Hans quickly entered the room pulling out his revolver and aiming it at Aberdeen's head dropping low to avoid any bullets fired at him. He quickly shot above Aberdeen's head. He quickly reloaded and pulled back the hammer. He then shouted "No Jean, you are young, don't risk your life. I shall take him in a uel. Lend me your sword sir." |

James fired shots into the room. He raised both pistols at the man's head. "Ask me this. Give me one reason why I shouldn't end your life now". |

James wanted to spare the man's life for now and quickly took his hat and robe of a coat and and went back to the hotel he was staying at. He would duel when he was preapred and ready. In his place Lady Aberdeen took his place. She could see why everyone was unpet and mad at her husband. She would answer any questions that they had. OOC: The duel won't be today. Maybe friday. I'm ging to act James's wife for now. |

Lady Aberdeen offered him a seat and sat down to everyone to tell about her husband. "When my husband was a young boy he was beaten by his drunk father. He was whiped ahundred times everyday for nothing. His father would use him like a dog. Putting a robe between his neck and making him walk even choke him. After that my husband spent his times in the army and eanred himself a noble title and earned him a title as Commander in apart of the army. During abattle my husband saw a french soldier and his wife and children fleeinng. He refused to kill them ut he was punished. je lost his title and his jb and was whiped ahundred times each day for five months. I warn you all don't be messing with an ex-Commander and soldier. He was taught by the best British captain and will fight until death". After telling the tale Lady Aberdeen wepted. |

The Baron burst into the room where the woman was telling her story. DePenn was carrying a wrapped figure away while the slaves, including Abdu'l the tall, mute slave; covered him. "Do not panic folks. We have apprehended the man without a single shot being fired. He did not surrender easily, but this had ended well. He will be held untill we have determined what to do with him. Unfortunate as it it." Grommits turned his attention to Bonaccord, "We will discuss the proceedings for the evening when the Governor and Tiberias have finished wringing my pathetic, little neck." With that the Baron walked through the front door where the voice of Howard could be heard - "I have never been so insulted! This dirty, little towne!" |
