Unless you can work a clutch almost flawlessly, I don't think he'll let you anywhere near that car. Last thing he wants is some punk kid wearing out the clutch on his classic. How long you been driving the stick shift for? |

Word. Just because you can drive a stick, doesn't mean you can drive a stick. Shifting a shitty Honda compared to a badass Cobra are WORLDS apart. That's actually probably why I can't drive a stick right now. My mom's boyfriend tried teaching me on his Miata, which although is no Vette, is still not something someone wants to learn a stick on. |

No really. I thought it would be the exact same. And I didn't mean he'd let me drive it tomorrow or in the near future, I mean in awhile once I prove I can be perfect.
A little over a week. My shifts are smooth, but I'm still rough while starting at times and I could be faster getting going. I haven't killed it in ages though. |
