NCAA Hockey thread. Im thinking of buying a game to go see BC play, I don't know what game yet though. BC beat Harvard 7-2 the other day, and a star has been kicked off the team without a answer to why, me and my cousin(who attends BC) thinks he was gambeling. Gambeling has been done in NCAA alot recently. |

After reaching the NCAA Tournament for the first time last year, the program on the rise, the Miami of Ohio Redhawks have already been ranked #1 twice this year (had never been ranked prior to this year), is undefeated on the road, and 10-1 against ranked opponents. They defeated #16 St. Cloud St 2 to 1 in Overtime in the 2007 Ohio Hockey Classic today. Go Miami of Ohio Redhawks! |

I read somewhere where the Red Wings are near doubling the Pistons in TV Ratings.. College Hockey is very popular too (obviously). And of course, Hockey in General in Michigan is the king. |

Thanks for posting the new poll. I figured Michigan would overtake my Miami of Ohio Redhawks after taking the series from them this season. Michigan won the first game 4-2. The Canadiens were getting flat out outclassed, so I turned on the Michigan-Miami(OH) game Saturday Night. Miama of Ohio had to rally for 2 goals in the 3rd for an exciting 5-to-5 tie. |
