I already voted and voted solely on this years stats so they are obviously not going to be the best players but just the best for this current small portion of the season. First Base: Kotchman, C., LAA Second Base: Roberts, B., BAL Third Base: Crede, J., CWS Shortstop: Renteria, E., DET Catcher: Martinez, V., CLE Outfielder: Hamilton, J., TEX Outfielder: Ordóñez, M., DET Outfielder: Ramirez, M., BOS Designated Hitter: Matsui, H., NYY First Base: Lee, D., CHC Second Base: Utley, C., PHI Third Base: Jones, C., ATL Shortstop: Ramirez, H., FLA Catcher: McCann, B., ATL Outfielder: Burrell, P., PHI Outfielder: McLouth, N., PIT Outfielder: Willingham, J., FLA That is my ballot. Once again, highly doubt guys like Willingham, McLouth, and Crede will be on there come July. |

I think it's way too early for this. I usually don't vote until late June. |

Why vote for guys if you don't think they'll be deserving by the time it's time? Voting this early is stupid. Period. And I'm not talking about you, dbacks. People wonder why there are terrible snubs, too. |

Why isn't the AS game done at the END of the season? That way we can avoid the Carlos Quentins, Ryan Ludwicks, Jeff Francouers (technically, no, but if that one good month he's had in his career would have been in May and not July, he would have been in), and JJ Hardys of the world getting in. Just do it in like Hawaii or Puerto Rico. |

Most of the spics are going to be playing Winter Ball. No one's going to want to play it after the season. Heck, they already can't get anyone to do the HR Derby anymore and guys like Manny and Pedro always pull out of it. If it was after the season it'd be like the pro bowl and everyone over 30 would bail on it. Oh and...
I win |

It's better than selecting the "All-Stars" of the year based on a tiny 3 month sample size..... And yeah, Winter Ball would be a problem. |
