Is it plausible in the future for constructed buildings to be demolished to free up more space or it's intentionally made to not so? I'm not saying this demolish option should come for free but instead might incur some small costs (i.e funding the demo guys) in return of freeing up used outpost area. Granted 4,500 km2 is a pretty big turf but I think for players that have developed outpost(s) may consider to do some renovating around like, changing mode of military production from purely aircraft to tanks thus provide greater building flexibility. The suggestion should also help to undo building setup mistakes (embarrassingly I did in my first outpost and it's crippled now) but with the incurred costs to clear existing buildings, it would avoid the feature from being abused that is, demolishing building shouldn't be a luxury but a necessity when it's needed and when the player can afford to do so.

I intend on putting in a little note to let people know (assuming I've understood your post right) how to demolish stuff.

If you enter a negative number into any construction field, it will demolish those buildings. So putting in -10 will demolish 10 structures. However, you only get half the cost back instead of the full cost of the structure.

I see, thank you for the tip, tested it and it works except for certain buildings (Tech Complex?) which I found it had refunded me completely of the building original cost tho I cannot remember which was it. Well, another minor suggestion for beta round 3(?), for War Factory constructions, is it plausible for in-progress construction superweapon to be classified under a single line?

I mean, for an example I queue up 10x Kinetic Impactors and it lists 6 ticks on the show production button, like below:-

1. Kinetic Impactor | 6 Ticks Left
2. Kinetic Impactor | 6 Ticks Left
3. Kinetic Impactor | 6 Ticks Left
4. Kinetic Impactor | 6 Ticks Left
5. Kinetic Impactor | 6 Ticks Left
6. Kinetic Impactor | 6 Ticks Left
7. Kinetic Impactor | 6 Ticks Left
8. Kinetic Impactor | 6 Ticks Left
9. Kinetic Impactor | 6 Ticks Left
10. Kinetic Impactor | 6 Ticks Left

The suggestion is to put similar elements under a single line so it looks like,

Current Production
Production TypeQuantityTicks Left
Kinetic Impactor10x6


I think if it's codeable (I believe this game is in early beta I guess?), it would help the player to estimate when a certain batch of production will be completed, in an organized manner than a long list it's currently.

Another suggestion is some form of resource black market in the future so players with lot of funds can purchase resources that they don't currently have. Granted there is a research on resources (for Mercantile Union only?), a limit can be set like x quantity of resource per day and buying more causes the resource price to rise, as to not neglect faction's internal trade.

Should be doable. I'll add it to the list of things I have to do, which is already fairly lengthy, so I dunno when it'll get done.

All factions have that mining one. My main concern with adding a black market of this type is making it too easy to get resources, but it's certainly something I can look into down the line. Mostly this round just seems to be limited on resources because everyone got unlucky with the randomly selected starting resources. :|

I understand that this is probably something for a big overhaul sometime down the line but id like to see more detailed build menus with technology possibly unlocking new buildings and stuff. I dont know if this is part of your scope or not but i thought id post it in here as this is todo with buildings.
