This is the equivalent of the Colts Patriots game in the NFC, so it needs its own thread. Dallas has that two headed running attack that will be hard to stop, but the Packers have arguably the deepest D-line rotation in the league so we should be able to plug the gaps. Dallas isn't that deep at corner and there is no way they can match up with GB if they line up Jennings, Driver, Robinson, Jones, and Martin. That five WR attack is deadly. Green Bay does have the injury bug right now. Cole is out, Pickett and Tauscher said they will play, but are banged up, Woodson's status is up in the air, and KGB thinks he will be able to play. If Woodson is out I have the Cowboys winning a close one, if Woodson plays, I have the Packers. |

Game of the Year, I'm calling it now. This will be bigger than Colts-Patriots because the Pats are going undefeated so it won't even matter. I'm not real sure this will be good for Green Bay. Brett's 0-8 in Dallas in his career, so this game will be a real test. The Pack have a terrific defense right now and they seem to have found the semblance of a running game with Ryan Grant. Couple that with a near-perfect Brett Favre and GB is pretty tough to beat. Unfortunately it doesn't look good for Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila (ankle), so that might free up the Cowboys' line to double-up on Aaron Kampman, possibly the most underrated pass rusher in the NFL. Dallas is looking sharp and they have one of the best defensive secondaries the Packers have seen this year. It will be tough to beat them with just a passing game (Grant, get your running shoes ready). Tony Romo is almost a carbon-copy of Favre, at least attitude-wise. Moves well in the pocket, avoids the rush very well and has a good arm. Having Terrell Owens to throw to doesn't hurt, either. Owens could burn our DB's and I'm convinced Atari Bigby is a yellow flag magnet -- I've never seen a guy get so many penalties (the worst part is they're almost all deserved). Should be interesting. The game will basically decide home field advantage in the NFC (not really, but almost). |

Maybe its because I am more of an NFC guy then a AFC guy but I am way more excited for this one then the Pats, Colts game. I got Dallas by 7, but I want GB to win :( |

Colts Vs. Patriots was fun and all but this is the kind of game where you invite the entire neighborhood to watch at your house. I believe the combination of Kampman and Pickett will actually hold Julius Jones and Marion Barber III to under 100 yards combined. Romo will have a better day than Favre but... Going to be a really fun game, I see the Packers pulling out a close victory on a Mason Crosby Field Goal. 17-14

This game will be better than the Colts/Pats game IMO. Im an AFC/NFC guy (Jets AFC/Cowboys NFC). This game will be a better game to enjoy and this will be a game where we will see straight up football. I dont know who will win, but im rooting for the Cowboys. |

Romo has never played against the best corner duo in the league. One top of that we have one of the best pass rushes. This is going to be an all out brawl for first place in the NFC. True hard hitting, give it your all football for 60 minutes. I can't wait. |
