Sounds so typical of a fella Rach..
Is Matt an old friend??
Matt's old...as in he's his mid 30's!!!! :P :D I've known him for about a year through work. He's about 3 months into a 6 month stint in Cairo. He's staying in a flat there which had a couple of spare rooms so he asked if Si and I wanted to go out there for a few days. As we only had to pay flight costs and for spending money we thought we would.
God..He's ancient..
Too right..I'd of gone without a doubt..did Si know Matt?? Did they get on alright??
Is Matt working out there??

yep he's really ancient  but for an old git he's really nice and easy to get on with
They got on pretty well and hadn't met before although blokes normally find something to talk about when they are thrown together!
yep Matt's working out there covering a woman who is on maternity leave who was working out there for us

Chris gets on with most people..but he shakes his head at me sometimes..I will literally talk to anyone..anywhere,,we where on the airport at Lanzerote..a few years ago now..and I started talking to a woman in the queue..oh dear god..I got all about her ailments..and her Sons..she started showing me all the medication..then started crying..bloody hell that was one conversation I wish I'd never started..
Chris just said later..It served you bloody right..

Cairo seemed ok for a few days but I wouldn't want to go there for months at a time. It's too hot for me!!
lol that sounds like a bad conversation to be dragged into! although you would have thought that teh woman would have realised that she doesn't need to tell her life story to strangers!!!!!!

yep I don't mind the odd few days of really hot weather whilst on holiday etc but I couldn't work in it continously although quite a lot of indoor places had air con.
yep I know what you mean. Sounds likely she was just after the attention

Si went back to work today and he's working tomorrow as well. He gets less holidays than I do and he wants to save a few days so he can take some afternoons off later in the year to go and watch Arsenal's home matches in the evenings.
Nothing much planned. Just housework etc. You?
