She lives for battle. She doesn’t shy away from a challenge, and is extremely proud of her powers, and her Clan. She is a very loyal friend and ally to those few that manage to earn that title. She is, however, very curious towards the other races, and tries to comprehend them, though she is so wrapped up in her Orcish traditions she often forgets it’s not the ways of the other races in the Mountain Alliance. She does look down on those other weaker races, but doesn’t outright mistreat them. It’s more like an implied superiority becomes more prominent when it’s toward a male. She’s very aggressive In most of her endeavors like a True Orc, and is always willing to educate of their ways to those who ask. PERSONAL HISTORY Lyn D. Keell is the Daughter of the Chieftain. After her birth and her powers manifested she was brought to live the prosperous life within the Clan. She had many teachers, her mother included and they taught her how to fight with an assortment of weapons, her bare fists and also how to take command and plan an attack. She was taught of their ways, their rituals and Lyn had shown herself to be exemplary in that regard. Her temper, and bloodlust was quite advanced, even for an Orc and she was shown some artisanal skills to help her focus her rage. Her introduction to her auntie Danae, the Chieftain’s close friend and honorary orc, allowed Lyn to be more in tune with the forest and the nature that surrounded them. She became an adept hunter thanks to it, though her patience was not perfect and it would often result in the acquired meat to be quite tender before it arrived. When it came to join the Mountain Alliance; Clan Keell began to “petition” the other Clans to do the same which meant beating them in battle and forcing them to do so. Lyn participated in many of these “Unification” battles and proved herself before her sister, and the other Clans quickly grew to respect the future Chieftain. She still has a ways to go. Her mother’s strength was both physical and mental, and Lyn’s mental abilities still needed to be honed before she could truly take over the Clan. SKILLS Lyn is an adept warrior. She is proficient with many martial weapons, but her specialty is the two-handed axe. She is a skilled hunter, and was taught to commune and meditate within Nature and to track a nearby beast with scent, and to walk the wilderness by making minimal noise. Her skills with a bow are average, but she prefers throwing axes. POWERS Lyn is a powerful Orc woman who has the ability to shift her skin to metal which effectively doubles her strength and durability. Without Shifting Strength: 5x the strength of a Human male Bodybuilder. 1’950 pounds for the squat, 1’450 pounds on the bench press, and 2’300 pounds for the deadlift. Speed: 5x the speed of an average human. Durability: 5x times more durable thanks to much denser bones, and stronger muscles. However, on top of that. Lyn is blessed with the ability to shift her skin into metal. She is not forced to transform all of her body into metal, and can just shift part of her body; such as just her arms, her torso or just her legs. While her skin becomes metal, her physical attack become stronger, and she becomes more resistance to attacks. Conventional weapons will be unable to pierce her metal skin; swords, bows and crossbows, and it offers some protection against heat and fire based elemental attacks, but she becomes extremely vulnerable to electric based attacks. The transition from skin to metal is done pretty fast. The skin generates a light as her skin shifts to metal, and then the light would break to reveal the new metallic appendage. It does make a shattering sound, so she can’t really shift without giving herself away. She is unable to run, mainly because her feet tend to burrow into the ground and force her to fall face first causing a Lyn shaped hole on the ground. She cannot last very long while fully shifted. She can do 5 minutes, maximum 10 minutes then she tends to buckle due to mental exhaustion and becomes an easy target. She must actively concentrate on which limb to shift, and the more of her body she shifts the more she has to concentrate and focus. Because of the strain, she can`t fully shift at once. First post would be her two arms, 2nd post would be her torso and head and finally the 3rd post would be her legs. Doesn`t have to be in that order, but it`s what she usually does. Shifting into Metal doubles her strength Strength: 10x the strength of a Human male Bodybuilder. 3’900 pounds for the squat, 2’900 pounds on the bench press, and 4’600 pounds for the deadlift. Speed: 5x the speed of an average human. (metal skin makes her stronger, but also heavier thus negating any speed boost) Durability: Her powers shifts her skin to a very strong metal, making her immune to most conventional weapons and physical attacks, increasing her resistance to Cold and Fire but renders her very susceptible to electric attacks. POSSESSIONS Apart from the necessities, like clothes, her own hut and other perephanlia. Lyn has her armor made of steel with protruding spikes and a powerful Great Axe that belonged to her Grand-Mother. She also has several mementos she carries from her mother and sister, and a special necklace she cherishes from her first hunt with Auntie Danae. RELATIONSHIPS Her Mother is Kyn D. Keell Auntie Danae THREAD TRACKER Edited by Wackman, Dec 19 2015, 11:46 PM.
