Trianna rushed to Astrometrics when she got the message. She was almost at the holodeck, ready to relax for a few hours- but of course Voyager got into a fight with aliens at least once a month. Turning on her console, she inputted a large grid scan of the area with the specifications of the ship already found by Lt. Cohen. OOC: results? Edited by Trianna Lex, Mar 5 2013, 08:05 PM.

ooc: Oops, my bad, Dave! Edited. ic: Janeway nodded. "Take whoever you need." In Astrometrics, the scan began analyzing the background radiation, noise, and other inputs from the system, searching for any anomalies. Within a few minutes, it beeped, alerting Trianna that it had found something. |

The moment Daki said "recording," alarm bells went off in Krys' head. "Renalia, how much were you able to record?" |

NPC Kids Renalia shrugged. "I think I have most of it. Want me to play it back for you?" |

"Thanks." Within a 15 minutes the away team was in the Flyer, getting ready to head to scan the planet's moons. "Take us out Mr. Paris." OCC: Should I NPC Tom or wait? |
"So... I lied. I cheated. I bribed men to cover the crimes of other men. I am an accessory to murder. But the most damning thing of all... I think I can live with it. And if I had to do it all over again, I would. Garak was right about one thing, a guilty conscience is a small price to pay for the safety of the Alpha Quadrant. So I will learn to live with it. Because I can live with it. I can live with it... Computer, erase that entire personal log."

Trianna zeroed in on the object. She had discovered something, but what? Running a narrower band, she requested the computer come up with something more detailed. |

Krys smiled at the girl's enthusiasm, hiding a grimace at the possible implications of this ability. "Yeah, go ahead." |

ooc: Dave, we can let SteelShark know to jump in. You just wrote up a perfect summary of the story to get him up to speed. Trianna's Location An energy reading flew up from the surface of the planet, growing larger as it rose through the upper atmosphere. NPC Renalia Renalia closed her eyes, and moments later a three-dimensional image of the away team, plus the two boys, appeared in front of them. Her brow furrowed in concentration, and the walls of the transporter room morphed into a replica of the cave down on the planet. The scenes of their initial meeting played out, except that Daki was now attired as Brightstar the Sunwalker, and Pordin as some sort of armor-clad, gun-toting mercenary, and the conversation had been changed to a discussion of finding Singularity's hideout. Mercenary set off into the caves alone (this was apparently the part where Pordin and Renalia went off on their own) and was soon attacked by the two bounty hunters (who now wore long, black capes with high collars). Pordin cried out, and then the projection became blurry as Renalia was grabbed. The images cut out, only to re-appear as the bounty hunters conversed with the away team, laughing over their impending victory. Then Krys lunged forward, filling the scene. The surrounding area melted into a confusing blend of colors and textures that spun and meshed together, and then rapidly re-aligned themselves to show the cave on the other side of the wall. Renalia's voice spoke, though she couldn't be seen. "What...what just happened? I...I recorded it, but..." "No, no, no," Pordin's voice interrupted. The projection abruptly vanished, revealing the transporter room behind it. Pordin was waving his arms. "Renalia, you're not supposed to be in the scene." "I know," she retorted. "I just didn't edit that part yet." She crossed her arms. "But what about the first part?" "That part was great!" he enthused. "You did the costumes really well, though I want to make a couple changes to the dialogue." |

Tom nodded as he passed his hand over the console, he pressed his buttons and pulled at his levers. He loved flying this shuttle! "Heading out," he said as he maneuvered towards the moons ahead of the vessel. |

"Robinson work with Montero and Gunther to mask our signature. I don't want anyone over there to know we are coming. Tom, keep us low and steady. Under their sensor range." David said as he went over the tactical systems. |

Tom nodded as he skilfully kept them in range of scanning but of of range of their sensors. |

Astrometrics to the Bridge. I believe they are exiting the atmosphere on the opposite side of the planet from us. If we don't disable them now, they'll get away. OOC: An educated guess.

ooc: Good guess. But...ic: The blip on sensors began to take more clear form. It was too small to be a ship, or even a shuttle, and it was moving far too fast. As Trianna watched, the object changed its course in an arc, heading toward the shuttle that had just departed from Voyager. |

Tom noticed the object flying towards them and began to input commands to move away from it while staying away from the sensor net. "Can anyone tell me what that is?!" he asked |

"Evasive maneuvers! It's a torpedo!" David said as he raised shields and brought weapons online. "Any of you picking up anything else?" He asked the rest of the team. Flyer to Voyager. We have a torpedo inbound from the planet. Attempting evasive maneuvers =^= Edited by David Cohen, Mar 7 2013, 02:46 PM.
