Sephyr can appear to have all the grace and airs of a Noble, giving her the rather unique ability to blend almost perfectly into their world. That alone suggests she either was a Noble, some Lord’s castoff mistress or, in the very least, an accomplished actress. She is more athletic than curvaceous and a little on the thin side, one side effect of running a too warm, fast metabolism and not always knowing where her next meal is coming from. It is not that she deliberately draws attention to herself, but she stands out in a crowd, her length of deep crimson hair and golden eyes suggest she is anything but normal.
Whatever the occasion calls for... from the latest fashions of Inner Sanctum to formfitting leathers which help her get in and out of all the places she should not be. Buried in the depths of her trunk are more than a few stylishly risqué dresses favoured by the City’s Courtesans, and every coloured wig imaginable to go with them. She also has a seemingly endless supply of jewellery, trinkets and other shiny baubles. Presumably gifts from one would be suitor or another.
In a word, Sephyr is passionate. She has an opinion about everything and everyone, though she usually keeps it to herself. She also exerts more self control than one would otherwise expect, highly intelligent, confident, rational, calculating and fiercely loyal. She is, if anything, extremes. She has a protective side which tends to become more prominent when she is around children or someone she cared for. In the company of those she does not trust, Sephyr has the potential to be volatile and dangerous. Diplomacy is always her first route, but she will rarely back down from a fight if it comes to it.

Sephyr is both nimble and surefooted, capable of incredible feats of acrobatics.

~ POWERS ~
Lesser Elementals are not something to be taken lightly, whatever their affliction happens to be. They are beings of such immense Elemental potential it is hard to consider them as anything else, regardless of what they happened to start out as. Being so strongly aligned to one element usually leaves them vulnerable to another. Elementals, despite possible weaknesses to one another, do not have an inescapable hatred towards other elementally afflicted beings.
Elemental Form:
Sephyr is capable of shifting between her physical state and that of a full elemental essence. The elemental form is not limited to shape, only rough size, though she prefers to take on a feline shape in closed spaces or a phoenix in the open, which would also grant flight. The transformation itself creates a violent firestorm. The shift is also time limited by the ambient temperature. Maintaining a full elemental form during the middle of a hot summer day is something she could sustain for an hour or more. While the freezing cold dead of winter, would see her burning out within as few as five or ten minutes. Both the Phoenix and the Fire Cat forms are close to Sephyr in mass. The Cat would be close to mountain lion proportions while the Phoenix would have a wingspan up to 6 metres (18 feet) wide.
Firestorm:
The ability will always precedes shifting from physical to elemental states. Usable on its own, Firestorm is a violent eruption that would brutally burn or kill anyone within a 10 metre radius – friend or foe. Unless the flames come into contact with a flammable material, the effect would burn out when the oxygen was gone.
Burning Out:
Every fire has its life expectancy, and Sephyr is no different. Her powers and physical both will give out when that energy is expended. If she was in full elemental form she will return to her physical state by default, but reaching that stage will leave her weakened, unconscious or possibly near death. The exhaustion from this ability can linger for up to 48 hours.
Phoenix:
Once every 48 hours and provided she not under the lingering effects of Burning Out, anything which would have resulted in Sephyr’s death, will instead trigger her Elemental Form. This Phoenix state will do whatever it can to ensure its own survival. Returning to human form from her Elemental state will erase any and all physical injuries she has sustained since shifting last.
Immolation:
Sephyr is able to set any and all flammable material alight within a 10 metre radius, the flames becoming natural for the sake of her fire mastery. This effect would be an uncontrollable 10 metre aura in elemental form and contact with any flammable substance would result in natural fire.
Burning Brighter:
Existing fires, provided the source is large enough, have the potential of fuelling her Elemental Form indefinitely or adding to her own mass.
Fire Mastery:
Any natural or conjured flame within 25 metres will bend to her will. Providing that it has the fuel and oxygen to burn she can control the flames indefinitely with little to no conscious thought. This ability can also be used to extinguish flames. Because she is a very powerful lesser elemental she is able to control fire and fire effects conjured by weaker casters, even abilities which she would otherwise not be capable of.
Fireball:
She has the very literal ability to form and hurl fireballs at someone. Beyond the range of her Fire Mastery the flames will generally burn out unless the burning mass encountered something which was flammable.
Molten State:
Sephyr is able to reduce most metal items or objects to a molten mass with prolonged contact. The denser the item the longer it takes to melt. Once the metal has been melted she is able to manipulate the molten substance as easily as she does fire.
Fire Born:
Being of an Elemental Origin, she is physically immune to all forms of fire and heat, resistant to electricity, but highly susceptible to water.
~ POSSESSIONS ~
Personal Effects:
All of Sephyrs worldly possessions fit into a single chest she keeps under a molten fused lock someone would need a blacksmith to get through. All she is really protecting is a few pieces of convincing costume jewellery and an assortment of finely tailored outfits.
~ RELATIONSHIPS ~
[tabs][tab=Asmodeus]
Her very own guardian angel, even if he is on the darker side. When she was still only an orphan child Asmodeus was the one who adopted her. As much as anyone can adopt a street kid. She was as rebellious and stubborn then as she is now, but she loved her angel more than anyone or anything in the world. There is nothing she would not do for him, no crime she would not commit.
[/tab] [tab=Aerion Lith'arn]
If Asmodeus is her Guardian Angel, Aerion is her Knight in Shining Armour. He is a little rough around the edges and feels his way through things rather than formulating anything that resembles a strategy. But it only makes him more real. He is bonded to her dragon hatchling Syriak.
The worst part about being a notorious criminal is that someone, somewhere, at some stage is prepared to pay enough money to see them brought to justice.

Dragon Egg. The egg has been in Sephyr's possession for some time and is finally close to hatching. The black rippled egg measures only 10 inches in diameter and 14 inches high. The exterior has the consistency of chiselled stone and is warm to the touch. Anyone familiar with dragons would instantly recognise the elemental corruption already saturated through the egg and infused with the unborn dragon within. The level of corruption could only have occurred from extended exposure to a powerful source of elemental energy.
