The strobe lights begin flickering on the entrance curtain in pace with the drum and base line until they reach a crescendo at the chorus and Malcolm Drake bursts through the curtain. Drake stops beyond the curtain, casting wary sideways glances at the fans along ringside. He recoil from those fans that attempt to touch him, screaming at them and smacking himself in the head along the way to the ring. Drake slides until the bottom rope on his stomach and crawls to the nearest turnbuckle corner, where he slumps his arms over the middle rope, staring out at the crowd. He turns back towards the ring, slouching in the corner; scratching his head and chest hair. Ring Attire: Entrance Only: Black hooded sweatshirt, black leather jacket or black denim jacket Hand and wrist tape on both hands up to the forearms, usually with lots of Sharpie writing and pictures covering the tape Above-the-knee wrestling shorts with half-slits up the sides, usually in black and usually decorated with skulls or a single skull and cross-bones Black elbow pads; left elbow with a white skull Black knee pads Knee high wrestling boots with kick pads Bio: What little is known about Malcolm Drake is often hearsay or contradictory. He is in his mid-to-late twenties and is originally from Boston, MA. The only first-hand knowledge Drake has divulged is that his mother is dead (he has not elaborated on the circumstances) and he makes no mention of his father. Drake has made reference to being homeless, though this has never been confirmed. It is assumed that Drake has some advanced formal education, since he is given to quoting Latin as well as nihilistic and/or anarchistic philosophies. His mental stability is questionable at best; he is quick to anger and long to hold a grudge. In the ring, he is prone to bouts of ultra-violence as he seemingly takes pleasure from inflicting pain on his opponents. It is because of this that Malcolm Drake has no formal wrestling training, having been kicked out of Saints Haven and several other, less reputable, wrestling schools for taking liberties with fellow students. |
