Teo Evarille
| Alignment | Gender | Age | Occupation | Residence | | Chaotic Good | Male | 75 | Mage-Thief | Wherever he lay his hat |
| Height | Weight | Build | Origins | Race | Eye | Hair | | 6'1” | 160 | Lean | Air | Half-Elf | Green | Black |
| Unique Features | Attire | In most cases Teo probably could pass for a full blown elf if it were not for a large amount of unfortunate genetic rolls of the dice he had when brought into this world. Most people unfamiliar with the high elves would probably mistake Teo for one of their kind, which wouldn't really surprise him in the least. His ears are long enough to allow him to pass as a high-elf, he's more than tall enough and even has the same lean, trim build that most elves also possess. The only problems he does convey is his general dislike of being associated with the elves in the slightest.
Though, he could hardly be asked to be happy about his similarities to his elvish ancestors and tends to try to hide his elven features as best he can, rather liking to be thought of as human rather than as an elf, though this proves hard for him to actually do as well. This leads him to wear bulky clothes to hide his slender frame, but avoiding anything that would hinder his movement. Always wearing his hair far longer than in should be in hopes that it will conceal his ears, but also favoring hoods and larger hats that he can hide them in, but even then he tries to bind them back, which causes him untold amounts of pain.

Teo is something of an odd case when it comes to most elves in general. He honestly does not see himself as greater than anyone else, a trait he seems to think is rather common in most elves due to their general dislike of half-breeds. For this very reason he tries to treat everyone as an equal, save elves, whom he usually treats as little more than targets, which gives him nothing more than joy in doing so.
Happy go lucky is how many would describe Teo upon asking about him, which should not really be true given his general life style and the forces that surround the city, but he prides himself in being good at what he does. There is very little that could honestly faze him-- unless he did it himself-- and has an innate ability to think on his feet. Perhaps it was really what any thief really needs at any given time is just a little more smarts than those trying to hunt him down.
For being a thief though, Teo has his own code of morals that is not really shared by many around Sanctum. He never steals from those that can't afford to lose it and almost always never keeps his ill gotten gains-- not for lack of trying mind you. The sad fact of the matter is that Teo has a heart probably two sizes too big for his occupation and tends to fall into the moral dredge that most know as chaotic good. He'll steal from the rich and give to anyone that clearly needs it more than he does, which, sadly, he sees as almost anyone but the guy that had it in the first place. |
| SKILLS | | Sleight of Hand: | Teo has very nimble fingers and can easily make something in plain view just disappear without a trace with nary a movement from his body. Of course, this item has to be pocketable and close enough for Teo to reach at any given time.
| | Escape Artist: | Things like chains and handcuffs do little to stop Teo and given enough time can easily release himself from nearly any kind of non-enchanted binding.
| | Stick With It | Teo is well versed in martial combat, but only fights with a stick. He may not be able to keep up with the best of them, but is far more skilled than a simple soldier and can defend himself rather well with just a pole-arm of some fashion.

|
| POWERS | Half-Elves, the bastards of two worlds, too mundane for elves and yet still too snooty for most humans. There probably isn't any worse roll of the dice than being a half-elf when there are two worlds and neither of them want you. At least you aren't some kind of half-demon.
| Racial Traits: | Like the Wind Elves are very agile and that is at least one good thing that half-elves maintain. Perhaps not as nimble, but at the very least they can move rather silently.
Grandma's Ears Those big ears aren't for nothing, you can probably use them to hear at least a little better.
| | Become the Air | If Teo remains perfectly still for a minute, he can become invisible for up to ten minutes as long as he doesn't move from the spot in which he is standing. He can breathe, speak, blink, but should he make any sudden movements with any of his limbs, he will immediately break the spell and become visible again.
| | Become the Wind | In much the say one can become invisible by meditating on the air, one can become the wind by communing with it. If Teo should be running at full speed in any given direction, he can become the wind for a brief period of time and 'phase' through any given object that is not airtight. This leaves him briefly winded and can't use it again for another 10 minutes.
| | Gust of Wind: Board the Skies | Teo at will can force the air around his hand to fire outward, but only in a range of 3 feet. The range of the attack is very limited and does little to no direct damage to anything it hits, it does however cause severe knock-back of up to 20 feet on any target of up to 300 lbs and even to Teo himself throwing him in the opposite direction of the intended target.

| POSSESSIONS |
| Quaterstaff | A simple wooden quarterstaff.
| | Long Lost Love | A simple heart shape pendant that Teo wears around his neck.
