i was wondering from some older members here if its worth it to stress my self over keeping a 4.0 GPA or not stressing it and worrying about the ACT. I mean i got in this duke talent program when i was in 7th grade and got to take the ACT and I didnt think it was that hard?

any thoughts.

Focus on your GPA...

Standardized tests are very easy(assuming you're smart.. which it seems like you are judging from your post) so just keep your GPA up and you'll also do good on ACT/SAT.

(do as I say, not as I do....lol... i'm much too lazy to get a 4.0)

well im lazy when it comes to school, i do my home work at school and sometimes i dont get it all in. But i always ace tests.

But i got soccer year round and im stressed on my CP and AP classes, but my school is a bottom 20 school in the state of Kentucky so it wont be that hard.

I don't break character until after the DVD commentary

Considering that neither of those things requires all that much effort, I'd say don't stress yourself and do both.

I guess it depends a little on where you want to go. The college I want to go do does not require much to get in. I have like a 3.1 GPA, and that is above what they require of me. I admit, it's not a very great college, but they have a good communications program, which is what I'm going for. I have the intelligence to have a 4.0, but I don't really try and I don't pay attention because im too lazy to care.

Yeah, you're the same as me. Unfortunately, some classes I have taken homework is like 50% of your grade, so...

Anyways, just keep doin' what you're doin... don't worry about standardized tests at all... i mean, if you're really freaking out, do some practice questions online, but it's nothing to stress over.

Yea, we have the same thing, expect we meet every other day. Have 4 classes one day, and 4 differnt classes the next day, then back to the original 4, and so on and so on. So i will NEVER have homework due the next day, and on the weekends I have 4 days to do it.
