We suggest a resolution to limit the use of biological weapons and chemical weapons but one that completely bans nuclear arms. We don't want to repeat the Great Mistake. Russia will work with Kyri on a new resolution of Kyri is willing to cooperate. |

Stating that a nation must inform all nearby regions before use of WMDs is wholly un-progressive, it does not set a time frame for informing regions or any system that would require confirmation of civilian evacuation. A nation, for example under this simplistic shallow restriction, could "inform" nearby regions of their intention to use WMDs minutes, even seconds beforehand. Secondly, these unrefined crude categorizations of weaponry are just that, too unspecific. Under these definitions a common handgun is on equal classification with heavy artillery. There is no category for vehicular mounted weaponry: tanks, helicopters, planes, ships, that are just as destructive to the world as these other things. We also would like to agree with the proposition by our valued acquaintances: The Russian Delegation, that nuclear weaponry should be totally prohibited from use. |

A new resolution shall be drafted. If you have any particular recommendations, please contact me via PM Aran. Thank you for the input. For now though, this resolution has failed and will be closed. |
