If I were never born someone wouldve tried to invent me

This is a huge rumor going around right now that Dallas are trying to acquire Pacman Jones from Tennessee.

I think if we get Pacman Jones and he is reinstated, we will definitely be Super Bowl Favorites.

The only weakness Dallas really have is that CB slot next to Terrance Newman. With Pacman and terrance, we can do so much blitzing that we aren't able to do now. Plus Roy Williams can come up and play much more aggressive run defense.

Appearantly the rumor is a 6th round pick, in which case I say HELL YEAH. We got TO with an attitude problem, and he has been a saint. We will take Pacman and turn him into a baby. :)

I have also heard rumors of the Cowboys signing Chad Johnson. I didn't even know/think he was a F.A. Maybe it's just a terribly misinformed rumor I heard.

They would have to trade for Johnson since he is not a FA.

Ok, that's what I thought. I figured I would have HEARD about Chad Johnson being a FA, if he really was. Maybe the guy heard they are looking to trade for Johnson, which would not be easy.

I don't know about Super Bowl favorites, but it would definitely be a good move for the Cowboys IMO. I just think that the Cowboys have a lot of other weaknesses besides corner back right now. They need to find a replacement for Julius Jones (possibly Felix Jones) and then correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Patrick Crayon a free agent as well?

Superbowl Favorites, lets not get over our heads now.

Like Celts mentioned they need to fill that RB spot. Besides, Pacman Jones is by no means a lock down corner. He may be an upgrade athletically from Anthony Henry, but he isn't someone that is going to completely change your defense. Thinking that he will let the Boys' blitz alot more and bring up Roy Williams in the box, is a big stretch.

I don't see why everyone sees it as an urgency to get another RB. We already have a good one in Barber, I don't think we NEED to get another one, or at least it shouldn't be a top priority. I would rather see us go and upgrade CB, LB, and WR before we worry about the RB.

If the Cowboys can't win a single playoff game with a 2 RB set, what makes you think they can get over the hump without one?

Marion Barber III is not a feature back. He NEEDS someone to set things up for him.

RB's were not the issue in the playoffs.

RB's were not the issue in the playoffs.

CB's were not the issue for New England, that doesn't mean they shouldn't try to find a replacement for Samuel.
