"The entire crew? Out just like that?"
"So... I lied. I cheated. I bribed men to cover the crimes of other men. I am an accessory to murder. But the most damning thing of all... I think I can live with it. And if I had to do it all over again, I would. Garak was right about one thing, a guilty conscience is a small price to pay for the safety of the Alpha Quadrant. So I will learn to live with it. Because I can live with it. I can live with it... Computer, erase that entire personal log."

NPC Pish
"Just like that," Pish confirmed. "You and your people here might be the only ones left awake from your whole crew. I don't know how fast they'll be able to rewire the systems to get access, though. If they finish, they'll fly it away. They were supposed to meet us a couple lightyears away from here to make the exchange." Something seemed to occur to him. "Oh no...they were planning on cutting me out of the deal from the beginning, weren't they?"

"Yes they were. It will take them a while to get through the security systems. Thanks for the help." David went to the front of the Flyer, making sure the force field was still in place around the back of the Flyer. He then quickly explained the situation to the others. "Tom, get us back to Voyager and mask out signature somehow. Work with Robinson and the others on that." Once we are close enough we will beam onto Voyager in the EV suits. Robinson you are with me while the rest of you get to Sickbay and activate the Doc. Help him figure out a way to counter act whatever was brought on board. Seal yourselves into Sickbay if you have to."

Meanwhile, on Voyager...

"This system is complicated," whined Hoagie as he looked over data at the tactical console. "It's going to take forever!"

"Shut up and keep working," Gero said. "That shuttle of theirs is still off chasing our 'employers.' We should have enough time for you to get access to weapons, at least, and destroy them." He surveyed the unconscious bodies of the bridge crew, imagining the mountain of money they would get for stealing this ship. The original plan--to capture the away team and trade them back to Voyager with the machine in tow--hadn't quite worked, but this option would be just as good.

After some creative tinkering, the Flyer got up close to Voyager. "Ok you all know what to do. Good luck." Tom hit the transporter and the away team beamed onto Voyager. Tom, Gunter, and Montero beamed into Sickbay. "Computer activate EMH" Montero said. The Doctor appeared "Please state the nature of the medical emergency. Why are you three in EV suits?" He said "Doc, the ship was boarded and something was released that knocked out the crew. We were on the Flyer. We need your help to figure out what it was and how to wake the crew up." Montero said. Meanwhile Robinson and David beamed into Engineering which was empty apart from the engineers who were unconscious. "Ok we need to take control of the ship."
"So... I lied. I cheated. I bribed men to cover the crimes of other men. I am an accessory to murder. But the most damning thing of all... I think I can live with it. David motioned for Robinson to cover him as he crept over there, his phaser rifle ready. Robinson was right behind him.

NPC Daki
Daki squealed in fright as the two men suddenly jumped at him bearing weapons. "Oh..." he breathed, seeing David. "Oh, it's you guys! Hey, do you know what happened? Everybody just fell asleep, so we went to try to find somebody, and...I guess I got lost."

OCC: Thanks for putting 'me' on the spot. ;)
BIC:

David's mind was working on overdrive, trying to spin a story, not knowing what they had already been told by Janeway. "Well Singularity's agents got here and only a few of us were able to escape their trap. Now we have to beat them and take back our place." He said. I hope he buys it. I'm running out of ideas he though

ic: NPC Daki
Daki blinked up at David. "Singularity isn't real. We just made him up." He gave it a moment's consideration. "But that's a good twist. I'll tell Renalia and Pordin that we should add it into the story." He stood up and moved closer to the officers. "So, hey, who are you guys, really? Are we really on a spaceship? Because that would be amazing! And we wouldn't tell anybody. Not a word, I promise!"

OCC: Thanks a lot.

Kid is smart. Hope the Captain will understand, besides it isn't the first time something like this has happened. Wait a minute..

"It is a spaceship sort of. It is a stage set we made. Like the detail?"

Hope the kid buys it

NPC Daki
"Yeah!" Either Daki was very gullible, or he was so far removed from normalcy that he was willing to believe anything. "And those guys, they're just regular criminals or something, right? Wearing costumes, or projecting? Ooh, that means you guys are the law enforcement, right? Can we ride in your hovercar?"

"They aren't just regular criminals, they are very dangerous. You better stay here and stay safe and yes we are law enforcement. Once we get these guys we may let you ride in our hovercar. Did you see where the guys go?"

OCC: When Tom wants, he can jump in and take the Sickbay team.

"Yay!" Daki hugged David. "They said something about a bridge. A bridge to where? Is there a river on your set? Because I saw this one projection where they jumped off a bridge and then flew over a river while fighting with laser guns, and it was amazing! Can we do that?"

David's brain was in overdrive, trying to stay one step ahead of this kid.

"Well this set is of an entire ship so the bridge is where we control everything. We have it set up so that if want to move the engines, we hit a button and the engines move up and down. We don't have a river that I know of but this is a really big ship so we may." David said, trying to figure out a way to get this mission done. He hoped that the rest of the away team was having better luck with the Doc in Sickbay.

OCC: If the Doc wants to join in he is more than welcome to.
