Prime Minister had been planning to establish formal relations with Winovias regional neighbors for quite some time. Internal affairs of the nation had held him up though, and he hadn't had the time. Now in the wake of the new elections he was making time. He felt it was necessary that Winovia have relations with its neighbors, to better advance the nation. The Prime Ministers Jet, ExAir 2, landed at the airport in Franconia. The Prime Minister descended the plane, followed by two Royal Guards. He approached the delegation waiting for him, "Hello, I am Prime Minister Garell Harper of Winovia." |

Kathy Graham stood quiet as the plane of the Winovian Prime Minister touched down. In her black pencil skirt, business top, and white blouse, the Prime Minister looked dignified, the very embodiment of female political power. Beside her stood her Chief of Staff, Clement Joúrdan, and several other aides. While the Prime Minister was composed on the outside, inside, she was burning with joy. She had just won the largest majority in her Parties history, and now was to meet another Head of Government for the first time in her second Term. As the Winovian Prime Minister moved forward, Graham did as well, short steps causing her high heels to clack on the ground. "Mr. Prime Minister," Graham said with a smile, hand extended, "Welcome to New Vancouver, and indeed Great Franconia and Verana. I hope your flight was pleasant." "Thank you," the Prime Minister nodded, leading her Winovian counterpart through the crowds towards the awaiting motorcade. With her well practiced maneuver to get into the limousine, the Prime Minister closed the door and buckled her seat belt. "We should be arriving at the Parliament Buildings shortly. Is there anything you would like to talk about before we arrive?" |

"I'd just like to know why were going to the Parliament building?" Prime Minister Harper had never been to another nation, since his election in January, and the ones he had been on before didn't involve the nations legislature. He was used to just sitting down and talking with the nations leader or leaders.

"My office, and the Office of many of my Ministers are there. It is also closer the the Stone Street, my residence." Graham gazed out the window at the passing skyscrapers of Downtown Vancouver. The Legislature was in the Capital District, a far more apt place with its Victorian and Gothic architecture, along with the many parks. "And of course, once our official meeting is done, we can of course go to Stone Street for the State Dinner." |

"I thought you meant that we would be visiting a Parliament session, my mistake." Harper looked out of the window and noticed the superb architecture of the buildings. "The architecture here is maginficent," Harper said admiringly. |

"Thank you," The Prime Minister smiled. "The Legislature is in the Historic District, many of the buildings are over 200 years old, some even more. Many government members and official have homes here." Kathy Graham had always loved this drive. So scenic, so beautiful. The fact that she had complete control over the entire area was simply a bonus. The limousine slowly pulled around the corner, and parked directly in front of a grand building, beautifully crafted, with a massive central dome. Assembled outside was a host of reporters and officials. "Here we are," Graham said, gracefully stepping from the car. "After you Mr. Prime Minister." |

Prime Minister Harper admired the architecture and design of the city, but he was ready to get down to business. He had arranged to meet with 4 of the nations he had intended to visit, and that was a good start. He had high hopes for what he was planning to do. He got out of the car and walked into the building. "Lead the way Madame Prime Minister." |

The Prime minister strode into the Parliament buildings, the elaborate stone interior framing the people inside. She knew this corridors like the back of her hand, this was her turf, and she liked it that way. Often the two Prime Ministers would pass an MP. A member of the Liberal Government would always smile brightly, Opposition MPs only nodded in a grim form of respect. The long walk to the Prime Ministers office was finally over as the Pair, along with their respective staffs, passed through the carved oak doors. In a maneuver of practiced grace, Graham sat in the large chair behind her elegantly carved desk, portraits of her predecessors eyeing the room. "Now Mr. Harper, to business. What would you like to speak about?" |
