What happened to Kentucky?? Loses to Houston and is 4-5.

Looks like Tubby Smith isn't doing to bad. Minnesota is 7-1 now btw

But Gillespie will get them turned around eventually.

Should Gillespie be worried about his job security? I mean, hey, your at the winningest program in college basketball history. Ok, fine, you can lose to North Carolina and Indiana with that young team of yours, but Houston, Gardner Webb and UAB is unacceptable.

not his fault

jasper meeks have been injury plaqued, plus patterson was out thursday

uk has 3 upperclassmen, and carter sucks

people need to realize that Billy is rebuilding.

and Tubby wouldnt be doing any better this year, and he wasnt gonna get Patterson

Billy will get his talent in, UK will rise, im not worried a bit.

i love Gillespie

he was asked how he liked TTU shooting 26% yesterday his reponse was
"No i didnt like it. 0% would have been better."

and he was asked about Patterson's career high 26 points
"We didnt give him the ball enough"

His attitude is reminiscent of a UK legend ADOLPH RUPP!

Gillespie is a great coach, I'll give him that. I feel he's exactly what they needed, because I thought Tubby Smith was a little uptight. Plus, Billy is a great recruiter. I just hope some of the most passionate fans in college basketball can let a rebuilding year slide.

I hate when players and coaches say that stuff. They're just being politically correct.
