~※ SKILLS ※~
Assassin:
Grayson is more than capable of killing from the shadows, but where’s the fun in that? Thanks to his abilities, Grayson is adept at taking the life of unsuspecting victims. He furthered his skill by learning about the many vital points on a person’s body and will strike at those vulnerabilities to ensure success.
Master Swordsman:
Countless decades of using the sword has given Grayson his own unique style that more traditional swordsman find unorthodox. It is the unpredictability mixed with his talent for counter attacks that keep him a step above the rest. He is not specialized in any one sword style and is accomplished with almost any bladed weapon.
Lockpicking:
Don’t bother locking things away; Grayson will have it open soon enough. He always carries a set of tools to gain him access to a variety of lock types.
Pickpocket:
All pockets were designed with Grayson in mind, so just let him in. His deft hands and often silent steps allow him to get in close and get away without people noticing that he took something from them.
Misdirection:
Was the knife in your stomach or in your back? Trick Question! It was a hammer to the face! Due to the nature of finding openings to exploit and windows within to counter attack, Grayson is talented at drawing attention one way only to take advantage of the deception to mask his true intent.
Hunter/Tracker:
Hide yo’ kids, Hide yo’ wife and Hide yo’ husband, because it’s only a matter of time before Grayson finds you all. Between his keen eyes, ears and nose, Grayson is able to track people and animals over long distances. His predatory nature makes him dangerous once he designates you as a target.
Martial Combat Prowess:
Grayson has spent centuries developing his own method of fighting that focuses on his opponent’s movements and exploits their openings. Traveling for as long as he has with his brother has allowed him to trade fists with many accomplished warriors, from whom Grayson has stolen bits and pieces of their various styles to add to his own repertoire.
~※ POWERS ※~
Nine Tailed Fox/Curse of the Werewolf
Enhanced Regeneration:
Grayson can heal at a rate that makes doctors and medicine useless. It keeps him in top physical condition, effectively healing him of shallow wounds within minutes and serious injuries in mere hours. He also has the ability to regenerate severed limbs over the course of a week. This provides him with powerful resistances to illness, viruses, poisons, and bacteria. In combat, it still finds some usefulness, allowing him to continue fighting beyond where others would have passed out from blood loss. His regeneration is being augmented by the lycan blood.
Heightened Senses:
Grayson’s senses are 4x that of normal humans. This grants him the ability to see in the dark with near perfect vision, look out across vast distances and focus on details that escape a normal person’s sight. His ears are capable of hearing a pin drop on a cobblestone street from long range, though it would be difficult to identify it amongst the bustle of the city. If he knew what to listen for, then he could better filter out the ambient noise. His sense of smell allows him to set an identifying scent to an individual and use it to track them. The sense of touch is great enough for him to be able to discern every single hair on a person’s body by feel alone.
Physical Attributes:
Grayson is capable of reaching speeds 5x that of the human limit. To compensate for moving at such high velocities, his body has developed agility, dexterity, and reflexes that are 5x the human limit. However, because of the duality of the two forces vying for control within him, he is not able to keep going at top speed indefinitely. Grayson’s endurance and stamina are 3x the human limit, forcing him to go at lower speeds if he intends to move for prolonged periods of time. He reserves his true speed for short bursts. His strength and durability are 2x the human limit.
Hybrid Kitsune-Lycan Transformation:
Grayson has been possessed by the spirit of a fox and was bitten by his werewolf brother. This caused him to lose his connection to the spirit within and he lost access to much of his kitsune related powers. He can only tap into his Kitsune abilities when he is in a transformed state. Physical Lycanthropy bonuses are active at all times, however there are some bonuses restricted to his transformations.
Kitsune Illusions (Incomplete Transformation):
Grayson gains the ability to manipulate the senses of hearing and smell for people without enhanced senses within a 2km radius. He activates this power by emitting a hypnotic aroma that for the people within his range is only a pleasant smell with no distinct scent, the sound of his voice, or direct eye contact. Once any of these methods are used on a target, they come under Grayson’s control allowing him to change their perception of him. Grayson uses this power to aid in stealth by erasing his scent and/or the sounds that he makes.
Were-Kitsune:
During the full moon and only during the full moon, Grayson can willingly transform into in a hybrid state of Lycan and Kitsune. Transforming takes time, and is very painful as his bones and muscles snap and reset to take on a new form. There is a euphoric sensation that overcomes him the closer he is to the apex of the full moon, offsetting the pain if he transforms within that timeframe. In addition to his base physical bonuses, he gains 3x human limit strength and durability, but only while in this form.
Fox Form:
At any time Grayson is capable of transforming into a larger than average arctic fox, (roughly 2 feet at the shoulder, 4 feet in body length, and 2 feet in tail length). He has no problem controlling this form and keeps all of his personality intact. He retains all of his physical abilities while in this form, as well as gaining 5x human limit stamina and endurance.
[Capable of sprinting roughly 150mph, covering up to 30 feet in a single bound, and capable of breaking medium sized bones in two-three bites.]
Weaknesses:
Due to being possessed by the spirit of a nine-tailed fox, Grayson is susceptible to divine powers. In the presence of someone divine, Grayson’s skin will begin to itch and prolonged exposure can lead to a rash before he takes on more flu like symptoms. If struck with divine energies, Grayson will be severely weakened, speeding through the above symptoms faster and potentially leading to death.
Thanks to being bitten and cursed with Lycanthropy, Grayson has also gained a mild weakness to silver. While not as immediately deadly to him as divine energies, silver can cause wounds that take longer to heal than usual. Just the act of placing silver on his skin can leave terrible burns. If silver ever gets lodged in his body, then it will act as a poison and slowly take his life unless removed in time.
As he is now, being bitten by either a dragon or vampire creates wounds that heal at a reduced rate similar to the ones he suffers from divine energy and silver. Due to his heightened senses, if Grayson does not keep his focus, he can succumb to attacks aimed at them. If caught unprepared, he can be brought down by bright lights, loud noises and noxious fumes.
