This is my suggestion of how it may work.

Health: Self Explanatory
Will Power: Will Power should be Drained instead of Stamina when using Types of Haki that way Stamina isn't relied on for everything.
Stamina : Controls the Number of Skills you use, and basic actions once it hits 0 all you can do is walk or rest.
Strength: The Damage for your Melee Attacks and Melee based Skills
Control: This determines the effects of Specific skills and powers(Ice, Fire, Quake, Gravity, Time)
Speed: Controls your Walking Speed.
Attack Speed: Related to Levels and can only be raised through hitting logs with a specific item.
Dodge Rate: This Determines how many Attacks you can dodge(Cannot go over 45%)
Armor: Reduces Damage based upon how much armor you have I.e 20 armor = 20% less Damage.

This is basically the system we already have, besides from Control and how willpower would work in this. I'm ok with how it currently is.

Mic its kinda weird having aoes based on stamina and projectiles based on attack.
