Better ability for Guardian?

Well based on after action report beta round 2, I agree that Guardian is pretty much useless during endgame situations where terrifying Authority's Fracture Bomb and Solidarity's Neutron Warhead start to surface. Don't get me wrong, Union with its economic bonus means we can build more Guardians cost wise than other factions' endgame superweapons but it seemed a little bit too weak for its supposed price. Yanno when Authority gain Fracture Bomb, they can easily seal a planet away from Union deployments and Solidarity endgame weapon kills whether there are defenses or not. Union economic bonus while tis good, it's only good to outbuild other factions in superweapons terms, causing us to heavily reliant on defensive tactics. Yeah that is how Union should be played but I feel Guardian should be more useful to be inline with Union defensive characteristics.

Thus what I propose is to change Guardian's minefield ability to something else given when Union endgame superweapons start to surface, halting influence won't be useful in Union defensive or offensive efforts given Authority and Solidarity special endgame superweapons/bonuses/missions. I think the Guardian's ability could be like, protecting 2% of Union current deployment where the weapon is deployed into for 4 ticks, giving Union a chance to continue fight back when heavily bombed or invaded by the opposition. This would bode well with Union's defensive warfare where getting a stalemate will be the only chance Union can survive against numerous hostile deployments. For that I also suggest for Guardian's price to be bumped to prevent it from being abused. Union's economic bonus would help to cushion the price hike.

Shield Damage: 2. | Troop Casualties: 150,000-180,000

The Guardian is another unique defensive Superweapon and is the end-game weapon for the Union. When deployed, the Guardian will also activate an advanced shielding system that protect 2% of current Union forces from any harm for next 4 ticks.

Cost: 4,800,000 | Build Time: 12 ticks

Shield Damage: 2. | Troop Casualties: 150,000-180,000

The Guardian is another unique defensive Superweapon and is the end-game weapon for the Union. When deployed, the Guardian will also deploy additional two Kinetic Impactors for the next tick.

Guardian

Cost: 4,800,000 | Build Time: 10 ticks

Shield Damage: 2, 20% for 3. | Troop Casualties: 150,000-180,000

The Guardian is another defensive Superweapon and is the end-game weapon for the Union. When deployed, the Guardian will also activate a more advanced orbital minefield that will last for 4 warfare ticks. While active, enemy influence growth will be halved.
