In light of the Federation's use of large scale kinetic bombardment against the nation of Japan Canada would put forth a proposal to reprimand the Federation, whatever form that may take.

Should the NUN allow the use of these weapons to go unpunished we would lose our credibility as an organization and legitimize their use in further conflicts. We must show that, as stated in previous resolutions, the NUN will hold its firm stance against the use of WMD's. Though not explicitly listed in amendment 4, the Kinetic bombardment device known as "ODIN" is certifiably the greatest weapon to ever be seen on earth. This would lead Canada to propose further amendment to amendment 4, including the use of Kinetic Bombardment Devices in the list of banned/punishable actions by the NUN.
