Their weapons clashed once again, Archer and Diarmuid was on a stalemate in their battle, however it was clear the twin lance wielding Diarmuid had the upper hand. Archer reached back and ripped off his helmet and threw it behind his seat while wiping some sweat off his forehead. His neatly waxed up white hair in the morning was all crumbled now as he narrowed his eyes. "Not good, the ship that ambushed the Nahel Argama must be Kenneth Archbolt's flagship. So this explains how this guy got here in the first place, if there was a mother ship lurking around the debris. But knowing that wont change the situation now, I need to finish this quick since hes not an enemy I can afford showing my back to..." the veteran pilot calmly analyzed, but in reality he was panicking, but also rather worried for leaving Waver alone.

"Whats wrong? Your sword is becoming dull." Diarmuid smiled and got ready to charge again. One, two, and three consecutive thrusts from the long red spear, Archer only subconsciously blocked two hits as the third grazed past some armor on the left bit of his chest unit, under the Mk-II's right arm. The short yellow spear approached with great speed, Archer barely managed to parry that but the next strike from the red spear slashed passed the chest of the Mk-II, leaving a scar of char only slightly above the cockpit. Though not doing any serious damage, some of the inner machines were seen from the broken chest armor. Archer were only able to see those strikes as small dots of red and yellow, unable to completely keep up with Diarmuid's swift movement. "While there is no retreat, if you are willing to surrender..."

"Surrender? Sorry but theres still someone thats waiting for me to clean her room tonight and make her bed tomorrow morning, so I cant let myself be caught here." Archer sarcastically replied focused his eyes on the two spears. The radio waves were blurred from time to time, but indeed the minovsky particles in the surrounding area has thinned after the intense battle. The combination of the long and short is deadly, long weapons like lances have trouble fighting close, but he is able to use the short spear to continue to attack or defend even if I get into attack range. At the same time strike before I can with his long spear. While it may seem there are no openings, there is one point I may be able to throw him off guard! Archer boosted forward, the long spear came at him before he can get into sufficient range. The Mk-II swiftly sidestepped using its AMBAC systems to move in space like on land, dodging the red spear.

Diarmuid was surprised at how Archer avoided that, but his advantage does not change. Even if Archer manage to get close, he can parry with his short spear. As expected Archer went up and struck with his right saber. Diarmuid blocked the first hit, taking some distance at the same time, but almost simultaneously Archer boosted up to avoid being in the range of the long red spear, keeping close. Spinning around, Archer delivered a powerful backhand slash but the opening was also rather large. This gave Diarmuid enough time to block a second hit, but all of this was to catch him off guard.

I am the bone of my sword...

"Cut through! Twin crane dual wings!" Archer pulled both of his controls back and pushed them forward. The Gundam Mk-II pulled its arms back and hurled both its beam sabers at Diarmuid's G-3 Gundam. The blades rotated like saw discs, the yellow blade of saws soared towards its enemy. "Kuh...what?" Diarmuid gasped and used both his spears to strike down the surprise attack by Archer, but this was within calculations as well. Grabbing the shield on the back of the Mk-II that has not been used in the battle and he pointed it towards the G-3. It was suppose to be a defensive measure, but Archer's unit has a slightly modified shield upon his personal preference. It hid two missiles underneath as a last measure against enemies he could not defeat otherwise. The missiles traveled at high speed and smashed the G-3 Gundam on the chest, badly denting its armor. Diarmuid gritted his jaws as he braced himself for the impact. Blasting through the smoke, Archer grabbed one of the beam sabers he threw that floated back towards him and slashed off the leg of the G-3 from the knee. Yes! This should seal his speed! he thought. Immediately taking distance after losing agility, Diarmuid was shocked at how he was caught off guard by something like this. "You bastard...how dare you dirty the noble cause of chivalry...you rat!" Diarmuid was enraged at how he thought a battle of honor turned out.

"Hmph, no one said this was a battle of honor. You really think I would fight blade with blade and guns with guns?" Archer sighed. With this he indeed stand much more of a chance against this enemy, now that the G-3 cannot side step as swiftly as before. While Diarmuid was still gritting his teeth in anger, he saw from the corner of his eyes a beam approaching the Alexandria. "Master...!!" sensing the danger of his owner, the loyal knight immediately turned and forfeited the match that ended without honor with Archer.

Feeling the slight shake from one of the engines being destroyed from an attack, Kenneth's eyebrows twitched. He then calmed himself down and scratched his chin, wondering where the attack came from. Although not surprised on the outside, he was rather curious about how the tables did not completely turn for him. "Captain, one of our engines were taken out by an attack. Generator output decreased by 5%...what was it?" the operator asked their captain, but the commander just sat there silently thinking how to do this. "Ho? It seems like the other side has allies hidden too...their captain is not a complete fool it seems like." he smirked, still rather confident that their advantage did not change. But his arrogance overlooked one small detail.

"Captain, we have received an encrypted signal from the Ardent Prayer, asking us where to head towards!" Rin reported as the Nahel Argama was at its limits. Seeing a beam smash against one of the engines of the Alexandria, Noa saw hope. "Tell them we will head towards the shoal zone in old Side 5 for repairs! Mileina, all barrels open! Fire everything we've got at the Alexandria and open a path! Lichty, left 75 degrees, full speed ahead!" Noa did not overlook the small detail. Whether it was by luck or intentional, the small shot that took out the engine actually tilted the Alexandria on a slight angle. Both ships fired all of its weapons, missiles clashed with missiles while beams canceled out each other. However thanks to the slight incline the Alexandria was on, the intended fatal shot only narrowly missed the Nahel Argama's bridge. On the other hand, several missiles manage to get through and batter the Kenneth's ship on the deck.

"Impossible! How did we miss that!!" Kenneth's confidence was broken in an instant as the Nahel Argama began to turn. Seeing its MS returning one after another, Kenneth knew it was too late to chase after the white ship without any MS. It was Kenneth's own fault that he refused to move any ships on the blockade. The Nahel Argama disappeared into the debris, heading towards the shoal zone.

Lilium sat back in her chair as she watched the events further ahead unfold. Although she was somewhat annoyed that Razo had once again gone against any orders by firing at the Alexandria, she was also far more pleased that the 0 Gundam's shot gave the exact moment that turned the tables for the Nahel Argama. "Miss Lilium, we've received a response from the Nahel Argama, we're instructed to meet them at the old Side 5 Shoal Zone for repairs!" Veloci relayed up to Lilium. She folded her arms and tilted her head a bit, remembering back to how the Shoal Zone was formed. One of several regions in Earth orbit filled with space colony wreckage, asteroids formerly used for colony construction, and other debris drawn together under the influence of gravity. The resulting clutter renders search and observation systems useless, so these areas serve as convenient hiding places. "I see. Then we'll go there as well. Ignore the enemy battleships to the left, we'll survive whatever barrage they can throw at us!" Lilium smirked and gave the signal to carry on at full pace.

Seeing the bright light that bathed the 0 Gundam's cockpit dim down, Razo knew he had handed full control over to the engineers and stepped out into the 0G hangar. Unknown to him, his disobedience had gathered one or two members of the crews applause, much to his surprise when he looked down at them clapping and looking up at him. "Hmm? The hell are you clapping at, Commander?" Razo rudely asked Graham that was leaning against a control panel. When Razo landed down beside him and secured his position on the ground thanks to the P.E.S's magnetic coating on the feet, the gravity was switched back on again. Graham pushed himself off of the panel and patted Razo on the shoulder.

"Haven't you heard? You managed to hit that Alexandria class from all the way over here. From the looks of things, you gave it some tilt and made sure it didn't hit our buddies over there. That, my friend, was well played!" Graham jokingly slapped Razo across the chest and smiled at him. "But of course, this just means I'll have to one-up you so you don't embarrass me down the line!" Graham joked and gave Razo a two finger salute before turning to leave. Pondering just how much his cocky shot had actually done, Razo seemed to take some pride in this. In comparison to blasting two holes through Heliopolis, turning a battle round in 1 shot seemed like winning the lottery and getting all of his birthdays at once.

As he looked around for the Heavyarms that Grace piloted, Razo felt someone nudge him on the left shoulder. He turned round to see who it was, just in time to notice Grace trying to dash around to his right to feign innocence. "Ha ha, funny..." He sarcastically pointed out and lightly slapped Grace on the arm as a show of mockery. "So, how did it feel? Did it feel good hitting something that far away and turning someone else's battle around all by yourself?" Grace excitedly asked him. Already the novelty had worn off, as far as Razo was concerned, his moment felt somewhat tarnished by the fact it went against his personal preference in combat; to be as stylish and flashy as possible while still dominating the fight. He simply shrugged his shoulders at Grace and turned away. "Eh.....Alright I guess. Wasn't crazy enough for my tastes though. That Gundam that attacked us though? Very interesting!" Razo spun round while talking to Grace and made an OK sign with both of his hands and a big grin on his face.

Grace looked back at Razo with a somewhat concerned tone. Although her respect for Razo had gone up a bit, she couldn't help but feel somewhat creeped out by his fascination for the Knight Gundam, especially when he ordered her to retreat while he had a one on one duel with him. "Oh, but for the record, if I ever run into that guy again, I don't want you to give him a face full of plasma, please." Razo sternly warned Grace. He was annoyed that a fight against a machine that could cope with the Kojima Particle use 0 Gundam had been forced to pull back by the Ardent Prayer's fire. Razo's mood took on a more cocky demeanor when his pager started firing up to report to the bridge...

That night, the Nahel Argama settled in a half destroyed colony. The huge cylinder was snapped in half was the land was arid and dried for many years. There were debris of the ruined city floating while the colony itself was surrounded by countless space junk that was left unattended from the disaster that happened in former Side 5 7 years ago. Waver looked out his window as his lights were off, looking at his clock it was already 12 midnight, it should be time for him to go to sleep. He was rather positive that Archer will wake him up at 5 in the morning again, even if the intended training for tonight has been called off. From time to time he saw Nahel Argama crew members float by the window carrying supplies and being tied onto the ship by a thick rope and harness, rushing to repair the destroyed ship. Noa gave strict orders that he expects the Nahel Argama to be repaired and ready to go by noon tomorrow. The maintenance crew well recognized that they have to work hard at a situation like this, because it was their duty to maintain the ship and MS to the best conditions possible, therefore no one complained. All MS on board the Nahel Argama was damaged in some way, and they all needed to be repaired. Half the maintenance crew were responsible for working on two hour shifts as they changed with the other half when their shift was over.

Though the pilots were ordered to rest, so Waver locked himself in his room after the battle. It was only now that he noticed, he has been feeling rather ill after the battle. It was not because of the extensive G force he felt during the battle, it was because he was afraid. It was the first time he killed someone, even if it was on the battlefield, he felt a sense of guilt as his hands were still shaking in fear. Looking out the desolated destroyed colony, it only increased his fear even more. The horrors of war haunted him, he was afraid that someday he would one of the corpses that was floating around in this destroyed colony. Even for his first step on the battlefield with little to no training, he managed to shoot down a total of three enemies. He knew, every unit he shot down, there was a person that died inside. "Damn...why has it become like this...it should be natural to kill the enemy soldier, and of all people theyre Blue Cosmos...they are brutes that deserve to die! But why...cant I stop trembling..." Waver put his hand over one eye and wrapped his blankets tightly around himself. Slowly closing his eyes from fatigue and slumping down onto the soft bed.

To Ardent Prayer: We will be staying for repairs until noon tomorrow. Please standby as we will notify you of our further actions. Please bear in mind our destination may change to descend to Earth if we are unable to shake Blue Cosmos off by our scheduled time for the next operation. Our coordinates will be attached to the encoded program with this signal, please decode. Best Regards Rin finished typing the encrypted communication as Noa has said and sent it. She then took off her headphones and stretched back leaning hard on her seat. "Captain, I'm done here. If there arent anything else for me to do I would like to rest for today" she asked as she stood up. Noa was already falling asleep after a long day. Her voice woke the captain up though. "Ah, no its fine. Rest well, I guess I will go too..." he saluted as Rin did the same. The Nahel Argama has a useful auto-detection program installed, so if any foreign IFF code comes within radar range the alarms will automatically ring during the night. This way the bridge crew does not need someone to be on duty the entire time. In order to hide their position, lights on the ship were mostly turned off, except in the hangers.

Rin slid her card key through the electronic lock of her room, the moment she entered the room was dimly lit by a lamp and a soothing aroma of her favorite earl gray flushed on her face. "Welcome back." Archer plainly welcomed his master back, he was already changed in his butler suit and was still holding a teapot, assuming that Rin would return any moment. She threw herself onto the small cheap couch and let out a long sigh. The wise servant knew exactly what his master wanted, Archer went up and grabbed Rin's shoulders from behind and gave her a massage. "Ah...yeah good...damn, im all worn out from cleaning up the failures of you guys..." she complained, her good girl attitude on the outside immediately changed to the little devil when she was alone. Grabbing the handle of her tea cup, she took a sip of the high quality beverage and slapped the cup back onto the desk. Rin's room was rather fancy for a room on the battleship, it was a western style room decorated with woody wallpaper and a fake window to cover up the real one, as Rin had no interest to look out the window when all she would see were stars.

Like many spacenoids, neither Rin nor Archer has ever set foot on Earth once in their lives, and both of them have lost their interests in seeing the stars even when they got back to their room. There was a small table and couch for Archer to sleep on in the corner, as Rin had a small bed in the other corner with silky bedsheets. There was a rather low quality wooden table glued onto the floor beside the door and a small bathroom next to the exit. Other than the captain's room, Rin's room was the only one to actually have a bathtub for some reasons. Rin brushed Archer's massaging hands off as she stood up. Pulling off her ribbons that tied her twin tails back, she threw them on the bed and walked towards the bathroom. Starting from her skirt, she unzipped it and threw it into the basket, then took off her long silk socks. Removing her distinctive red shirt with a cross on the chest, she was only left with her bra and panties, though Archer as the opposite gender did not even twitch an eyebrow seeing this, as if it was only natural. "Now you mention it, didnt Waver-kun shoot down a total of 3 MS and managed to stand on equal ground with the enemy's Mk-II? You still dont believe what I said about him?" Rin paused and questioned before entering the bathroom.

"Hmph, beginners luck..." Archer closed his eyes and dismissed any possibilities that Waver could be special. Whether it was true or not, the diligent young man did not think fondly of Waver as a soldier, it seems like the young student was missing something to be in the military, though even Archer himself cant really tell what exactly was inadequate. "Really? Then make sure you train him so that he can survive even after that luck is used up..." Rin walked into the bathroom disappearing from Archer's sight, then threw her white bra and panties out as they slapped onto the wall and fell to the ground. The door slammed shut as Archer then only heard shower sound.

The enemy is the Archbolt family, Rin...you should know this too. They are not people that can be defeated simply by adding a Newtype to our forces. But I have to be honest behind your back, that boy...has far more talent than me, and probably even you... Archer thought to himself as he threw Rin's undergarments into the washing basket, hanging a towel on the rack outside the bathroom, he then just sat down on the couch thinking back. Slowly he closed his eyes as he was exhausted as well.

For now, the Nahel Argama managed to get out of danger. But their paths were still opaque. Kenneth's Alexandria was still lurking around the shoal zone, trying to catch the Nahel Argama as it is coming out. Only the strongest, will survive the cruel world of war.
