I need to go at 9.30ish btw as I need to make sandwiches and iron a couple of tops for work as I haven't got that far yet!
one viewer came as planned. On the other one, the estate agent rang me early yesterday morning to say that the woman couldn't make it at the time originally planned and could she come round later but could I show her around as the estate agent was already booked to be elsewhere. The woman then didn't show up so I was sitting around waiting for her. Admitedly I probably wouldn't have gone anywhere anyway as it was raining but was still annoying sitting there wondering where she was.
I have one or two things I need to do too..so 9:30 sounds good to me. Down right rude that,,she could of least rang to say she wasn't coming.. What did the first viewer think?? Did they seem keen??
ok...at least I won't be leaving you here with the :tumbleweed: if you have stuff to do too! yep she could have rang estate agents so they could ring me  first one was a girl about my age and her mum. They seemed reasonably keen. estate agents is meant to ring me tomorrow and let me know what they thought as I think tehy were going to look at another place as well
Oh fingers crossed Rach..I hope they put an offer in.. Are you staying at your Mum and Dads tomorrow??
I hope they put an offer in too so I don't have to spend any more time tidying teh house and waiting for viewers to not turn up yep I'm at Mum's again tomorrow
Its like your house isn't your own..when we sold our last property the kids were very small..nightmare trying to keep the place tidy with toddlers..
yep I can imagine that with kids who want to get their toys out all over the place. It's just a pain that you can't leave anything out (e.g. I had to wait until today to do a load of washing so my underwear wasn't on display on teh radiators yesterday etc)...and you have to hide the washing up as I can't always be bothered to do it every day
    your knickers and bras might just of sold the place..lol..

hello sexy man :D how are you?
Hello chunky cheeks. :)
I wish they were chunkier then they'd provide some padding when I'm on the exercise bike!!!
I did an hour and 50 mins yesterday going around my local villages. Its so much better than a bike stuck in a room.Though saying that it was a wee bit hairier on a main road though. :( I must invest in a helmet and yellow vest.
I can read a book though...and stay warm and dry I would go out on my bike but I don't like the roads round here. The town roads are too busy and the country roads are too bendy etc and not safe. I would go to the local lakes but I have to cycle a couple of miles along along the dual carriageway to get there and then I don't feel particularly safe as a young female going round teh lakes on my own. a helmet and vest might be a good idea
I can imagine that rach,I myself felt a wee but vulnerable while cycling through a deserted wood I had found on the map.Not a soul in sight. It felt very eerie.

yep and there's also a country park with a big wood a few miles away as well...again some bits are ok as you have plenty of families walking through them but other bits are very quiet and you don't know what weirdos are lurking about.
