Ya boi

In the case that two or more nations go to war and don't agree on what the outcome of said war will be, then a random dice roll will be done like so.

1. Both sides will be measured by comparing their overall populations, gdp, military size, military score, and an averaged gdp per capita. For each category that one side is superior in they will gain a bonus of 1 added on to their overall dice roll.

2. A dice will be rolled three times for each side using this dice roller -> https://www.random.org/dice/

3. The bonuses will be added and the nation with the highest overall score will be the winner.
