| Unique Features | Attire | Spoiler: click to toggle Tasnim, for lack of a better term, is rather striking, though she tries to hide it well, but there is only so much one can really do to not stand out in many situations. She always wears long flowing garments and always tries to obscure her face at every chance. Hoods, masks and any other garment that will hide her from the world would probably be the only thing you'd ever see her in. This doubles as a occupational requirement and not just a personal choice, though she would prefer not to be seen at all if she can help it.
Though, there are always times when one is unable to hide themselves completely and in these circumstances Tasnim really does not fit in all that well. Tall and curvy, with skin a lovely shade of brown and appearing to be far younger than she actually is, her hair is a stark white, which can really throw off people at a distance. It remains an odd contrast for the features that lie beneath the hair that is usually cut short, but she has a tendency to leave the bangs fall in her eyes. The color however does give her the appearance of being older, but it is not a product of age, but more of a product of losing what she once was and a draining of her powers.

Spoiler: click to toggle Tasnim can come off as something of a mystery, but she really doesn't choose to be that way. If it was up to her, they wouldn't have noticed her in the first place, but she does not go out of her way to distance herself from other people when they do, which may be a mistake on her part. This is not to say that she is outgoing and friendly in any manner, but she is at the very least understanding the need to be pleasant and cordial when speaking to others, which she does not see as a giant leap in understanding. There is just a preference for her to keep to herself and tends to sequester herself off for as long as she possibly can if she can get away with it.
While outwardly appearing somewhat open, she is very much not. It is more just a pleasantry that she extends to other people and rather dislikes to talk to others. She will of course listen as she is oft to do in most cases and take in every word with nary a word in return in most cases, though she will not really answer questions that people ask her without a greater purpose to the entire ordeal. Her past is her own and even to someone that she considered very close would probably have a tough time breaking that cold exterior to really get to whatever she seems to be hiding.
Tasnim has a fascination with finding anything that would be seen as lost. One could try and ask her why, but they would nary get an answer out of her on this matter. She does does it for what can only be seen as fun and she's rather good at it. Perhaps a mixture of her general listening skills and low profile or a general want to know the secrets of the town. She, however, isn't above selling this information for a decent amount of money in most cases, but also isn't above making up a story on the spot to satisfy a curious mind if she feels the need to protect the information. |

| SKILLS | | Dowsing: | Sometimes the lost are hard to find and take a little bit of skill to actually detect. Tasnim is very observant and can find hidden objects in the near vicinity with a very little exertion in most cases. She also has the innate sense of always knowing where there is water.
| | Rumor Mill: | Tasnim has a talent for tall tales. In most cases these can become rather unbelievable to most listeners, but if someone actually bothers to spend money on a rumor, whether bought directly from her and is made up, or if someone were to buy the service to spread the rumor, the tides will shift and the rumor will quickly become more believable as more and more people hear it. This can only affect perceptions of characters and not actually change the character themselves.

| POWERS | Unbound The Unbound are elementals that have given up or lost their powers for various reasons. They mostly exist in a semi-human form, but they are, in fact, magic beings and not humans in the slightest though they still have a deep and resounding connection to their source element.
| Racial Traits: | The Life Aquatic Tasnim, for all intents and purposes, is physiologically human in most cases, save for the appearance and scent of magic stronger than most even human mages giving away what she really is. Being similar to humans means that she can bleed, needs sleep, food, air, but she requires more water to stay hydrated than the normal human. Unlike humans however, given the right circumstances, Tasnim is still able to turn into her former self. She is not nearly as powerful as she used to be, as is the case with most Unbound elementals, but she still maintains the general appearance and some of the abilities that were granted to her when she was first created.
In this form however she is not as indestructible as she once was and remains very susceptible to all attacks, especially in her case as she has lost the ability to manipulate water outside her body and must constantly drink water in order to purify her body and continually accumulate more liquid in order to be of any use. Attacks of any kind can slowly whittle away what magic she has left in her body and while in this form it doesn't really do much to slow her down in her current form, if enough attacks, even physical attacks that are able to disperse the fluid from her form, are thrown at her, she will be forced to change back into her human form, where she is defenseless.
While in this form, Tasnim's movements become very fluid and make it very difficult to hit her with physical attacks, but large blunt objects that would disperse most of the water in her body are the most effective to knock her out of this form. In order to accomplish this task it would be best to take her into an extremely cold area, as the colder the area, the slower she generally becomes. Other natural elements are also very effective in draining the force from this. Fire, while she is able to put this out with ease, changes small percentages of her body into steam, which becomes unusable to her. Earth and plant life are very good natural sources that also continually siphon the fluid from her body. Lightning in general is probably the most effective way to stop her as once it touches her, it continues to course through her body, effectively paralyzing her indefinitely, making her an easy target. Even absorbent materials go a long way in swiftly mopping her up.
When Tasnim's total body water content reaches 70% she is forced to return to her human form. At any given time she starts at 100% unless conditions, (high heat, non-fresh water conditions, etc...) cause this to fluctuate.
| | Aqua Whip: | The only real force that Tasnim possess in her elemental form is the water of which she consists. Unable to manipulate the water around her, she can only use the fluid nature of her own body to lash out at would be enemies. The aqua whip is your basic swing with the arm, but because of her make up it becomes rather long ranged compared to the typical melee attack able to stretch some five yards with the ability to hit like a hammer. Each time this hits any object, Tasnim loses a percent of her water content.
| | Torrent: | Torrent, is Tasnim's attempt at a long ranged strike, but comes with a very hefty cost. While a rather quick and powerful strike, it takes nearly 20% of her water content to perform. Torrent has an effective range of 40 feet and can deal a large amount of crushing damage to a person hit, but causes a large amount of push in most cases so unless the target cannot move, the real damage of this attack is greatly lost. This attack can be channeled for up to a minute, but Tasnim cannot move while it is be performed.

| Mana Cane: | Mana Cane is, in many cases, similar to a cigarette. It is a small tube of metal harnessing a small amount of magic that when the breath is added to it begins to produce small clouds of magic that can be inhaled into the body. This provides a rather small sensation in magical beings, but is highly addictive to humans. There is a rumor floating around that humans that smoke enough of these will be granted magic powers of their own.
