B'Elanna first looked at David. "No one, and I repeat no one, is going to get themselves buried in rocks. For now, half of us are going to keep this act up with those two clowns." B'Elanna nodded at the two guys behind them. "The rest will go after the two aliens. Who wants to go where?" She would make the final groups, but part of being a leader was listening.

Torres: It was pretty boring, until Ensign Farley started snoring and then no one could keep a straight face. Of course, the Doctor wasn't at all amused.
Paris: Oo! Hockey!
Torres: It was a shame that we had to cut the lecture short, but the warp core overloaded and then the Borg invaded and we were all assimilated.
Paris: Ah ha.
Torres: You haven't heard a single thing I've said, have you?

"If you don't mind, I'd like to go after the intruders. I think I almost go through to the one with a focused bandwidth and I'd like to try again. Also, If I go with you, maybe Daki will get into his think skull that I'm not his helpless mother."

Kirians
The Kirian Race is a species I created. They're from the M Class Planet,
Rianika and have an extra marker in the blood known as Luminol,
giving off a glow. Kirians are also Neophasic. They can
pass through solid objects except for dense metals or
biomatter. Adrenaline in the system nullifies that rule.

"I'll stick with you ma'm. Larson should go with Krys's group since there are only two security officers. Larson is good and he is very proficient in close quarters combat, which may come in handy with the intruders. Plus the kids are familiar with me that they are with Larson. Anyone have any ideas about if it is even possible now to get the dilithium? Also I still think that we should try rigging up a combadge up to a tricroder to see if we can boost the signal."
"So... I lied. I cheated. I bribed men to cover the crimes of other men. I am an accessory to murder. But the most damning thing of all... I think I can live with it. And if I had to do it all over again, I would. Garak was right about one thing, a guilty conscience is a small price to pay for the safety of the Alpha Quadrant. So I will learn to live with it. Because I can live with it. I can live with it... Computer, erase that entire personal log."

ooc: Who's on this away mission?

"Their jamming our commbadges," B'Elanna said quietly. "Right now, I don't want to worry about the dilithium. We need to deal with this problem first." She glanced at Harry. "Kim, what group do you want to be in?"

OCC: You, Krys, Larson, Harry, Hishamori and me six in total.
BIC: "The tricorders work though, is it possible to have the combadge hooked up to a tricorder and the tricorder is running a rotating frequency? If we hit the right frequency we could be able to get past the jamming signal right?" David said looking at Torres. "I'm a security officer not an engineer so I have no clue if what I said could really work. Also with all due respect ma'm, as the ranking security officer on this away team, I advise we at least try that."

Larson was glad to go with the team going after the aliens. He hoped they could find a way to get past the jamming signal. David's theory sounded like it would work, but Torres would be the one to make the call on that.

As everyone looked around, they suddenly realized that Daki and Renalia were missing.

Krys glanced behind her and balled up a fist in agigation. "They're gone. Did anyone happen to see where the little drama mongers went?"

Pordin raised his hand. "Can I come? They went off after the projection of those mean guys, to see if it would work for a scene. I'm not supposed to be in it, so they said I should stay here, but I want to fight one of the bad guys."

"Aww, why?" Pordin whined. "How dangerous could it be? It's just a projection!"

A high-pitched scream erupted from somewhere deeper in the caves, then abruptly cut out.

"Stay here! Krys with me!" David said, already heading to the sound of the scream.

Shouting began to echo through the caves. Completely ignoring David and heedless of the danger, Pordin ran toward the noise. "Daki! Renalia! Are you okay? What's happening?!"
