"Hey! That's the schematic of Voyager" Scott exclaimed.
Jason quickly scanned the site and noticed nothing new except Rage had just posted in the latest story, it wasn't until he reached the bottom and saw the cbox that he saw Phantom's message.
"Voyager related instances?" Scott asked as he read it. "What?"
Jason quickly typed out a reply, 'Scott turned up in my car... Was this what happened last time?'
He then got Memory Alpha up and showed Scott the full article on Star Trek: Voyager...
Scott read the article and looked downcast, "you mean I wasn't even in the series?"

Ensign Murphy sat in the small dorm room, on the edge of an unmade bed. The seat was occupied by several piles of, hopefully clean, laundry. At a desk across the room, his excitable companion had been tapping on what appeared to be a primitive form of computer. On the shoutbox of the RPG forums, he posted his message:

"OMG! Guys you would not believe who I found! Someone that looks exactly like my character on here! Isn't that so weird? Anyways, how is everyone?"

Tom turned to face the Ensign. "This is so weird, someone on my RP forum is saying something about Voyager-themed events, wonder what they mean. Hey, want a drink?" Murphy nodded hesitantly as Tom hurried off out of the room somewhere.

Murphy strode over to the 'Laptop' and looked at the message that had appeared on the screen. Voyager-themed events? Could that be a subtle message from someone from Voyager? He wasn't sure, and after a second of thought, he decided to answer with his own coded message. He was still paranoid about potential repercussions of the temporal prime directive. He slowly typed out a message in the small box below the message, and poked the screen where it said 'Add Reply'. The computer did nothing.

He thought back to what Tom had done. He had kept stroking the small pad below the letter-pads on the laptop. As Ensign Murphy's finger brushed the touchpad, a small white arrow flew across the screen in front of him. It took him a few seconds to get used to it, but he shortly manoeuvred the arrow over the 'Add Reply' button, and pressed one of the buttons below the touchpad. It made a small clicking noise.

On the forum thread, his reply appeared:

"I had a lot of computer problems today. It was giving a lot of backtalk. Is that the same thing?"

ooc: All the lolz, Thomas!

ic: "What do you mean, you did it?" Janeway stood over Phantom, hands on her hips, death glare in full effect. "You're saying your board members are the reason the Dominion has taken over most of the Alpha Quadrant?"

"No, not them," Phantom said quickly. "It, uh, it was sort of my idea, and uh..."

"Fix it. Now."

"I'm not sure I can. See, last time we tried to just write you home, but I think it has to be done in a way that makes sense within the story..."

"Then start fixing it, now."

"I'll try, but I think we're going to need everyone on the board to get together and..." Phantom glanced at the screen, and her deeply red face brightened a bit. "Oh, hey, look, Scott and Thomas posted something!"

The two women leaned over the computer to read. "Computer problems," muttered Janeway. "LCARS started misbehaving just before all of this started. That might be the real Ensign Murphy."

"And Scott said the real version of his character showed up in his car. You all must be appearing wherever we are." Phantom typed out a reply on the thread: "Yes, yes it is. We need to figure out how many of them are here, and then find a way to send them back."

Janeway slid the keyboard to herself and added: "And to fix the problems we've caused in their universe."

The turbo lift hummed as it began its descent to the deck on which Simon was staying but Harry didn't notice a change in its internal appearance. The walls shifted into a rectangular box shape and numbers appeared on the panel next to the door. The numbers lit up one by one and a faint chime of a bell coincided with each number. Harry noticed the lit numbers were descending in order.

LCARS: "Going DO-OWN!"

"Eh-what?!"

Gallagher was starting to get angry, where was Harry?
He pointed at black Cape, "Will you please just stop?" He asked. As he did, the man went flying backwards. Suddenly two men jumped out and started firing, hitting the White men who returned Fire and missed every shot. You could have hit more by missing on purpose...

OOC: So i'm just gonna say that I study in California. Cause lolz.

Thomas was getting alot of stares as he walked down the street. People seemed to mutter something about 'Trekkies' or something like that whenever he walked by. It was a little disconcerting.

Judging by the readings he had obtained from his tricorder, the computer had somehow transported him to 21st century Earth. Somewhere on the Northern American continent as far as he could work out. He was at a loss of what to do now.

"Oh hey, cool costume! You a Voyager fan too?" Thomas turned as a man came up behind him. He looked young, perhaps late teens or early twenties. He was smiling and looking approvingly at his uniform.

"I'm Tom! Nice to meet you! Where did you get your uniform it's a really good cut. Are you at the University here? I bet you're in the Sci-Fi society right?" The man chattered in a quick, Scottish accent and thrust his hand towards Ensign Murphy and gave him an enthusiastic handshake. Murphy was a little bewildered and overwhelmed by the excitable fellow.

"Uh... ye..yea I suppose that makes sense... Um... Thomas Murphy." He spluttered in a response to the smiling scot, who's expression briefly changed to reflect that of surprise.

"Oh really? Thats weird. You have the same name of a character I play sometimes in a game..." He cocked his head a little as he gave Thomas a look over. "Actually... you kinda look like the avatar I chose for him... how weird is that!!" He finished excitedly as he began to walk on. Feeling like he had nowhere else to go, Murphy simply decided to tag along, especially since the eccentric Scot still seemed to be talking at him.

"Have you been here long? I wasn't sure about coming to California to study, but it's been great! I've always wanted to live in America, and know I am! Sometimes I miss Scotland though. And sometimes the weather here is too hot. I find that a good 12-15 degrees is good enough..." He paused momentarily. "I'm not sure what that is in American. Hey, where are you from? Are you Californian?" Tom looked back obliviously at the confused face of Thomas as he continued walking.

As Ensign Murphy stuttered through a response that he hoped wouldn't violate the Prime Directive, he was desperately hoping that someone would pick up the signal he had set his tricorder to emit on a frequency and using waves he was sure the technology of the time wouldn't be able to detect. He knew the chance was minuscule though.
The turbolift doors swooshed open and Harry saw the tricorder Thomas was tinkering with.

"Thomas?"

He barely got the word out before the turbolift doors swooshed shut again.

LCARS: "Uh, uh, uuuh!"

The lift hummed once more as it moved. Where it was moving, Harry did not know.

OOC: I need to get into this story.
"So... I lied. I cheated. I bribed men to cover the crimes of other men. I am an accessory to murder. But the most damning thing of all... I think I can live with it. And if I had to do it all over again, I would. Garak was right about one thing, a guilty conscience is a small price to pay for the safety of the Alpha Quadrant. So I will learn to live with it. Because I can live with it. I can live with it... Computer, erase that entire personal log."

After some more correspondence, mostly via PM, those trapped in the past were able to establish their situation with one another.

"There's really no way to copy more than one person on these messages?" Janeway asked.

"No, sorry," said Phantom.

They all agreed to meet in person somewhere to try to find a way to send everyone back to their own time. They would gather at...

ooc: Next person to reply gets to pick where. :)

OOC: Beijing! Just do it's equally a pain to get too for everyone :p

BIC:
"The majority of the others appear to be in America so I guess it makes sense for us to go there." Jason told Scott.
"Great, when do we leave? Where's the nearest transporter station?" Scott asked.
"Um... We don't have transporters..."
Scott looked at Jason aghast. "Orbital shuttle?"
"None of those either..."
Scott looked even more dejected. "Maglev rail?"
"Only if you want to go via Japan, that's a little out of our way..."
Scott's Earth geography wasn't all that it should be but he knew Japan wasn't very near Britain or America... "We walk?" These people seemed backwards enough for that...

After much deliberation, a meeting location was chosen in America, in New York City, as it was enough of a hub that everyone could catch a direct flight.

They picked a spot in Central Park, as it wouldn't look too conspicuous for a huge group to show up there with no apparent idea of what they were doing.

Phantom and Janeway stood awkwardly in the grass, neither sure what to say to the other as they waited for the rest of the board members and their characters-come-to-life to arrive.

Janeway finally said, "I'm surprised we survived that taxi ride. I've had less dangerous space battles."

Phantom attempted a smile. "I know. I really am sorry for the ones that were our fault."

Aaaand the awkwardness returned. Phantom hoped someone else arrived soon and they could start sorting this out.

Dr. Drone remained shackled to his chair. The thin piece of cloth-like sack that draped his otherwise naked body did nothing to spare him from the cold steel. Sitting across from him was a man, his psychiatrist who has been forcing him to look at the computer screen perched on the edge of the bare table.

"D-don't make me look.... I don't want to see..."

The memory from a few years back was slowly creeping back into his mind; the memory of when the Voyager crew came to visit them. It was real. He knew it was.

OOC: I've never been to New York! It might be time to take a walk... Via google maps!
Edit: Woah! It looks amazing! Moving to New York :P
Edit 2: The Amount of research I'm doing for this next post...
Edit 3: It's technically impossible to fly from Blackpool to New York in a Cessna... It would need 5 refuels and have about half left at the end. The main problem with that is there isn't an awful lot of land between Blackpool and New York to refuel...
