Seeing the Gouf explode, everyone cheered on board. The Argama crew once again came out of the battle in victory. Noa slumped back and let out a deep breath. With all their MS destroyed, the Gallop most likely will not continue attacking. Though the damage the Argama suffered is not light, they need to hurry and get out of America and head towards Odessa. Due to central asia being a neutral area, the Argama should be able to easily get pass it without encountering too much enemies. Looking at Sayla that was about to shed a tear, Noa felt something, special about these two, Allen and Sayla. Not the fact that they like each other, but something at a larger scale. Nonetheless, they have more important things to worry about, grabbing the microphone, he called out the the Gundam through the radio. "Allen, good job. This should hinder the Gallop quite a bit. Help retrieve the Guntank and we're pulling back. We need to hurry up and get out of here..." Allen understood what needs to be done. He moved the Gundam slowly towards the Guntank, looking through the transparent glass, he saw Hayate still panting to catch his breath. Knowing it was the first time Hayate has fought an enemy up close, it was only natural for him to panic like this. Not long ago, Allen was in exactly the same position. "Hayate, you alive? Can you eject the Guntank, it will make the parts easier to carry." Allen called over the radio. The Guntank also had the same Core Block System that the Gundam utilized, slowly from the "head" unit, the Core Fighter lowered down, the top part boostedupwards and landed on the ground. The Gundam slowly walked up and picked up the top part, as Hayate transformed the Core Fighter and took flight back to the Argama. Looking up, he cannot beat Allen in anything, and even needs Allen to fix his mistakes. But that is fine, because it was always like this. The clouds flowed past the dusty desert, as the sun slowly rolled across the sky. As everything has calmed down, it was around evening already. Ral was finally found and salvaged by the Gallop crew, though without a MS, they cannot continue to attack the Argama. At an age of MS, battleships have been reduced to the role of carriage and long range support. As a CRADLE pilot, Ral knows this better than anyone. "Well this is a problem isnt it eh? What do you suggest us to do Hamon?" Ral took off his helmet and sighed. His fiancee dusted some sand off his normal suit and helped him get changed. "Well darling, Colonel M'quve at Odessa seems to be agreeing to support us with the newest MS-09 Dom. They say they will get here by tomorrow morning. Her highness Carissa sent us down to chase after the Argama and get revenge for Garma-sama, therefore we will get some of the better supplies. Dont worry darling, we still have them trapped in America, we will manage it somehow..." Hamon replied, as Ral slowly put his officer uniform back on, he was much interested in what she just said. "Dom? That heavy assault MS? Well this might solve our problem. But M'quve...I never liked that guy, I know hes quite well treated by Carissa-sama but, somehow the way he always plays dirty bugs me. I doubt he'll take our matter seriously though. Well Hamon, we will just have see what comes. If nothing comes, then I guess we will have no choice but to rush in using that. Dont worry, we'll manage it!" Ral cheered and laughed, the night was long. Edited by Sunrise, Dec 11 2011, 06:02 AM.

The night was long, while the stars still twinkle in the sky, most of the Argama crew is asleep. Only Taures was still up for watch on the bridge. The Argama is only about 50 km away from the ocean, this will be their last night in CRADLE's territory. Landing in the corner of a mountain, the night of the desert was also fairly silent. Nocturnal animals dwelled past the land, in the end they were the most peaceful race that did not have to worry about whether they can live for another day. Or at least the predators does not. Allen flipped over again, he was sweating very hard, painfully struggling from a dream, a nightmare. What Allen saw, he did not even know where it was. It seems like the battlefield, old fashioned battlefield, where even guns are only recently invented. Trenches, fences, this is World War 1 in the old AD century. Why did he see a dream like this. He heard people scream from death, those that tried to cross no mans land will be shot down without mercy. However the scenery shifted immediately to the high tech hallways of a battleship, much like the one of the Argama. People were running down the corridors holding guns, they had CRADLE uniform. Corpse lied down on the floor in puddles of blood after being shot, CRADLE soldiers ran through the hallways eventually reaching the bridge. Allen did not understand why he was seeing this, he wanted to wake up from this nightmare, that have all his friends on board being killed. He saw Hayate on the ground along with those corpse, Noa, Taures and Rie all with their hands up on the bridge. But the one thing he saw that struck him deep down, was when a bullet pierced past Sayla's chest. Her lifeless body swayed for a while in air, and flopped down onto the ground. Kicking away his blankets, Allen jumped up as if being electrocuted. "SAYLA!!!" he screamed in horror, panting hard, looking at the his surroundings. Still panting, he grabbed a towel on his hanger and wiped his forehead off sweat, then grabbed his watch. Putting it under the moonlight, it showed 2:30 straight. Shaking his head, somehow he cannot get back to sleep anymore. Without even thinking, he got dressed and walked out of his room. Just as he thought, the hallways were silent and dark. Though the limited amount of emergency lights gave him enough brightness to know which way to go. Shuffling through the hallways, he stopped in front of a door. Normally the crew of the Argama does not lock their doors, since they all escaped from Side 7 and basically does not carry anything of value. Therefore there was no need to lock their doors even during the night, only to shut it for some privacy while asleep. The automatic door slid open when Allen put his fingers on the open switch. Sayla was the type of person to alert to sounds, and is especially sensitive while asleep. She rubbed her eyes as she slowly got up. The dim light outside flowed inside the dark room that had its shutters down so not even moonlight came in. With one eye still shut, Sayla yawned, looking at her alarm clock, it was just a minute or so half past 2 in the morning. "Allen...? Whats wrong?" due to Sayla not hearing an alarm, she assumed it was not an enemy's attack. Her silkly blond hair did not curl even after sleeping, it still draped down until her shoulders, wearing light pink pajamas, she sat up on the bed. Without anymore words, Allen shuffled up to her and kneeled down beside her bed. Sayla did not know what Allen was doing this for, but suddenly he went up and embraced her. So close that he can hear her heart pounding, and every breath she made. But hearing this, he was assured, that she was there, and will always be there. Or so he hoped. "A...A....Allen, you know....whats wrong...?!" Sayla was suddenly awake, clean and clear now. Being suddenly embraced by a male, her female instincts told her to push him away. But Allen was clutching onto her tightly, she could not do so. "I'm glad...so glad that youre ok..." Allen said as if he was about to cry, then he slowly let go. And glared deeply into her eyes, Sayla was not sure how to reply to that, but seeing Allen's attitude, she assumed that something must be wrong. Allen grabbed her hands and tried to pull her up, he was afraid. Something that Ral said made Allen think all this time. The fact that Allen keeps on winning might as well be the superior performance of the Gundam, but Allen has never thought of the fact that if war was fighting with infantry. When people are shooting against people, one bullet can decide the fate of a person. People die when they are shot, any intelligent people knows. "Sayla, im scared...scared of losing you. Lets go, we can run away from here, find a place and settle down...somewhere safe and away from the war..." he continued. Sayla shook her head, for a moment she thought that Allen has grown up a bit, but now he is trying to run away from his responsibilities again. If they ran then what about Argama, what will they do if Ramba Ral, or Full Frontal, or just CRADLE that attacks again. What will happen to Hayate, Noa, Taures, Rie, and everyone on board. However somehow, she feels uneasy about what Allen just said. From what she sees, Allen might have seen some kind of nightmare, but she still cannot reply right this moment. |

Allen grabbed Sayla's hand and pulled her up onto her feet, trying to pull her outside her room along with him. However Sayla resisted. She knew Allen was worried about her, but she also knows that running is wrong. Running and escaping will not solve anything, they will instead by labeled as a traitor by the Federation as well and eventually hunted down. She shook his hand off and took a step back. "Allen, we cant just run off like this...CRADLE will attack again, what will the people do here without you piloting the Gundam to protect this ship." she asked However, at this moment, something exploded inside Allen. A flow of emotions, anger and spite of his role as a pilot on board. He gritted his teeth and his eyebrows began to frown sharper every second, so hard that he was about to cry. "Damn, so even you think of me like this...Every one of you on board treat me as a tool just to pilot the Gundam huh? Am I just a part for the Gundam, as long as theres someone inside fighting CRADLE off then everyones happy yes? You seriously think I want to get inside that steel coffin every time and risk my life to fight for everyone on board?! I am just doing it for you!! Because I want you to live on, and someday...if by any miracles someday you will look at me!! Becaues I lov..." "Stop it!!" Sayla did not wait for Allen to finish his confession, she just stopped him from saying anymore. She does not want to be confessed by someone thats sulking like that. She does not want Allen, that liked her as a person, not as her background, to confess in a situation like this. Because, if she did not stop him, then it would be too sad. "Stop it please...if you say anymore, I have no more choices but to hate you, dont make me say that..." she took a few steps back. "Yeah, probably you liked me and was nice to me all because I am a better pilot. If Hayate can pilot the Gundam better than me, you wouldnt have even looked at me...I understand, if you hate me so much, then I wont ever appear before you again. Sorry Sayla, the days with you around were great, but I have to say good bye to them, and to you...bye bye..." Allen nodded, he just turned and ran. Sayla wanted to stop him, shout to him that she did not intend to say it so offensively, but Allen was already nowhere to be seen down the blackened corridor. Running down the corridors, he grabbed his casual clothes, while still a civilian at Side 7 and changed into them. Having no intentions of returning to Argama ever again, he got onto a buggy and turned the key. Opening the hatches manually, he stepped onto the acceleration and sped off outside, and began to go further away from the ship he spent the nearly 2 months. The the date only switched to November 5, as he has already given up his post on the Argama. |

Sayla grabbed the interphone, he wanted to call the bridge and tell them that Allen escaped, but her fingers just could not apply anymore force on the buttons. Instead she typed in a room number and waited for the owner of that room to pick up the phone. It was past midnight, naturally it takes a minute or so for anyone to pick up. Eventually Hayate picked up the phone, inside the ship there were cameras that made video calls towards other rooms. Hayate was rubbing his eyes and answered, Sayla immediately began to panic. "Hayate, Allen escaped the Argama...he, seems to be tired of fighting. I know I dont have the right to be asking you of this, but please...do something about it..." she shouted. Hayate's eyes widened and immediately woke up. Surprised at what he heard, he asked Sayla to explain it slowly. While she was explaining, he went and grabbed his blue Federation uniform and zipped his vest up. Glaring at the screen that reflected Sayla, he nodded. "You bet im going to grab him back! Dont worry, no matter how much he sulks, we will remain friends, and I will maintain this!" he pointed thumbs up and ran out of his room, leaving the phone still on. Noa and Rie both ran towards the bridge, the automatic door slid open. Tarues spun around on his chair and eyed the captain. "Captain, Allen escaped the ship, only leaving a message saying that hes tired of being used by everyone." Noa's brows twitched, and clenched his fists. He wanted to turn and get on a buggy to chase after Allen, but Rie pulled him from behind. "You cant leave the ship, youre the captain...lets let someone that knows Allen more than us do it. Hayate, can you manage to convince Allen to come back?" Rie called over the radio, knowing the person most suitable for this job. Hayate was already on another buggy, turning the key and heading towards the direction where Allen's tire tracks led. Hearing Hayate's positive reply, Rie smiled and sat Noa down. "Dont worry, he'll come back..." she assured. The stars were still high up in the sky, the night felt even longer now. |

The sun did not completely rise yet, but its fierce shine already began to batter against the ground. Taking a glance at the watch, Ramba Ral stood outside the Gallop along with Hamon and a few soldiers, on a small rocky cliff that was not even 10 meters high. The watch pointed at 5:30, although early but the crew was wide awake. Ramba Ral likes telling his soldiers to not stay up too late if there is no more work to do, and he will wake them up at 5 in the morning. However he tilted his head again and looked at Hamon. “Well, that's 30 minutes gone, why isn’t there any news at all?” he asked, hoping that the rumored colonel M’quve’s reinforcements and supplies will arrive at this moment, though nothing came. When he turned around, Hamon patted him on the shoulders. Ral heard an engine sound, like the landing of a plane. Turning back he saw a Luggen class reconnaissance jet landing onto the sandy earth. Those were M’quve’s men, but by just sending a small plane like this, Ral did not expect anything positive from them. A soldier ran out of the cockpit and towards Ral, saluting. The commander saluted back and eyed him in annoyance, slowly tapping on his watch. “My deepest apologies captain Ral, the reinforcements from colonel M’quve cannot reach here. Unforuntately across central asia, the transport planes ran into the Federation’s patrols and was shot down. The Doms inside were…” “So, we’re not getting anything right? I understand. I understand this very well. Sorry for having you come all this way, you can go back. But tell your commander, I Ramba Ral is a soldier, and I will fulfill my role as a soldier even if it means to fight with my bare hands. Ok?” he dismissed, the soldier only nodded and ran back to his jet. While back, he sneered a bit, as if knowing something that Ral does not, and the fact that the Doms did not arrive, was because they were not sent in the first place at all. Calling his men all back into the Gallop, they gathered in the briefing room. At the same time, the sharp sunlight began to poke at Allen’s eyelids. He slowly opened his eyes as he saw the sun rising, looking around, his environment was hostile. Yawning for a moment he looked around, the calm desert wind brushed against his face. Tired of the same scenery for nearly a month, Allen hopped onto the buggy again. He had to get off and find a place to rest, since he did not properly sleep back on the Argama. Or well, otherwise he would not be here. When he was just about to turn the key, the horn of another vehicle alerted him. The other buggy from the Argama finally caught up with Allen, Hayate jumped down from it and walked up towards Allen. “Allen, what are you doing here? Don't make the situation worse, lets go back!” Hayate shouted in anger. “Hayate, you cant do that, if you’re also off the Argama then who is going to go pilot a MS, you need to protect Sayla and the ship, something I gave up…” Allen without any soul replied. Somehow this attitude further enraged Hayate, the only person that can protect the Argama is now telling him and pushing their responsibilities onto Hayate himself. This is not the way for the person that protected their ship all the way up until this day should act. “If you can pilot the Gundam and fight CRADLE back, im sure Sayla will like you more than she does right now. In the end I am only a substitute for you....but…” Hayate pulled back his arm, then grabbed Allen by the collar, dragging him out of his buggy. Ramming his fist against his former friend’s face, Allen went tumbling onto the sand for a few meters. Up until this day, Hayate knowing Allen for so many years, he had endured his sulking. Hayate was not the rebellious type, and no matter how annoying Allen can get, Hayate did not really mind, because they were friends. Today, this moment was different. It was not because Allen was sulking, it was because Allen was indirectly telling him that Sayla is the kind of girl that can randomly find a man and just sleep with them. Enraged by this thought, Hayate cannot forgive Allen for saying something like that. “…is Sayla that kind of person? Do you seriously think Sayla…is someone so filthy like that?!” he knows, he might be frustrated that Sayla obviously like Allen more, but if that is who she choose then it is her freedom to do so. Hayate will only protect the two from a far. Allen could not say another word, glaring up at the sky, he slowly pulled himself up. He has no right to speak back, and can only drag himself across the sand. Hayate gritted his teeth, he wanted to give Allen another fist, but his own pride did not allow him to physically attack his friend anymore. He held pride for each of his friends, and hurting them is the last thing he will want to do. “You, have 2 choices. Either to come back and apologize, or die out here! There is nowhere you can go nearby with water using that buggy. Allen! I really hope I have not met the wrong kind of person for so many years. I don't want to see Sayla cry for any reason, if you’re going to make her cry then I rather you just turn into a skeleton out in the desert!” he harshly scolded and jumped back onto his buggy, driving off. Leaving Allen there to think. |

In a fancily decorated command room, much more like a museum than an office, colonel M’quve stands. A man in his mid 20s with frowning black eyes and curly blue hair, somewhat dark skinned as well. His face was long and somewhat appears to be plotting schemes all the time. Sly as a fox, he flicked the turquoise colored vase placed a top of his desk. Ting, the sound of the high quality material reflected off the small impact and made a soothing melody. “Don't you think this is a good sound? Your highness.” Sitting back down on his rolling chair. Eastern Europe, the Odessa mining base is the lifeline and heart of CRADLE’s Earth forces. The rich amount of resources that can be pulled out of this piece of land immediately provided enough amount of supplies for CRADLE to turn their tables around the Federation. Due to being located in space, CRADLE was poor in resources, with Helium-3 being the only energy source they have left over, the resources sent back from this Odessa based, seized by CRADLE early in the war quickly became the force of further madness. The commander of this lifeline, was colonel M’quve, the cunning commander that refused to send reinforcements to Ramba Ral was plotting again. Across the screen, was Carissa Elisard, the supreme commander of CRADLE, second daughter of Queen Elisard II. “Put that vase aside for now, and then? So in the end you did not send Ramba Ral any reinforcements huh? Well that's fine, I always thought a person loyal like him could become a double-edged sword. Since the Ral family use to be the loyalists of the other faction of Side 3. Even if we say they did not discover how we unified our monarchy, we cant be sure that they will never find out. To have him fight against the Trojan horse, if he wins then great, if he doesn't then that might as well be a merit for us. Don’t you think so, M’quve?” she played with her curly hair, wearing long red gloves, eying the screen with her emerald green eyes that gleamed in the dark office. “Just as you say, Carissa-sama. However, I have heard from my subordinate that Ramba Ral said he will fight even if it will be using his bare hands or something. But what if we become suspicious afterwards?” M’quve asked, this time looking somewhat worried. Though Carissa still seems to be fairly laid back, not taking consideration of anything. As if everyone was just a piece in a game, he thought nothing about people’s lives as long as they brought victory. “By then we can hold a state funeral like they did with Garma, and then just send them that MA. Thought I told you to modify it so that his wife can even use it, that sort of person will most likely go take revenge for her husband if he’d die in combat.” Carissa dismissed, looking at the clock she decided to cut the communication. M’quve immediately stood up and bowed as the screen disappeared. Edited by Sunrise, Dec 13 2011, 03:11 PM.

Hiding under the shade, Allen did not advance any further ever since Hayate left. It was not because he was afraid to die in the desert, but the fact that he still hesitated. Hayate's last words struck him hard, his mouth was dry as he just finished the last drop of water. Throwing the water bottle across the sand he sighed. "What the hell am I doing..." he cursed and decided to go outside to look for water. Knowing he wont find anything, he still decided to have a search before giving up. Glancing at his wristwatch, the hour hand pointed at 9, it has already been 7 hours since he left. Without getting much sleep, Allen's eyelids were heavy. Kicking off the sand that covered his shoes, patting the sand off his uniform, he hopped onto the buggy again. Turning the key, the machine activated. However the sound of another machine came close by his eyes. Immediately he turned the key off as the buggy's engines died down. Shuffling past the sand and crawling a top of the rock, Allen endured the heat from above. Although it was quite well camouflaged, the Gallop's yellow paint job blended in rather well with the desert environment. However this did not fool Allen's eyes, not sure why the Gallop was around, the only thing he understood was that it is up to no good again. "Gallop...? What is that doing here? Is that, Ramba Ral on board too...? No, he must be there, no matter how many of his MS we destroy, it doesnt mean he will stop attacking. Sayla is in danger!!" he was determined. Doesnt matter what Hayate, Noa or anyone say to him. He might not have the face to go back, there will be some kind of a punishment, but he did not care. If the Gallop is nearby then the Argama might still be stationed in the same area. Swiftly swinging around making a U turn, Allen traced his tire tracks and went back towards the Argama. BGM The desert did not have much wind today, Ramba Ral's crew gathered in the briefing room. Captain Ral himself, put his hands on the model of the Gallop and stationed it on the map, one point was marked with a big red X. Then putting two small triangular models around the X as well. "Alright guys, since we arent getting anymore MS, doesnt mean we cannot keep on fighting. Now then, we're going to send these out this time. I know its been a while, but we're back to our favorite guerrilla warfare! Hamon, you take command of the Gallop and charge at the trojan horse directly from the front. While their attention is on the Gallop, we will board the Cui and attack from the rear, right and left. Right group, 10 men with me. Left group, 10 men with Clamp, thats all our combatants. Get it? This is the last chance we have before the trojan horse runs across the ocean, once they do and get into central Asia, we cannot catch up to them anymore. So we're not allowed to fail anymore!!" Ral directed, the battle is about to begin. |

The crew of the Argama has yet to know the terrifying operation that Ramba Ral is about to execute, Noa somehow cannot sit still. He always looked at the surveillance camera around the ship. The Argama was slowly lifting off from the ground, they can finally slowly see the end of the desert. However there was still a fair bit of distance until they really get out of CRADLE's territory. Taures while operating the controls, he saw something peculiar that approached. "Captain, we have detected a heat signal up ahead. Right in front of us, I'll bring it up on the main screen...this is!!" as the screen appeared, the crew were all worried, now that without Allen to pilot the Gundam, the Gallop is here to attack. "Ugh...of all times!! All crew members first battle phase! Argama, high speed ahead. Main cannon forward, all turrets prepare!!" Noa commanded, the usual alarm filled the white ship, the crew hurried back to their positions. However the Gallop was already in firing range. Form a far, heavy shells began to rain down at the Argama. The ship shook hard and tilted a bit, despite the counter fire from the powerful Mega P. Cannons, the Gallops continued to charge forward. "Continue to push forward, dont give the enemy a chance to look away. Our mission is to buy time for captain Ral to sneak on board. We need to attract as much attention as possible!" Hamon shouted, despite being a support to Ramba Ral, she is deeply trusted by the crew members of the Gallop, and reflects good commanding skills. The blasts of beam continue to charge at the land battleship, however it did not stop its tracks and marched forward. BGM Seeing the Argama being completely attracted from their surroundings, Ral nodded and pointed thumbs up. Then a solider grabbed a bazooka sort of weapon and launched a shell towards the sky. The shell exploded into a red smoke, as it signaled something. The personnel carrier of CRADLE, the Cui began to move out. It was around 6 meters tall, with two machine guns mounted on the top. It was like a tower that was used during the middle ages to siege and attack castle walls, tracks were used to carry the tall carrier unit. The brown paint job allowed it to sneak around in the desert fairly well, the Cui also had two "wings" at the span of nearly 10 meters wide. At the end of each wings, it had tracks as well, giving it even further speed. Each Cui carried 10 men, they had boosters that were used for space maneuver, however they can still be used on earth for a limited amount of time. Seeing the Argama at low altitude, captain Ramba Ral's guerrilla tactics began. The tracks began to move, as the Cui rolled out. Designed for land combat, it moved the same way as a tank, not affected by hazards such as rocks and sand. Pushing forward, past the rocky sandy land, the Cui from the right and left wing of the Argama hid under the shadows of the rock. The white ship was clamped in between two valleys, with the Gallop at the exit, blocking its path. However the cover did not last forever, eventually the Argama spotted the Ral team. "Ca...captain! Those are...personnel carriers! The Gallop crew most likely is deciding to use that to directly assault the Argama, and take control of this ship!" Tarues reported, Noa narrowed his eyes. The biggest weakness of the Argama was not the fact that the crew was not skilled, but the fact that the crew were mostly civilians until the incident on Side 7. Most of them had no training in firearms or hand to hand combat. Against professional soldiers, the Argama crew will not stand a chance in infantry warfare. However, Noa had no choice. If he does not do it now, then the entire crew will be killed. Hopping off his captain's seat, he grabbed the microphone. "All crew members, prepare for infantry combat! The enemy is going to infiltrate this ship! Prepare your fire arms and dont let your guard down, the enemy are professional soldiers!" Noa shouted, he knows that the ship will not last, and now they have people attacking from inside, hoping everyone will be fine, he was ready to head towards the battlefield as well. Loading a pistol and unlocking the safety, he turned to the bridge crew. Now looking again, how small was this crew, only four people, each of them fulfilled their own role was difficult enough. However at a time like this, only two people was necessary. Though he still thought, if only Allen was here. "Tarues and Rie stay here, be careful! Sayla, get into the Gundam and clear the path for the Argama! Can you do it?!" he asked. Sayla was surprised Noa did not ask someone with more fielding experience like Hayate to pilot the Gundam. Though it was not the time to ask, without hesitating, Sayla nodded. Without time to change into a normal suit, Sayla just scrambled into the Gundam's cockpit. The atmosphere inside was no different than last time, however Sayla felt very lonely when she got in. Unzipping her vest, she pulled out a pendant, opening the cover, there was a picture inside. Two children, stood side by side smiling at the camera. The innocent smile was much too different from the situation right now. One of them was a girl, it looked much like Sayla right now, it was her 10 years ago, still living in peace. The other one was a boy, that wrapped his arms around Sayla's shoulders, her brother. Blond golden hair just like her, emerald green eyes, just like her as well. "This use to be Allen's seat...why did you leave without me...maybe I said too much. No, this is not the time to think about this. Brother, give the courage, Allen, give me the courage...Gundam, Sayla Mass...launching...ugh!!" she felt the impulse from the catapult, as the Gundam launched out. |

"Right, here we go! All men, board the trojan horse. Dont think of fighting too much, its the ship that caused trouble for us all these days, careful of the crew inside, they might be real tough! Take control of the bridge and victory is ours. The Gallop can only last for that long, our time is limited!! Go! Go! Go!" Ral called over the radio, all the men activated their boosters. The air pressure gave a person around 5 minutes of flight time, though that was enough to reach the white ship at low altitude. There were people already stationed around the hatches, machine gun bullets began to fly across. One CRADLE soldier noticed something strange, the men that was stationed around the hatches seems to be fairly young, just barely adults, or maybe not even that age yet. He pulled the trigger, the assault rifle shells smacked past the Argama crew's body, throwing him onto the ground. Dead or wounded does not matter, what does is he is taken out of action. Ral's team quickly scrambled inside the ship. Clamp was a strange man, even in Ral's team. Although he was not ranked very high, he is nothing much but a sergeant, Ral put him in charge of the other team. He even had round glasses, not something to be worn onto the battlefield. A short and skinny man in his late 30s, wrinkled face with a curly beard. "Charge in! Dont worry about the soldiers, just take them out of action or whatever. Regroup with captain Ral as soon as possible!" he commanded, grabbing his AK47 and pulling the trigger, the other group barged into the Argama as well. Throughout the metallic corridors, shells bounced off from wall to wall. It was clear that Ramba Ral's team has the upper hand, however they were completely oblivious that the ship actually consists of only amateurs that were not properly trained in firearms. Although inexperienced, the Argama crew did receive basic training, Noa knowing that a day like this might come, actually ordered some of the combatants on board to at least know how to handle a pistol and rifle. Around the corner, a few more men charged out and gunned down several CRADLE soldiers. Though, Ral and his men fired from behind and shot them down as well. Unlike MS combat, being shot here means death. Everyone knows this fact really well. "Captain, it is strange. The crew members on this ship all seems too young, some of them arent even adults...!! What does this mean?" Clamp asked, Ral looked around, seeing there are reinforcements coming around the corner. Grabbing a hand grenade, he pulled the pin out and hurled it out. Waiting for the explosion, he glared at Clamp again. "Well, we'll find out soon enough...!!" he plainly replied. There was an explosion and a few screams, turning around the conrner, he saw the two federation soldiers burnt and blown apart, although feeling sorry for the young life he just seized, Ral showed no regrets and kept on moving on. The battle was intense inside the Argama, Sayla landed onto the ground with the Gundam. She seems to be getting use to the controls better than last time, however it does not change the fact that she was only a novice in piloting such a MS. Originally the settings for the Gundam was done all by Allen himself to fit his own style, Sayla can only use the basic settings and is unable to do nearly as good as Allen. The cannon shells from the Gallop flew towards the Gundam, Sayla can only block it with her shield. If Allen was here, he would of easily evaded the attack. The controls were still too difficult for her to master everyone, when she was about to lift up the Gundam's powerful beam rifle, another barrage of shells smashed past the white MS. "Ngh...what should I do...!!" Sayla cried out as her MS was knocked down. The shells were heavy and grazed past parts of the Gundam's armor, however they were still not hard enough to destroy it. Quickly readjusting her position, Sayla stood the Gundam back up, just to be knocked down by the Gallop's shells again. "The enemy is down, take this chance and finish it! Now that captain Ral is inside the trojan horse, we cant do much to support them directly. So take out the enemy's MS if possible! Fire! Dont give it the chance to stand up!" Hamon commanded, the cannons were all aimed at the Gundam this time, Sayla blocked the shells with the Gundam shield, though she was worried that even the shield will not last long like this. |

Seeing an explosion from a far, the sand particles kicked up from the blasts started to fill the air, Allen narrowed his eyes and shut his mouth tight so nothing gets in. Applying more force on the paddle, he wanted to go faster. It was impossible for just a buggy to catch up to the high speed land battleship, the Gallop. However he somewhat managed to make it. Driving across the side of the cliff, he saw the Argama flying in between the valleys and the Gallop blocking the exit. Then looking again, he saw that the Gundam was battered down by the Gallop's heavy cannons. "Gundam? Whos piloting it...?! That thing wont perform well if I dont pilot it! I need to hurry!" Allen muttered to himself. Detecting the friendly signal of the buggy, Taures zoomed in to check who is driving in it. Seeing Allen returning, there might be a sign of hope as well. It might not solve the problem inside the ship, but it might help to improve the situation outside. Connecting to the closest interphone on the ship next to Noa, Noa immediately picked the phone up. From the bridge, there was even the screen that connected to the phone itself. "Captain, Allen is back. What should we do?" Taures hesitated a bit, what Allen did can easily be seen as treason, and is enough to be executed. However Noa did not think a bit like that, although Allen was wrong, this ship needs him right now. Noa values his talents, but sometimes just is frustrated that a person with such ability does not learn to think about how others feel. "Nevermind that, Rie! Increase the altitude of the ship as close to Allen as possible, have him jump onto the ship or something! Ugh...!!" the connection was immediately cut, Noa ducked down to avoid being shot, it appears that the enemy was already close to the bridge. He hid behind a corner, using the reflections on the clear metallic walls to clearly see if the enemy is trying to throw a grenade or not. Confirming there were no one, he moved on. The Argama took altitude and moved higher, crashing into the ally causing some rocks to fall off and onto the ship. Allen seeing this opportunity, he turned the steer and made a turn. Flying off the cliff, he felt the powerful gravity pull down on him and his heavy vehicle. Smashing onto the Argama's runway, he somewhat managed to maintain control of the buggy. Seeing an entrance nearby, he decided to just run into from there. Not completely sure where he will enter, he will make his way around the ship while inside. Just now seeing CRADLE soldiers running around on the deck, Allen was worried. "Damn, did those guys board the ship?" he asked himself and opened the hatch, hearing gun sounds echoing across several hallways, he was positive that the Argama crew was now in infantry combat against Ramba Ral's crew. Turning around the corner, he ran straight into a CRADLE soldier, Allen gasped. This was the first time he saw a real gun being pointed at him. He shivered, once that person pulls the trigger everything is finished. The nightmare last night frightened him even more, Allen mind will surely suffer a fatal mental damage if he witnessed Sayla being shot. His body acted upon instincts, like an animal, he charged and lunged at the soldier. Ramming into his enemy, pushing him down. Thinking again, Rambal Ral's words. Dont foget you won because of your MS's performance! In other words, up until today, Allen has not defeated anyone by his own powers. It was all the fortune that the Gundam brought to him. "No, thats wrong...I can defeat someone by myself as well!!" Allen continued to push down the CRADLE soldier. Although the soldier tried to smash Allen down with the handle of his rifle, Allen reached up and blocked his arms before be can apply any more force. The two wrestled for a while, until there was a gun sound. The CRADLE soldier immediately lost all his strength and his hands came down. The pistol in Noa's hand was smoking, the captain pulled Allen up. "Quickly change with Sayla in the Gundam, we need to get out of here as quickly as possible! This is all we can ask of you now!" Noa ordered. Allen nodded and ran towards the hanger. |
