Good catch on the southern market. I didn't even realize it. I think Burke needs to quit being a big baby. What Lowe did was acceptable and fit under the new CBA. He didn't break any rules. If it highered the price for restricted free agents, then who cares? It's called inflation and there is a salary cap. |

I totally concur with you in regards to the CBA. The Ducks did not lose Penner because they did not have the economic infrastructure; they lost him because they were not willing to pay that kind of money. Anaheim has acquired many big names in these recent years, so it is not like small markets are getting screwed by the CBA or Salary Cap. It's all fair and square. I am glad Burke was finally told to shut up. |
