If it wasn't for the rotational player in Sallie, Memphis would have lost to Northridge. Who would've thunk it?

The Matadors' Coach is a stud. You could just tell by watching CSN.

Calipari spent the whole week bitching on ESPN about the lack of respect for Memphis, then proceed to get outplayed for 3/4 of the game by Cal State Northridge. Nice!

Turgeon's Aggies looked most impressive in a convincing win over Brigham Young. Deja Vu from last year. ;)

Wow, Purdue was up like 16 early on. Northern Iowa has cut it to 6. Good game. Missouri Valley Champs vs. Big Ten Champs.

Northern Iowa has an awesome Defense, offense- not so much. A couple open 3's they missed and few unforced turnovers in the final minutes there.

They are very good down low, but their Guards were crap. That was the mismatch of the game.
