Im not sure anymore. They have won 10 of 11 and are starting to look like the team they were suppose to. At first, I wanted to trade T-Mac but now I have had a change of heart. He draws alot of Double teams and can still drop 30 on you at any given night. Francis was a waste of money and Mike James has been a let down. I have been encouraged by the play of Scola, Brooks, and Landry. |

The Rockets could use another consistant scorer if there is one available. If Yao and T-Mac arent producing consistantly then who is the Rockets 3rd option? I guess there team is fine, but it isnt good enough to get them to the Western Confrence Finals (especially this year). |

I would say yes, they are 4th in the toughest division in basketball and in the Western Conference, if they want to do anything in the playoffs they are going to need another scorer. |

They could get a lot for Scola IMO...not a superstar but young players |

Why would they trade Scola? He is the starter now.. and is putting up pretty good numbers. |

That's why I said they could get a lot for him. I would rather have 2-3 average young players than Scola |

Problem is, nobody really wants anyone from the Rockets. And everyone knows, they aren't going to win anything this year. |

It hurts me to say this but the Rockets are just like the old T'Wolves when they have KG. They need a Sam Cassell a-like player who can score and pass the ball well. Don't tell me they have Alston ,Francis or Mike James who can do that. (Well, Francis can like 4 years ago, but he's a ballhogger.) Aaron Brooks can, in a few years of time though, who knows if T-Mac would still be there? |

Im kinda at the point to where, if they have to fight for there lives to get into the playoffs, then Will they actually make any noise? I mean if they go on a 15 game winning streak, then things will look different. But for now, if moves need to be made, make them now, not the offseason. As an announcer mentioned yesterday. This team was way overhyped coming in. People should have seen there would be issue's with a new coach and all. Guys like Scola, Brooks, Landry, and Yao should stay on. Even Battier is playing well. Im still alittle iffy with T-Mac. Mike James, Steve Francis, Alston need to be moved. I wish Houston would go after someone like Bibby to run the offense. A good guard is what is missing. Alston played well last night and the team did well. But I do agree with what most of you say, either they need a third scorer, someone to step up, or can clean house alittle and be ready next year |
