Focus on your GPA...

Standardized tests are very easy(assuming you're smart.. which it seems like you are judging from your post) so just keep your GPA up and you'll also do good on ACT/SAT.

(do as I say, not as I do....lol... i'm much too lazy to get a 4.0)

well im lazy when it comes to school, i do my home work at school and sometimes i dont get it all in. But i always ace tests.

But i got soccer year round and im stressed on my CP and AP classes, but my school is a bottom 20 school in the state of Kentucky so it wont be that hard.

If your school is low echelon, I'd highly suggest taking advantage of that opportunity with your GPA.

There are a few reasons I wouldn't wing it until the ACT:
1) It's one test... if you do bad, then what?
2) You're likely not receiving standard education from your school considering its rank (I hope that's not the case, but that's what I'm led to believe)... so you have to take into account the students of your school most likely aren't as prepared for this test as students from all the other schools in your state... In that case, I wouldn't rely on a disadvantage to receive the type of collegiate education you covet

University of Kentucky is what im aiming for.

Duke is a long shot, but I have a lot of time.

I mean soccer, FFA president(hopefully), Class officer, and honor graduate could help me gain admission if i achieve thos goals.

but i have time a lot of though

True.

Keep up the good work.

You have to plan as though they'll lean against you because of the lack of prestige of your school.

Getting into Universities is as competitive as it's ever been nowadays. U. of Kentucky is probably the most coveted destination amongst Kentuckians. I'm not saying you can't get in, but a Top 5% class rank plus the things you mentioned plus a relative ACT score should do the trick.

I'm a lead farmer, motherf...

From what I remember, colleges are more interested in your SAT score(s) than ACT. In fact, if I recall correctly, people kinda consider ACT a joke compared to the SAT.

Many more colleges consider the SAT score over the ACT score.

But in the region where thefreak lives (and the region where I live) more colleges look at the ACT.

I got a 13 on the ACT when i was in 7th Grade, and hopefullly my knowledge increases by then.

Im lucky my Freshmen English teacher was the pickiest teacher ever and I can pick out mistakes and rules from a mile away so that part of the ACT i should ace. I think I ned to learn the science a little better before then.
