I personally like the idea of an appointed Judiciary. Maybe we do something like the "Missouri Plan" where justices are appointed and after a certain amount of time they face a retention election where people simply vote yes or no on if they want that Justice to continue. If a majority says no, a new justice is appointed. This allows judges to maintain some more independence while also being held accountable for their actions on the court. |

I do aswell but what is unclear is who appoints the justices. Do we elect the High Justice who then appoints them? It may just be a typing error but it says
