Hello everyone and this is Caleb Graham, head of Digital Media Content, bringing you the very first edition of the UWL Newsletter. We will bring everyone up to date with all the latest happening in, and around the League.

The first big story broke last week when Pro Wrestling X became the first wrestling company to become a member of the League. PWX has been a big time name over the years and instantly gave the UWL some credibility. They tour the Midwest region and bring in such stars as Tyler Boyd, James Silkk, Tweeder, Brian Hollywood, and many more. I was able to get ahold of Mr. Darrell Hayes, owner of PWX as news broke that they officially joined the League.

"Joining the UWL was a no-brainier for us," he said. "We know PWX is the premiere brand of pro wrestling in the Midwest, and UWL is shaping up to be the premiere organization. You don't need the word 'best' in your name to be the best. That's where PWX stands."

We expect big things out of this partnership.

Not long after Pro Wrestling X became the League's first member company, two others followed suit. Underground X, based out of Las Vegas, and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Wrestling, who tours the New England region.

UX is a rapidly growing company with some impact players to show off. Most notably, UX Undisputed Champion, Sean Robinson. Alongside Robinson are such stars as Macca, Deicide, and John Johnson. UX Owner, Salvatore D'Aquilla will be a special guest on the first episode of Between The Ropes as we will get to know alot more of this exciting company.

WBSW is ran by business man, Alex Morgran. It is an up and coming wrestling company in the Northeast area of Pennsylvania, and tour the New England region. UWL President/Owner Kevin Hill recently spoke about signing the WBSW to become its third member company. "I'm personally very excited to work with the WBSW," Hill says, "I like what they bring to the table. The UWL and WBSW will be growing with the help of one another, and will depend on each other as both strive to take it to the next level."

The latest UX Event was Blacklist 34, and can be viewed here:

With momentum on his side, Mr Hill was very pleased to announce the launch of P.W. Syndicated, the very first TV Network of its kind.

"This was a vision of mine years back, and words cannot describe what a joy it is to see P.W. Syndicated on the air. P.W. Syndicated airs Events of all of our affiliated companies, as well as our own monthly events. But that is not all. Between The Ropes will be our flagship broadcast, giving you all the latest news, in a live setting."

The first program P.W. Syndicated ever aired was TSWF: Jon Lilwall Tribute.

Rumor has it, the first edition of Between The Ropes will air this week. Stay tuned for that!

The fourth company signed with United Wrestling League on August 20th. It is Tri-State Wrestling Federation, ran by Michael Sandsbury. They join WBSW in touring the New England region, but primarily in the Tri-State aera of NY, NJ, and CT.

I was able to contact Mr Sandsbury earlier this evening.

Michael Sandsbury had this to say "United Wrestling League is a new hope in a dying business. Too many companies try to act like lonely islands and end up being lost in the mix. That was my problem during TSWF's first incarnation. I know now that with the help of UWL, TSWF will not end up with that same fate. And in the end, TSWF will get to introduce its talent and style to new regions of this country, which has always been my goal since opening many years ago." TSWF brings in talent such as: Mark Adams Jr, Shadoe Rage, Vic Morrison, and Jack Nomad, just to name a view. Tri-State Wrestling Federation brings in a dose of old-school into the League, which is exactly what it needed.

That's it for the first edition of the UWL Newsletter. Be sure to check out edition #2, next time as we continue to meet the new companies and the men and women in them. Also, could be headed towards the first UWL Event? Come back and find out!
