Hearing this, Noa was puzzled. Of course, he was just a low ranking officer that have not even seen the battleship Argama nor heard a thing about the Federation's V Project up to today. It would only be natural that the Federation are still hiding a few trump cards up their sleeves. Noa was a honest person, in most situations, he does not like to lie and will not. He sees the information given is not going to be anything of disadvantage to the Federation. In addition, there will be a Federation fleet heading this way, it would only be unnatural for anyone nearby to not notice. Especially when even Full Frontal so far away caught the signal as well, not that Noa knows where CRADLE is right now. "No, I do not think I have heard anything similar to that. But if you want to get in contact with the Federation, they have a fleet coming this way. Or, nearby this area there is the Federation's asteroid base Luna 2." Noa gave the information he know, more or less out of common sense and the understanding of geography of the area. Although not providing any useful information, he did indeed answer the question. Sayla and Hayate stood up and overheard the conversation, since most of this ship was still operated by civilians, there was not a strict regulation of how people should behave on board. Taures went over to the two and whispered. Although Rie wanted to go too, she should not take her eyes off the controls. "I think it is strange, even if we say the minovsky particle density is thin right now, directly communicating on open channel is just...unnatural..." he complained quietly so no one else heard. The other two nodded, even amateurs like them knew, something was not right about this communication. Allen closed his eyes for a while, he was tired. The room was dark, he knew where the light switches were but he did not press it. Pulling open the small cover for the window like an airplane, he watched the endless horizon of stars. Although he has been seeing this scenery for nearly his entire life living in a colony, he never felt so lonely and small. He knows how weak one individual can be in space, he knows how fragile a single life can be in front of this endless frontier of darkness. However what can he do, if he knows how powerless a person is, what can a powerless person like himself do. Allen was questioning himself again and again, he tried to sleep but he could not. No matter how much heavier his eyes can get, his eyelids just cannot close. |

"I see...Well, I guess all that we can do is say thanks and be on our way now..." Lilium honestly spoke and abruptly cut off the communications. "Damn...Looks like those people don't know anything about Project Nova..." Lilium complained to herself. Xanavi and Cara took their MS and turned back around to return to the distant Radish. If the Argama was meeting with the Federation fleet, then they would just hang back and question everyone when they approached. "Even so, we've at least got an idea of two places to go to next. Certainly, if there's a big shot over there then we can quite easily get him to talk..." Cara confidently stated. The sound from his radio was drowned out by the sound of a weapon being loaded, not from the MS, but from inside the cockpit. A shotgun. Xanavi looked over at the Jinx and shook his head. many questions were running through his head: What was the purpose of Project Nova, who was there to know about it? and most importantly of all, why did ORCA want their hands on it so much? Even for an organisation claiming to want to overthrow the Federation, taking control of a supposed gas weapon wouldn't seem a right way to take over such a large group. |
