, congratulations on your win tonight. You can faintly hear Gaia thank her. Amanda Hill: You've held that title for a long time now right? Since September of last year! That's well over 100 days now. A "GAIA! GAIA!" chant breaks out. Amanda Hill: In fact, you are the only woman to hold the Ladies World Championship in the last two years! In other words, YOU are Ladies Wrestling. Gaia seems humbled by the praise by Mrs Hill and the standing ovation she is receiving. Amanda Hill: I couldn't help but notice though, that throughout your reign, you've went out of your way to deface the title. Gaia's smile slowly turns to worry. The crowd is silent. Amanda Hill: What was it? The 'Goddess' Championship? That's what you decided to call it, correct? Gaia Galanos attempts to explain herself, but Hill cuts her off. Amanda Hill: Or, how about when you took it upon yourself to call it the UWL World Title? Refusing to say 'Ladies.' Why Gaia? Why disgrace that very Championship you hold in your hands right now? Gaia again tries to explain herself to Mrs Hill, but Amanda is having none of it. Amanda Hill: That's very disrespectful Gaia. A chorus of boos are thrown at Amanda Hill. Something she's probably not used to. Amanda Hill: Something must be done. After much consideration, I'm going to have to ask that you hand me the UWL Ladies World Title Gaia. Gaia is in shock. The crowd is about to riot. Gaia doesn't want to do it, but as the man in a suit steps up, and is suddenly much larger than first realized, Gaia is left with no choice. She looks down at the title that she has ruled for over 100 days, lets out a depressing sigh, and hands the title to Amanda Hill. MSG is flooded with boos and even a few 'bullshit' chants. Amanda Hill: Thank you Gaia. I hope you understand that this was very disrespectful, and we must make it right. Amanda Hill takes the UWL Ladies World Championship and tosses it to the floor. Gaia, along with everyone else, is confused. Amanda Hill: Like I said. This was disrespectful. This is the United Wrestling League. The greatest collection of wrestlers on the planet. Men and women. Not 'Ladies.' We're not LADIES in the UWL. The crowd can sense some hope. The boos are getting quieter... Amanda Hill: The UWL is no place for Ladies... It's a place for Queens. Queens of Wrestling... And you Gaia are THE Queen of Wrestling... The man in a suit hands Mrs. Hill the bag. Amanda Hill digs into it and pulls out something that sends the crowd into a frenzy. Amanda Hill: This... This is the UWL Queen of Wrestling Championship. THIS is the title that will be fought after by the greatest female wrestlers from all over the world. And YOU Gaia Galanos are the champion. Amanda Hill hands Gaia Galanos the Queen of Wrestling Championship. Gaia slowly takes it from her, still a bit confused. Amanda Hill hands the mic to Gaia and shakes her hand before exiting the ring. A huge "GAIA! GAIA!" chant echoes through MSG. After a few moments, all ears are on Gaia Galanos. Gaia: I've had one mission since winning the Ladies World Title. And that was to prove that women are just as capable at being the face of the company as men. We are just as capable to headline, to be who sell the tickets. We are not some novelty act. And now, we have a title that backs up that claim. I AM the Queen of Wrestling, and this is only the beginning! Gaia's theme plays once again as Gaia drops the mic. She poses with her brand new UWL Queen of Wrestling Championship as we fade away. Jack stepped out from behind the black curtain; showing a wicked grin, ear to ear. He revealed both middle fingers, raising them chest height and directing them towards the disapproving fans in attendance. Keith Williams: The following contest is set for one fall, and is a fatal four way match! Introducing first, from Seattle, Washington... JACK OWYNS!!! Jack walk down the aisle, blasting the fans with insults. His smile remained. Jack walked up the stairs and stopped by the turnbuckle and scanned the crowd before jumping over the top rope and coming to a sitting position in the corner. He rested his arms on the ropes, as the music began to fade out... Frank Archer: Jack Owyns has traveled the world, and is a well rounded wrestler. He is most peoples favorite to win this match. "You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet" by Bachman Turner Overdrive plays and a dirty man comes walking out. Keith Williams: And representing XWO... BRYAN MATTHEWS!!! Mac Raines: Ugh... And I thought KEG smelled bad. The lights slowly begin to change, eventually the entire arena is covered in a colorless, black and white light. From the stage, a fog slowly begins to rise, covering the stage. From the speakers, a chilling tune begins to play, and shortly after, a laugh echos throughout the arena. #"Who knows what evil...lurks in the hearts of men?" A voice asks, before laughing once more. #"The Shadow Knows..." Immediately after, "Self Deciever" by Grand Magus begins to play, and The Shadow walks out onto the stage, keeping his head down, allowing his hat to cover his face from view. He stops for a moment, placing his hand on his hat, and looking up at the ring. He then lowers his head once again, and begins walking towards the ring. Keith Williams: From Parts Unknown... Weighing in at 380 pounds... THE SHADOW!!! As he enters the ring, The Shadow takes off his coat. With a finger, he raises his hat up slowly, looking at his opponent, and simply shakes his head. He then takes off his hat and tosses it out of the ring. Mac Raines: .... I just pissed my pants. Frank Archer: This is our first look at The Shadow and he is an intimidating individual to say the least. Keith Williams: And introducing their opponent... WAKE WALKER!!! No music is played as Wake Walker appears at the stage. He slowly walks down to the ring. Mac Raines: Talk about anti-climactic... DING DING!! Wake Walker holds his hands up high, until he is met with a big boot from The Shadow. It sends him all the way to the outside. Jack Owyns and Bryan Matthews begin brawling on the other side of the ring. Owyns connects with a knee smash, followed by a russian legsweep. He quickly pins, but barely gets a one count. Mac Raines: Look at them staying away from The Shadow. And who the hell blames them? Jack Owyns misses an enzuigiri, and Matthews locks in a simple headlock. He then brings his leg up to smash the crown jewels of Jack Owyns. Owyns drops to the mat. The Shadow targets Bryan Matthews and Bryan ducks a clothesline. He then dives out to the outside to crash onto Wake Walker. But Walker side steps and Matthews crashes hard. Frank Archer: Bryan Matthews tried to go airborn but Wake Walker was too smart for that. In the ring, Shadow has Jack Owyns and begins choking him in the corner. Wake Walker carefully steps into the ring and jumps on The Shadow's back. He tries putting The Shadow into a sleeper hold... But we can all guess how that goes. Mac Raines: Really man? Why? The Shadow slings Wake Walker off of him as if he was a small child. He then follows up with a clothesline. Jack Owyns comes out of the corner and gets dropped by a sidewalk slam. Bryan Matthews is on the top rope! He leaps off, but The Shadow catches him. He then powers him up and drops him with a samoan drop. Frank Archer: This Shadow individual is unstoppable partner. These are three elite athletes. Mac Raines: Not today they're not. The Shadow takes Jack Owyns and lifts him up for a powerbomb. He then throws him into the turnbuckle with the powerbomb. The impact brings Owyns right back out, and he then eats the bottom of Shadow's boot. Bryan Matthews now faces Shadow. He corners him and treats him like a punching bag. He then grabs him by the throat and simply tosses Matthews up and over the ropes and to the floor. Matthews isn't moving. Mac Raines: Welp... There's only one man left to kill. Go right ahead Mr Shadow Sir. The Shadow watches Wake Walker rising to his feet. He charges at Walker at full speed and simply runs him over. He picks Walker up before slamming him down with a belly to belly suplex. The Shadow stands up and stands in the corner staring at Wake Walker. Wake for some reason tries to stand up. As he does, The Shadow does the cut-throat sign and sprints at Walker. What happens next is nothing short of spectacular. The Shadow connects with a clothesline that sends Wake Walker inside out. Frank Archer: He calls that the Gallows Pole. Mac Raines: I call it homicide. The Shadow pins Wake Walker... One... Two... Three!!! Frank Archer: And it's mercifully over. Keith Williams: Here is your winner... THE SHHAAADOOOOWWW!!!! The crowd is in awe as the Shadow stands up, and simply exits the ring. As the initial reverb-heavy vocals of 'Blow' begin, the focus spotlight stops dead in the centre, in time for Summer St. Clair to step into it as the electronic beat begins. Followed closely by publicist and associate Bambi Huntington, the blonde then swaggers down the ramp, royally ignoring the lovestruck fanboys on either side of her. Keith Williams: The following contest is set for one fall... Introducing first... Being accompanied to the ring by her publicist, Bambi Huntington... From Beverly Hills, California.... SUMMER ST CLAIR!!! Summer motions for the cameraman to keep the focus on her as she poses against the ring ropes, then on top of the ring ropes, then midway into the ring...you get the idea. When she finally steps onto the canvas, she spends the precious seconds before the bell not limbering up, but rather yelling at Bambi, for offences real or imagined. The song slowly dies out. As it does, you hear several men in attendance whistling. Mac Raines: (panting) Frank Archer: Calm down partner. Have some water... "Just Stop" by Disturbed blasts through Madison Square Garden. Megan comes out of the back, standing at the ramp, looking very focused. Keith Williams: And her opponent... Hailing from Ottawa, Ontario.... She represents Girl Power Wrestling... MEGAN RILEY!!! Frank Archer: Megan Riley is 100% focused on hurting Summer St Claire. Mac Raines: It's Clair! Frank Archer: What? Mac Raines: Clair. Summer St. Clair. Frank Archer: That's what I said. Mac Raines: No you said Claire. Frank Archer: .... Ok... Megan Riley walks down the ramp, never taking her eyes off of Summer St Clair. You know the saying, "a picture says a thousand words"? Well this picture would tell you how Megan Riley is going to murder Summer St Clair. As she reaches the end of the ramp, Megan Riley calmly cracks her knuckles, then sprints, sliding into the ring. DING DING!! Summer St Clair doesn't want any part of this, and darts out from the opposite side of the ring. Megan Riley immediately gives chase and this match gets underway. Summer is desperately trying to out run Megan Riley, as they run circles around the ring. Megan has the same cold face etched on her face as she slowly but surely closes in on her victim. Frank Archer: Summer St Clair is actually running away from her opponent. She does know she is a wrestler right? Mac Raines: Shhh... I assume it's a strategy. Perhaps it is. If the strategy was to wear down Riley, it failed. After about four laps, FINALLY, Summer's publicist, Bambi Huntington steps in as Summer runs by her. Megan slams the brakes. She looks at Huntington, who is pleading with her to stay calm. Megan gives a twisted smile before decking Huntington with a fist to the teeth. Mac Raines: HEY! That was uncalled for. Frank Archer: Why was she standing there? Mac Raines: What? A girl don't have the right to stand? I thought this was America! Megan pulls Huntington up and slams her into the barricade, eliminating her from the equation. She then goes right back to the cat and mouse game with St Clair. Summer finally rolls into the ring, and thinks she has Megan where she wants her. As Riley slides into the ring, Summer lays the pretty pink boot to her. Except Riley is too quick. She actually catches Summers foot as she slid in on her knees. Riley stands up, still holding St Clair's boot. The crowd cheers as they know a beatdown is imminent. Frank Archer: Finally! She caught her! No more running Summer! Megan Riley tugs on St Clair's leg, bringing her to meet her. Riley drops Summer with a stiff clothesline and the crowd explodes. Megan stands there, allowing Summer St Clair to stand up, and as she does, Riley takes her down with a Lou Thesz Press. She stays on her, delivering rights and lefts. The referee is trying to repremand Riley, but it doesn't work. Not until he threatens to disqualify her, does she stop. Mac Raines: She's out of control Frankie! Disqualify her ref! Frank Archer: Megan Riley is letting all this pent up frustration out on the woman that caused it. Mac Raines: Doesn't give her the right to break the rules! She almost hit the ref! Riley gets off of Summer St Clair, but stands directly over her. St Clair rolls out to the apron for seperation, but Riley is right there. Megan Riley grabs the top rope, as St Clair does and uses it to sling her back into the ring. St Clair hits the mat hard, and rolls around, holding her back. Summer gets to her feet, but then gets slammed down by an STO. Surprising to everyone, Megan Riley pins... One... Two... Th-Kickout... Mac Raines: I'm surprised the animal felt satisfied to attempt to end it. Frank Archer: I'm surprised Summer St Clair managed to kick out and continue the match. Mac Raines: Well she's a fighter Frankie. Fighters fight. Megan Riley almost looks thrilled that St Clair kicked out. It means she can inflict more punishment. Megan brings Summer to her feet and drops her with a scoop slam. She heads up top and the crowd rises. Megan Riley leaps off with a beautiful moonsault, but misses! Summer St Clair rolls out of the way and watches Riley fall sternum and face first to the mat, sucking all the air out of her system. Riley manages to get to her feet but is dropped by a clothesline from a running Summer St Clair. Mac Raines: What a maneuver! Frank Archer: Lay off Mac. Mac Raines: I told you she was a fighter though. Didn't I? Frank Archer: Yes... Yes you did. Summer St Clair rolls Megan up into an odd pinning combination... One... Tw-Megan Riley counters! Riley locks her legs around Summer's body and applies a guillotine choke! Mac Raines: A blatent choke! Come on ref! The referee is demanding she breaks the illegal hold. Riley obliges, but proceeds to kick St Clair off of her. Clair scoots away, looking petrified. She backs all the way against the bottom rope. She's trapped. Megan Riley gladly takes her time, then grabs Summer by the hair. Summer manages to grab Riley by the shorts and pull her. The momentum sends Megan Riley through the ropes and to the floor. Mac Raines: Poor Summer. She's scared. She needs me. Frank Archer: You stay right here you weirdo. Megan Riley shrugs off the fall, as she landed rather safely on her knees. She gets back up and climbs the apron. St Clair is ready for her and punches her. Except Megan Riley blocks it and rocks St Clair with her own right hand. This allows Riley to get in. As she steps through the ropes, St Clair takes advantage. A rather impressive scissor kick to the back of the head sends Riley down, and potentially out. Mac Raines: WOW! That was the greatest move ever! Summer St Clair flaunts as if she has been in control this entire time. She then grabs Riley by the wrist and drags her to the center of the ring. She pins and hooks both legs in the process... One... Two... Th-Kickout... Mac Raines: SLOW COUNT! Frank Archer: Geez man. Have you not ever seen a beautiful woman before? Chill. Summer St Clair brings Riley up by the hair and takes her down with a snapmare, by the hair. She never lets go of the hair, bringing Riley back to her feet, then brings her down with ANOTHER hairmare. After a third, she finally lets go, and reveals she pulled some hair out in the process. Summer again pins. One... Two... Th-Kickout... Frank Archer: When able to, Summer St Clair shows she has an agressive side to her. Out of frustration that she didn't get the three count, St Clair mounts Riley and blatently chokes her, all while smashing her head up and down off the canvas. The referee is there to force her to release the hold. A chorus of boos reign down on Summer St Clair as she stands up, posing. Mac Raines: What a woman! Frank Archer: Megan Riley used a chokehold earlier. You damned her to Hell. Mac Raines: It's different. Summer leads Megan Riley to the corner, where she connects with a few elbows to the side of the face. She gets right in Megan Rileys face... BASIC!!! This causes Riley to snap. She turns and switches spots with Summer. She rocks her with multiple shots to the face. The referee has to step between the two women. St Clair takes the opportunity to stick her long fingernail into the eye of Megan Riley. Megan blindly wanders towards the center of the ring and St Clair comes running out of the corner and drops her with a running bulldog. Summer pins Riley... One... Two... Thr-Kickout... Frank Archer: Summer St Clair is trying so hard to end this match. Megan Riley will not let that happen. Perhaps feeling desperate, Summer drives her knees into the midsection of Riley, who is still down on the mat. Riley battles to her feet as Summer backs her to the ropes. St Clair irish whips Riley across the ring. On the return, St Clair ducks too early and Riley takes advantage. She stops on a dime, then drops St Clair with a swinging neckbreaker. The crowd pops as both women are down. Frank Archer: Great instincts by Riley to capitalize on the mistake by Summer St Clair. Mac Raines: Come on baby.... Frank Archer: Reeaaallllyyy??? Megan Riley is starting to move around. She crawls towards the ropes to get to her feet, but then crawls to the apron. She begins ascending the turnbuckle. As she reaches the top, Summer St Clair is there to meet her with a right hand to the face, and then the gut, slowing Riley down. St Clair begins to ascend the turnbuckle as well, perhaps for a superplex. Riley fights her off and manages to shove St Clair off the turnbuckle. St Clair lands on her feet, but seems to have tweaked an ankle. She immediately falls to a knee and grasps the referee, who stops to assist her. Mac Raines: OH NO! Is she okay? Frank Archer: It appears Summer St Clair has injured her ankle. Perhaps rolled it when landing. With the ref focused on St Clair, Bambi Huntington is on the apron holding onto Rileys foot, not allowing her to jump. Megan Riley has to kick and get Huntington off. Finally she does and Bambi falls to the floor. Frank Archer: HEY! Mac Raines: What? What happened? Riley again resets and stands, now on the middle turnbuckle. St Clair tries walking on her ankle and Riley leaps off the turnbuckle and drops St Clair with an Over Castle. Fired up, Megan Riley looks to put her away finally... Frank Archer: She's going for Lights Out I think. Megan Riley stands in position, waiting to strike. Just then, Bambi is up again, and reaches into the ring, again holding Riley by the ankle, not allowing her to move. Riley struggles, but decides its time to put an end to this. She turns and grabs Bambi by the hair, pulling her up onto the apron. The ref is trying to seperate the two, when Summer St Clair, who magically healed her ankle, darts at Riley. Riley sidesteps, out of instict, and Summer St Clair collides with Bambi. Bambi falls to the floor once again. Frank Archer: That backfired! St Clair is dazed. Riley goes behind and throws her back with a german suplex. The german suplex folds St Clair over, and causes her to completely flip over onto her knees. Megan Riley wastes no time. She charges ahead and connects with Lights Out (Shining Wizard)! Megan Riley pins... One... Two... Three!!! "Just Stop" plays as the bell sounds and the ref raises Riley's hand in victory. Keith Williams: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner.... MMMMEEEGAAAAANNNNN RIIIIILLLLEEEYYY!!! Mac Raines: NO!!!! Her poor face! Frank Archer: Megan Riley got her revenge. She hurt Summer St Clair. Perhaps now St Clair will stop bullying people on social media. Mac Raines: She's a saint! Megan Riley doesn't look all too satisfied as she looks down at Summer St Clair. The crowd is certainly satisfied though as they cheer for the winner. ----------------------------------------------------- Retribution noun 1. 'Short People' by Randy Newman begins to play, the crowd explodes, and the Vanilla Midget comes out, his pet Spot Monkey perched on his shoulder. As he comes down the ramp, he cracks his knuckles and limbers up his neck, looking focused. He also takes time to slap the fans' hands on either side of the ramp, but without ever losing his poker face. Keith Williams: Introducing first, weighing in at 150 pounds.... He is the current UWL American Heavyweight Champion... THE VANILLA MIDGET!!! Before entering the ring, he walks over to a ring crew member and lovingly hands Spot Monkey over to him. He then slingshots to the top rope and flips into the ring, where awaits his opponents. Mac Raines: This dude is so weird. He's a midget, yet is kinda shaped like a real person. Frank Archer: Did you just admit you think midgets are not real people? Mac Raines: No.... Yeah kinda. #~AIIIYAEYAAAAAE~ Once the abrupt intro had ended, the song blasts over the PA with the venue's lights flickering on and off almost as wildly as the man passing through the entrance tunnel was. The large bearded male would beat his chest and let out a wild hoot before turning around and revealing the twin M emblem on the back of his Beard 3:16 shirt. Once the male had done that, purple fog would roll in from the tunnel. Keith Williams: And now, entering the ring, from Pheonix, Arizona... Weighing in at 235 pounds... Representing ACE... He is Muhammad Murder!!! A mixed reaction could be heard from the crowd as Muhammad Murder walks towards the ring, hooting and occasionally spinning around. Once Double M had ceased the spinning, he'd remove the shirt off of his back and fling it towards the crowd, whether they wanted it or not. Frank Archer: Muhammad Murder has been on a roll as of late in ACE. He is undefeated so far, and looks to bring home some gold with him. Mac Raines: He makes me want to take a shower. Muhammad Murder slides into the ring, quickly running over to the opposite side and sits on the second rope, casually sitting and waiting for the match to get underway. The beats of “You‘re Going Down“ starts to trickle out of the sound system. The lights start to dim around the stage as a little smoke trails across it and Corey Bull walks out with his loggers chain in hand. The crowd erupts with cheers for the villainous hero. #Define your meaning of war #To me it’s what we do when we’re bored #I feel the heat comin’ off of the black top #And it makes me want it more #Because I’m hyped and out of control #It it’s a fight, I’m ready to go #I wouldn’t put my money on the other guy #If you know what I know that I know Keith Williams: And finally... From the Great Northwoods... weighing in at 385 pounds... Representing NAW... "The Hatebringer" Corey Bull!!! Bull walks to the ring with his eyes focused on the square circle. The fans cheer on the monster as he climbs up and into the ring. He stands in the center and raises his fist with the chain into the air. Explosions go off on the ramp in the shape of a mushroom cloud as Bull looks out over the crowd and the lights come up. The chain is dumped over the side and he takes off the prison shirt and tosses it into the crowd, getting ready for a fight. Frank Archer: This match is going to be insane. Mac Raines: Well yeah. You got a midget. A dirty bum. And a guy who may or may not be a medically declared psycho. Sounds like a hell of a match to me! DING DING!! Corey Bull darts into the ring and takes down Muhammad Murder, pounces on him and unleashes a flurry of hard left and right hands. Muhammad Murder struggles to get the large Bull off of him, but manages to and quickly scurries to his feet. He is met with a solid clothesline by Bull. Muhammad swings for a retaliation, but Corey Bull ducks. He stuns Murder with an atomic drop, then hits the ropes and connects a clothesline to the back of the head. Frank Archer: Corey Bull is starting out strong. Vanilla Midget has already climbed the top rope and waits for his moment. Corey Bull stands in the center of the ring, and Midget leaps off the turnbuckle and flies into the air. Corey Bull easily catches Vanilla Midget and holds him. A smirk comes across Bull's face before slamming Midget down hard. Corey Bull hits the ropes and drops an elbow, but Vanilla Midget rolls out of the way. Mac Raines: That may have been the damndest elbow drop ever. Frank Archer: But Vanilla Midget rebounds nicely. Vanilla Midget springs to his feet and attacks Corey Bull, who was trying to get up following the missed elbow drop. Bull shoves Vanilla Midget back, creating space, but Vanilla Midget comes firing right back with more attacks. Shots to the face, kicks to the chest, kicks to the thighs. Corey Bull again shoves Midget back. Midget comes firing back again, but Corey Bull is up! Bull goes to decapitate Midget with a clothesline but the champ ducks. He hits the ropes and on the return connects a diving low dropkick to the knee of Corey Bull. A second dropkick to the same knee has Corey Bull down to a knee. With Bull down to a knee, Vanilla Midget drops him with a short DDT. He quickly makes a pin attempt... One... Tw-Bull easily kicks out and tosses Midget off of him Mac Raines: HAH! He threw him up like the worlds easiest bench press! Vanilla Midget lands on his feet and hits the ropes again. Out of nowhere is Muhammad Murder, who clotheslines Midget over the ropes and sends him to the floor below. Muhammad Murder now turns his attention to Corey Bull. Murder stomps on Bull, who was still in the process of standing. Murder notices the hurt knee and strikes. He methodically attacks the left knee of Corey Bull. Murder applies a modified leglock. The ref is in perfect position to ask Bull if he'll submit. Mac Raines: I don't think Corey Bull will submit. Frank Archer: Look at the torque on the knee of Corey Bull. Give Murder and Midget credit. It doesn't matter how big you are. It's hard to be a brute on one leg. Muhammad isn't expecting a victory via submission, and releases the hold after several seconds, but stays on the attack. He lays Bulls foot across the bottom rope, leaps up and comes down onto the exposed knee of Corey Bull. A second time. He attempts a third try, but Corey Bull uses his good leg to lift Muhammad Murder up and over the top rope, and to the floor. Corey Bull is slow to get up, using the ropes to do so. Just like that, from behind, Vanilla Midget swoops in and takes the injured leg out from under Bull. Frank Archer: And AGAIN Corey Bull is down. Everytime he gets something going, the third man is there to attack the leg. Mac Raines: That's what makes multi man matches so dangerous Frankie. Frank Archer: Vanilla Midget is applying a leg grapevine now. Mac Raines: Problem is, Corey Bull's leg is as big as The American Champion. Vanilla Midget realizes this isn't the most effective move on such a large man. He releases the hold and kicks Corey Bull on the mat, and stomps on the left leg some more. Vanilla Midget hops onto the middle turnbuckle and comes down with a splash across the left knee of Corey Bull. He pins... One... Two... Kickout. Corey Bull again, throws Vanilla Midget off again. Frank Archer: There is a lot of fight left in Corey Bull. Mac Raines: Hard to fight while laying on the mat though Frankie. Vanilla Midget waits for Bull to get to his knees, then connects a dropkick to the face, dropping the big man. Vanilla Midget exits to the apron and climbs the top rope. He is ready to fly when Muhammad Murder climbs to the apron and shoves Vanilla Midget off, and he lands straddling the ropes. Vanilla Midget bounces ever so uncomfortablly before falling down to the mat. Meanwhile, Muhammad Murder drops down to the floor again, reaches in and grabs Corey Bull by the legs. He drags him to the corner, and slings the injured knee across the steel turnbuckle. The thud echoes throughout MSG. A second smash into the turnbuckle has Bull writhing in pain until he falls under the bottom rope and into the floor. Frank Archer: Corey Bull is seriously hurt here. That knee is destroyed. Mac Raines: But he may have finally saved himself. He's on the outside now. Muhammad Murder slides into the ring just as Vanilla Midget gets to his feet. He greets Midget with a kick in the midsection, and a textbook snap suplex. Muhammad Murder quickly climbs the top rope, then leaps off with a diving headbutt that connects with the American Heavyweight Champion. Muhammad Murder pins, hooking both legs... One... Two... Kickout... Mac Raines: Muhammad Murder is now in control. They picked apart Corey Bull. Injured his leg, and essentially eliminated him from the match. And now he focuses on the champion. Murder allows Vanilla Midget to his feet, all the while keeping an eye on Bull, who remains on the floor. Murder connects with multiple headbutts that has Vanilla Midget out on his feet. Muhammad Murder follows up with a belly to belly suplex before making another pin attempt... One... Two... Th-Kickout... Frank Archer: ACE's undefeated Muhammad Murder is proving why he is undefeated in one of the best promotions in the world. Murder grabs Midget and lifts him in the air with ease and walks to the corner and sits him on the tope rope, straddling the turnbuckle. Muhammad tries to climb up the turnbuckle, but Midget won't allow it. The champion is relentless with right hands trying to keep Muhammad away. He creates space and knows he has to strike now. Midget gets to his feet on the top rope and leaps off with a hurricanrana. Frank Archer: Here comes Vanilla Midget! Both Vanilla and Muhammad get to their feet, and Midget gets a running head of steam. He ducks a swing by Murder and leaps onto the ropes. He springs off and turns in mid air and connects with a crossbody. He rolls off of Murder and both men are climbing to their feet. Vanilla Midget side steps and connects a side russian legsweep. Vanilla Midget climbs the top rope and flies off with a 540 corkscrew moonsault. What a beautiful scene... with a tragic ending. Muhammad Murder gets his knees up and Vanilla crashes down hard onto them. Muhammad then drops Vanilla Midget with a wicked Dragon Suplex and bridges for a pin... One... Two... Thr-Kickout... Mac Raines: He just dropped him on his friggin neck! Muhammad Murder brings Vanilla Midget to his feet, but the American Champion surprises him with a jawbreaker which stuns Murder. Midget goes for a kick to the gut, but Murder catches the boot. Vanilla Midget is ready though and goes for an enzuigiri. Muhammad Murder, too his credit, ducks the kick though. Midget hits the deck and bounces to his feet. Muhammad Murder goes for his own enzuigiri. This time, it's Muhammad Murder ducking the kick. It's like a stand still, until Corey Bull is in the ring! He charges ahead and connects with a clothesline on BOTH men! Frank Archer: Corey Bull says hello... The crowd errupts as Corey Bull stands over his two opponents. Corey grabs Vanilla Midget and easily lifts him up and tosses him into the corner. He drives his shoulder repeatively into the midsection, taking the wind out of the champion. He irish whips Midget across the ring and into the corner. He follows him in with a clothesline. Vanilla slumps down into the corner. Muhammad Murder runs at Corey Bull, who sidesteps him. Murder hits the ropes, and on the return Corey Bull explodes with a spinebuster. Corey Bull pins... One... Two... Th-Kickout... Mac Raines: Corey Bull is a monster! Corey Bull stays on the offensive. A kick to the gut, and he's setting up Murder for a Gutwrench powerbomb, but Murder slides out of his grasp and lands on his feet. Murder slows Bull down with an eyerake. He then tries a suplex, but Bull blocks it. Corey Bull shows his strength and powers Muhammad Murder up, and drops him facefirst onto the mat. Murder hits hard, but bounces up to his feet. Then he slams him down with an STO. He pins... One... Two... Save by The Vanilla Midget... Mac Raines: Wouldn't be amazing if Vanilla Midget powerbombed Corey Bull!? Frank Archer: It'd be amazing if he beats him at all. But he's proven he can beat the big men. Apollo Cain. The Sir. He can beat the giants. Vanilla Midget pounds on Bull, who shrugs him off. Vanilla Midget then goes back to the bad knee. It works. Corey Bull is slowed down. Finally, Vanilla Midget connects an Enzuigiri. Midget doesn't pin. He goes to the top rope, and comes crashing down with a frogsplash. He pins... One... Two... Thr-Kickout... Frank Archer: Another kickout! Mac Raines: Notice he didn't throw Midget off this time. Just managed to kick out. Vanilla Midget rocks Corey Bull with fists, but Corey Bull manages to clutch Vanilla Midget by the throat. Vanilla Midget steps on Bull's foot, then takes him down with a small package!! One... Two... Thre-Kickout!!! Mac Raines: That was close! Both men get to their feet and Vanilla Midget hits a running dropkick that sends Corey Bull stumbling against the ropes. From behind, Murder grabs Midget by the waist. Midget responds with a back elbow, that Muhammad Murder ducks. It spins Midget around, and Murder sends him over with a Northern Lights Suplex. He bridges for a pin... One... Two... Save by Corey Bull. Corey Bull grabs Murder by the beard and kicks him in the gut. He lifts Murder up for a powerbomb, but his knee goes out on him. He drops Murder, and clutches his knee. Murder is up and connects a deadly Shining Wizard onto Corey Bull. He pins... One... Two... Thr-Kickout... Mac Raines: Good Lord! What a match! Muhammad Murder doesn't worry about the kickout, because he's already sizing up Bull for the finale. Corey Bull rises and Murder goes for the MMO (RKO), but Bull is too strong and is able to stand his ground. Murder falls all alone on the mat. He bounces up and is met by a boot to the gut by Corey Bull. Bull quickly lifts Murder up... Frank Archer: Killswitch! Corey Bull connects with the Killswitch (Steiner Screwdriver)! Murder, somehow manages to roll away after the impact, saving himself from defeat. As Corey Bull gets to his feet, he is caught off guard by a sprinting Vanilla Midget, who connects with the Midget Kick (superkick)! Mac Raines: Midget Kick! And it reached! Frank Archer: Vanilla Midget hit directly on the chin of Corey Bull! Vanilla Midget lands on top of Corey Bull, hooking the leg... One... Two... Three!!! The bell sounds as the crowd explodes! Short People plays once again and the ref is handing Midget his title. Keith Williams: Ladies and gentlemen here is your winner.... and STILL UWL American Heavyweight Champion... THE VAAAANILLLAAAA MIIIDGEEEEETTT!!! Mac Raines: Holy shit! Frank Archer: The miracle continues! Vanilla Midget has done it again! The Vanilla Midget proudly clutches his title as he rolls out of the ring and celebrates with the crowd. ----------------------------------------------------- Edited by KevinHill, Jan 24 2015, 11:19 PM.

----------------------------------------------------- We see the UWL World Heavyweight Champion, Gunner Hughes, head down. He seems to be mentally preparing himself for war. His title sits on a large crate next to him. After a few moments, he grabs the title, exhales, and begins walking. Next we see Alex Castellanos in his locker room, doing some last minute preparation. The wrist tape is on. The boots are tied. The knee pads are pulled up. He begins jumping up and down before exiting the room. Frank Archer: The main event is next... Let's see how we got here... We are treated to a video package. First we see Gunner Hughes. His win just after the UWL was relaunched. He defeated Grayson King for the vacant UWL World Title. What follows is the rampage he has went on in NAW and UWL. Victories over Ryan Kidd. Apollo Cain. NAW stars like Grayson King... Then a bump in the road. A bump named Beck Ramsey. Ramsey upset the champ, and took his title, as well as his undefeated streak. But Gunner never lost sight of his goal. Gunner wins the return bout at Ascension, recapturing the UWL World Heavyweight Title. Quite possibly the biggest name in UWL history. Now he is on to his next challenge. His next stop on his path to greatness... Enter Alex Castellanos. We see early footage of Castellanos in PWX. Also unseen footage of Alex in GIW, pre-UWL. Alex's debut into the UWL was at Wrestlefest II. Where he was paired up with a random partner in Dom Harter to take on the UWL World Tag Team Champions... And won. The unlikely duo of Castellanos and Harter won the World Tag Team Titles, and went on to defend them successfully until UWL shut down in early 2013. Alex was not seen again in the UWL until Ascension '14. He entered the Ascension Battle Royal, and to the surprise of everyone, won it! Castellanos has quietly taken over the honored crown of "Best Record in UWL." Tonight he has a chance to add UWL World Heavyweight Champion to his resume, and enter the conversation as the "greatest ever." Who will walk out of Madison Square Garden as the UWL World Heavyweight Champion? ----------------------------------------------------- ![]() A shotgun blast is heard through the PA system and “Dead Man Walking” by Bloodsimple begins to play. The crowd knows immediately who it is, and rises with a huge roar. After a few moments, Gunner Hughes slowly comes walking out from the back, raising an arm in the air at the top of the ramp as he stares into the crowd. Frank Archer: There's the man! Gunner Hughes is arguably the biggest name in the history of the UWL. Mac Raines: I think Pat Gordon Jr would disagree with that. Gunner stomps down the ramp, carrying the UWL World Title along with him and heads towards the ring, then he climbs through the ropes and walks to the center of the ring, raising the UWL World Title in the air once more before his music comes to a stop. Frank Archer: Hughes looks focused, despite having finally lost the NAW Heavyweight Title recently. Mac Raines: He's slippin' Frankie. "King of the World" by Porcelain and the Tramps plays and an equally loud pop nearly takes the roof off of MSG. Alex Castellanos emerges onto the stage. Mac Raines: Alex Castellanos has quietly had an incredible UWL career, and tonight he can cement is place in history by winning the UWL World Heavyweight Championship. Castellanos gives a few nearby fans a high five as he makes his way to the ring. He circles the ring, then climbs in, and stands on the turnbuckle for the thousands in attendance. Frank Archer: Two beloved UWL stars. One World Championship. The music dies down as the crowd is buzzing. In the center of the ring is the senior official, as well as ring announcer Keith Williams. The ref holds up the UWL World Title. Keith Williams: Ladies and gentlemen... The time has arrived. This is your main event of the evening and it is for the UWL World.... Heavyweight Championship!!! Huge roar from the antsy crowd... Keith Williams: Introducing first... The challenger. From Galveston, Texas. Weighing in at 206 pounds... Representing Awesome Championship Entertainment.... "The Golden Age" ALEX CASTELLANOS!!! The crowd pops and Castellanos gets an upclose look at the title he is challenging for. Keith Williams: And his opponent... From Portland, Oregon. Weighing in at 275 pounds... Representing North Atlantic Wrestling... He is the reigning and defending UWL Heavyweight Champion of the World.... This is GUNNER HUGHES!!! Gunner raises his arms as the crowd applaudes in approval. Mac Raines: I'm so turnt right now Frankie! This is insane! DING DING!! Frank Archer: And here we go! UWL World Championship is on the line! The two men circle the ring, ready to begin, when Castellanos extends his hand. Gunner is taken back by the gesture, and hesitates, but finally, extends his hand and the two quickly shake hands. A huge roar of approval from the crowd before the two tie up in a traditional collar-and-elbow tie up. Frank Archer: Well would you look at that! A true and honest handshake in the opening seconds of a World Title match. You just don't see that kind of respect any more today. Mac Raines: WE WANT FIRE!!! Frank Archer: Shut up Mac. Champion and challenger battle for position, but Gunner uses his strength to his advantage and muscles Castellanos back into the corner. With the ref there to order a clean break, Gunner gladly does so. He backs out, allowing Castellanos space to come back out and retry. They tie up again, and guess what, Gunner is still stronger than Alex Castellanos. He backs Alex into the corner again, and again, allows a clean break. Mac Raines: This won't last long. Hey guys! You're in the main event of UWL Wrestlefest! Fight! Frank Archer: It's a shame that respect like this is so rare. Gunner is obviously the stronger of the two. On the third tie up, Castellanos immediately reacts and takes Gunner down with an armdrag. Gunner hops right back, and gets another armdrag for his troubles. Hughes wisely stays down, kneeling on the mat and looking up at Castellanos smiling. Frank Archer: There is Castellanos key to walking out of NYC as the champion. He's gotta counter Gunner's strength with his speed and ring awareness. Mac Raines: You know what else would help? A well placed thumb into the eye socket. Gunner stands up, nodding in approval of Castellanos' quickness. Gunner challenges Alex to a test of strength. Castellanos seems ready to accept as well. He steps up to the plate and locks hands. As expected, Gunner easily gets the upper hand. Mac Raines: Why would he accept that challenge? THUMB TO THE EYE! THUMB HIM ALEX! CHOKE HIM GUNNER! Frank Archer: You're dispicable. Gunner has Castellanos on his knees, and has all of the leverage. To his credit, Castellanos manages to fight his way back to his feet, and uses his knee to break the grasp Gunner had on his crushed hand. With the grasp broken, Alex counters and applies a wrist lock. Gunner counters with his own wrist lock, but Alex Castellanos rolls through, confusing Gunner, and gets his initial wrist lock back in. Alex then takes Gunner off his feet with a drop toe hold. As Gunner tries to get to his feet, he is dropped with a running, swinging neckbreaker. Alex makes the first pin attempt... One... Two... Kickout... Frank Archer: During his unbelievable career, Gunner Hughes has taken on many different styles of wrestlers. From Ryan Kidd, to Apollo Cain, to Beck Ramsey. Mac Raines: Right now, he's having trouble figuring out Alex Castellanos. The challenger brings Gunner to his feet, but not before pounding away on him. Alex sets Gunner up for a suplex, but Hughes blocks it, refusing to get taken off his feet. Gunner counters and drops Castellanos with his own suplex. Both men scurry to their feet, and Gunner scoops Alex up for a scoop slam. Alex slips free and turns Gunner around, then takes him down with another armdrag. A second armdrag has Gunner furious, and he explodes, connecting with a wicked clothesline that'll make your head scramble just by watching it. Mac Raines: Hot damn! What a clothesline! Frank Archer: Perhaps, Gunner Hughes is getting a bit annoyed by Alex Castellanos. Mac Raines: Yes! Get mean Gunner! Gunner Hughes picks up a wobbly Alex Castellanos and shoots him off the ropes. When Castellanos comes back, Gunner Hughes easily powers him up, holding him by his side, then drops him with a sidewalk slam. Gunner backs against the ropes, and uses them for momentum before dropping his massive leg across the throat of his challenger. Gunner stays just how he landed on the legdrop, and uses his length to stretch out and pull Alex's legs, creating a unique pin... One... Two... Kickout... Frank Archer: It appears Gunner Hughes has gained control of this contest. Indeed, the champion has gained control. As he gets up, failing to put Alex away, he brings Alex up and simply lifts him up, applying an old school bearhug. Gunner has the move expertly executed, and begins squeezing across the ribs and lower back of Castellanos. As Alex screams out in pain, the ref is right there in his face asking if he's ready to call it quits. Mac Raines: Brute force! A bearhug in a World Title match! I love it! Frank Archer: An excruciating hold that is sapping all the energy out of Castellanos. Gunner continues to squeeze, as the crowd actually begins supporting Alex to break free. Alex uses Gunners strength to his advantage and uses his bent knees as a stand, allowing a bit of leverage for him. A simple right hand is sometimes the most effective thing to use. This is one of those times. Alex begins knocking Gunner in his large head with right hands, and the hold is eventually broke. Castellanos is free, but the signs of damage are there. He clutches his back before continuing his boxing match, connecting with shots to the midsection, doubling the champ over. Castellanos pushes on and turns to hit the ropes. On the return, Gunner scoops him off his feet, and drops him with a backbreaker. Gunner pins... One... Two... Th-Kickout... Frank Archer: Castellanos' back is in jeopardy here. Gunner has targeted it. Mac Raines: One thing I'll say about Gunner Hughes. He's methodical. Nothing flashy, but smart. And he knows how to hurt you. Frank Archer: You can say that again. Mac Raines: One thing I'll say about Gunner Hughes. He's methodical. Nothing flashy, but smart. And he knows how to hurt you. Frank Archer: .... Really? Mac Raines: Let's call the action Frankie. Gunner Hughes slowly brings Castellanos to his feet. He is in no hurry, scheming on what to do next. Castellanos is a fighter though. He continues to find a way to get back on the offensive. Unfortunately, Gunner Hughes simply applies another bearhug. The desperation on Castellanos' face tells the whole story. He is in trouble. Frank Archer: Another bearhug! He is really squeezing on it this time. The UWL World Champion seems intent on either getting a submission win, or perhaps pop Alex like a pimple. Castellanos has other plans. He wedges his right arm in between him and Gunner, relieving most of the pressure. He climbs Gunner like a tree, going up and over his head with a sunset flip. He is trying to bring the big man down. Gunner is too big and too fresh. Gunner bends down and clutches Alex by the throat. He pulls him up to his feet, but Castellanos surprises him by leaping into the air and connecting with a kick to the back of the head, dropping Gunner and allowing Castellanos some MUCH needed recovery time. Frank Archer: Impressive, albeit desperate move by Castellanos. Doing anything he can to create space. Mac Raines: He needed that break in a bad way. As the referee begins the ten count, both men are getting to their feet. Gunner is up first and shakes the cobwebs off. He walks up to Castellanos and grabs him by the hair. He pulls him towards him, and connects an atomic drop. Gunner hits the ropes and looks to take Alex's head off with a boot, but Alex catches it! Alex then takes Gunner down with a Dragon Screw Legwhip, and then immediately applies an Achilles Lock! Gunner is screaming in pain! Mac Raines: Whoa! Frank Archer: He calls that combo the Welsh Screwdriver! Mac Raines: A knee wasn't meant to be torqued like that Frankie. Gunner squirms and reaches the bottom rope, causing a break, but the damage may have already been done. Castellanos releases the hold, and attends to his back, all the while keeping close to Gunner, who tries putting pressure on the hurt leg. Alex lifts the big leg of the champion up, and causes him to bounce on one foot. Gunner tries swinging at Alex, but he stays just outside of range. Castellanos simply takes Gunner down with a leg trip, and keeps a hold of the hurt leg. He does more damage with a Leg DDT that has Gunner writhing in pain. Castellanos calmly gets up and walks to the corner. He hops onto the middle turnbuckle and simply jumps off, and lands on the shin of Gunner Hughes! Gunner is now rolling around, hollering in agony. Mac Raines: ... Alex Castellanos is sick. Frank Archer: Gunner Hughes isn't the only methodical wrestler. Alex Castellanos primary target is the leg. He weakens it to apply the Texas Cloverleaf. Perhaps we're nearing that moment. Alex Castellanos brings Gunner to his feet... Well foot. Gunner can barely stand on his injured leg. Alex irish whips Gunner off the ropes, but Gunner manages to reverse it and send Alex across. On the return, Alex slides between Gunner's legs and stands behind him. He bends Gunner back for a reverse DDT, but Gunner spins and turns out of it, powering Alex up and throws him up in the air and allows him to crash down onto the mat. Alex is huffing for air, as he stands up and Gunner Hughes somehow lifts him up with a thunderous spinebuster! Frank Archer: What guts by Gunner Hughes! Mac Raines: But look. He can't follow up. He may have made it even worse. Gunner Hughes falls down, holding his hurt knee as Alex Castellanos is lying flat on his back. Gunner, with the energy of the arena, uses the ropes to fight to his feet. Meanwhile, Alex Castellanos has crawled around, getting to his feet as well. Gunner goes for broke and charges for the Buckshot (Carbon Footprint Bigboot). His speed has diminished though and Castellanos ducks it. Gunner Hughes is stuck in a compromising position. His boot misses and lands over the top turnbuckle in the corner. He is trying to get it out, but Alex is there and dropkicks the exposed knee. Mac Raines: Well that's unfortunate. Castellanos hammers on Gunner. He takes turns from Gunners face to Gunners knee. Castellanos then powers Gunner up, sitting backwards on the turnbuckle. He hooks Gunners boot into the rope then flings him back in a Tree of Woe. Frank Archer: A tree of woe, and more torque is being put on the knee of the World champion. Castellanos can take his time now. He backs up, measuring Gunner. Alex then sprints, and connects with a sliding dropkick to the face of Gunner Hughes. With the ref's assistance, Gunner is unhooked and falls to the mat face first. Alex struggles, with a hurt back, to drag Gunner towards the center of the ring. Gunners length makes Alex have to drag him further than usual. Once he's away from the ropes, Alex Castellanos pins... One... Two... Thr-Kickout... Frank Archer: Gunner Hughes is a tough hombre. Mac Raines: He's gonna be a one legged hombre pretty soon. Castellanos is perhaps getting frustrated, and applies a leg grapevine. Perhaps as a way to recoop and think of his next course of action. Gunner refuses to lay there and take punishment though. He uses his good leg to put the boots to Castellanos. He frantically kicks down at Castellanos until Alex has no choice but to release the hold to get away from the kicks. Alex gets up and brings Gunner to his feet. He hammers Gunner with right hands, but Gunner fires back with his own right hands. Castellanos eventually wins the brawl, and uses knife edge chops for good measure. He turns and hits the ropes. On the return, Gunner tries a clothesline, that Alex easily ducks. Alex hits the ropes again and flies with a crossbody... That Gunner catches. One ONE leg, Gunner clutches Alex, and powers him over with a fallaway slam! Alex is hurt, but still gets up before the champion. Gunner is punching his knee to get it to work right.... Then explodes! Gunner brings everything to the table and delivers a spear! Mac Raines: How the?!?! Frank Archer: What a warrior! Gunner Hughes can barely stand on that leg, yet connected with the slam, and then risked everything to lay out Castellanos with a spear! Mac Raines: Well now's his chance to recover. And that's what Guner Hughes does. He lies there motionless, recovering. Alex Castellanos is lying next to him, trying to breathe after a spear nearly broke him in half. The crowd is on their feet chanting "THIS IS AWESOME!" as the ref begins his ten count. Both men begin fighting to get to their feet. They are face to face doing everything they can to stand. They are up and begin trading weak right hands. Gunner seems to be winning, being a natural brawler, but misses a haymaker. As Alex ducks, he takes off to the ropes. On the return he goes for a clothesline... But so does Gunner Hughes. They BOTH connect and, yet again lie side by side in the center of the ring. The crowd eats it up and is giving them a standing ovation. Mac Raines: I'm getting tired just calling this match! Frank Archer: Both men are giving it everything they got. They are trying to prove they are the best. Both are in a slump. Gunner Hughes recently lost the NAW Title after holding it for the better part of a year... Alex Castellanos' ACE debut was spoiled after an upset loss to The Fizz. Both men need this. As both men reach their feet, they slug it out some more. Finally, Alex Castellanos ends it with a kick to the knee, instantly stopping Hughes in his track. Castellanos turns to run, but Hughes reaches out and grabs his wrist. He pulls Alex back towards him, scoops him up and drives him down with a powerslam. Gunner lays on Alex for a pin... One... Two... Thr-Kickout... Mac Raines: This match may never end Frankie. Frank Archer: I don't think anyone would complain. Gunner gets to his feet, and Castellanos follows suit. Hughes blocks a desperate punch by Castellanos and retaliates with his trademark combo. One hook. Two hooks. And a stiff right uppercut... That Castellanos dodges. Castellanos grabs Gunners bad leg and powers him up, and drops him with a Ric Flair inspired shinbreaker. Gunner drops and Castellanos wastes no time in going for the Texas Cloverleaf. Mac Raines: Texas Cloverleaf! Texas Cloverleaf! Frank Archer: If Castellanos can lock it in, we will have a new champion! Gunner frantically squirms his legs, not allowing Castellanos to lock them into position. Gunner then uses his leg strength to push Castellanos away. Alex stumbles backwards all the way to the ropes. He bounces off them, and Gunner sits up. He grabs Alex and pulls him down, surprising everyone watching with a small package... One... Two... Thre-Kickout!!! Frank Archer: Did he get him? Mac Raines: The ref says two Frankie! That's about as close as it gets though! Both men rush to their feet. Alex is first. Gunner is a step behind and Castellanos strikes. Golden Arrow! Alex Castellanos hits the Golden Arrow Superkick! He pins as the fans count along with the ref... One... Two... Thre-KICKOUT!!! Frank Archer: He kicked out! Mac Raines: I can't believe it! Frank Archer: Neither can these fans! Or Castellanos! Alex is bewildered right now, sitting up. He runs his fingers through his hair, trying to keep his cool. He stands up and stands in the corner... Preparing for another Golden Arrow. Gunner Hughes is struggling to get to his feet. A possible concussion doesn't keep the World Champion down. He manages to get to his feet and Castellanos is ready... But so is Gunner! Hughes catches the boot on the second Golden Arrow attempt. He spins Alex around.... BUCKSHOT! Frank Archer: He hit the Buckshot! Mac Raines: How did he have the will to jump off that bad leg? Frank Archer: It's called heart Mac! And Gunner is crawling towards Castellanos.... There's the pin! One... Two... Thre-KICKOUT!!! Mac Raines: Oh my God... Frank Archer: Madison Square Garden is witnessing an instant classic tonight at Wrestlefest Four. Gunner Hughes looks as if he saw a ghost. He also looks like that was his last gasp. But as Castellanos rolls over onto his stomach, Hughes sees his opportunity... He steps over Castellanos and applies something we've never seen him apply in a UWL ring... the Full Metal Jacket (Camel Clutch). Frank Archer: Gunner Hughes is pulling out all the tricks tonight. The Camel Clutch is locked in, and Castellanos is in trouble. That back has been tortured this entire night. The ref is asking Castellanos if he's ready to call it a night and Alex is frantically looking for an escape. He can't reach the rope. His back is too hurt to lift Gunner off of him... He's gotta tap... But he doesn't! He tugs on the knee pad of Gunner, pulling it down. He then closes his fist and begins pounding on the exposed injured knee. Eventually, Gunner can't sit there, allowing him to punch his knee. This allows Alex an opening. He rolls over, clutching Gunner's bad leg. He takes Gunner down, and locks his legs up. One swift motion later, Alex Castellanos locks in the Texas Cloverleaf! The crowd gives a standing ovation to the amazing counter. Mac Raines: What an escape!! Frank Archer: Castellanos was on the bring of submitting... An amazing counter, and now he has the Texas Cloverleaf on Gunner Hughes. Gunner is in serious pain! Mac Raines: Will he tap!?!? Gunner is in the dead center of the ring. The torque on the knee is too much. The world is shocked as Gunner Hughes TAPS OUT!!! The bell sounds and Alex Castellanos simply drops Gunner's legs and kneels on the mat. Keith Williams: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner.... And NEW UWL World Heavyweight Champion.... AAALLLLEXXXXX CAAASSTELLLLANOOOOOOSSSS!!!! Mac Raines: I can't believe it! He did it! Frank Archer: We have a new UWL World Champion! The referee awards the UWL Title to Alex Castellanos, who can't even stand without assistance. The ref holds Alex's arm up as Alex holds his new UWL Title high. Pyro pop off in Madison Square Garden. "King of the World" blasts as everyone in the building is standing and applauding. Frank Archer: Congratulations are in order to the new champion, Alex Castellanos. And hats off to Gunner Hughes, who wrestled basically on one leg. An incredible match. One we will remember for ages. Mac Raines: Even I have to say that was incredible. Frank Archer: Ladies and gentlemen... Welcome to the Golden Age of the UWL! For Mac Raines... I'm Frank Archer. Goodnight from New York City! Castellanos holds the title high as pyro continues. You can see Gunner Hughes in the background, on the outside, limping backwards up the ramp, watching the celebration. The final shot is Alex Castellanos clutching his title, staring at it.
