ooc: We haven't done something completely silly in a while, so I thought I'd start a topic where everyone can go crazy with their superpowers from the main story. This is where you can give your character all those powers you wanted in the main story, but that would have been a bit too much for that particular plot. There's only one rule: When you first post, list your powers (no more than five or so, please; don't just give yourself every power in the book). You can't add any more powers after that first post. The premise is that everyone's characters are battling each other with these superpowers. I have no idea why. (Think "Voyager Paintball" from a few years ago.) You can make up any motivation you like for your character and any explanation for what they're trying to accomplish. This is a free-for-all, so have fun with it! ic: Janeway stood in her ready room, watching sparks fly between her fingers as she contemplated the situation on the ship. It had turned into a battle royale, which was completely unacceptable. Order needed to be restored. She had to find those who would still follow her, and eliminate any who stood in her way. She felt that now-familiar burning in the back of her head, which strengthened her resolve. Yes, in the past, perhaps she wouldn't have resorted to such rash, violent action, but that was then. This was now. Fire didn't adhere to any sense of control. Neither would she. ooc: Yes, Janeway is a villain in this story. Powers: Can shoot fire-based attacks. Can completely ignite her own body, making her immune to most energy-based attacks. Can control whether or not her attacks set things on fire (because I'd rather not burn the whole ship to pieces).

OOC: Yes... Yes, yes YES!!! Genetic abilities still in play, New Ability Format is such -> "#. Base Power:Additional effects" 1. Can generate force-fields:manipulate them minutely, control their opacity, block Telepathic and Psychic intrusion or attacks 2. Invisibility: Self and/or target person or object 3. Regeneration: Increased Stamina, Accelerated Healing, Ability to heal others 4. Temporary Power Mimicry:can sense location of other people with powers, can only copy within a certain range. IC: Krys pelted through the hallways at break-neck pace, light on her toes and silent, never slowing, never pausing. She felt the tingle in her lungs and chest as her regeneration ability kept her functioning at peak capacity, staving off the effects of fatigue or exhaustion. Wary looking crewmen crouched in alcoves, wielding either weapons or abilities. Sometimes cowering, sometimes sniping at one another. None of them reacted to her presence. She felt alive, she felt in control. Finally, she stopped and extended her consciousness out into the corridors around her. She could feel the energy of her surroundings as dark shadows of slightly differing luminances. Personnel with abilities glowed like phosphorescent human-shaped light-bulbs. She picked out two level 2 telepaths, a level 1 speedster, a level 3 psycho-coercive, 8 different variations of low-level elemental kinetics, and finally, she located her quarry. A level 4 Pyro. Krys opened her eyes and phased directly upwards through the decks, until she was even with the Pyro. Then, still completely invisible, she continued her approach at a much slower, more cautious pace. |

occ:Yay!! 1.Highly advanced regenerative, abilities, able to fully regrow detached limbs, and major organs, including the brain. 2.Immensely powerful, shape shifting abilities, able to grow, make and change into anything that is organic. 3.Has super powered brute strength, can pick up just about anything under 100 tons, and throw it, punch can also do serious harm to organs and bones. 4.Has become a parasitic-symbiote, is mostly parasitic, can consume, others and use bodies as vessals or puppets to attack enemies, and can bond with other living things and forceably change their form to hers. (Post rated PG-13 for violence) IC:All around Hishamori was blood, body parts, screams of agony, and more blood, her uniform, was stained red in several area's, her hands were also covered in blood, and her tendrils were covered in blood as well, you could hear crunching, coming from one of the dark corners in the room, and that was one Hish's tendrils eating one of the pyschotic crew members that had come and attacked Hishamori. She breathed in and out and picked up a severed arm and then started to bite into it, eating the meat off the bone, she then started to walk to one of the intact corpses that her tendrils had just stabbed, she kneeled down to the corpse and made a little worm like tendril come from her hand which she then put into the corpse, the corpse then twitched and moved like it was having a seziure, before stopping and then standing up, with hish also standing up, it looked straight ahead with unfocused eyes and then picked up one of the severed limbs on the ground and eat it, hish did the same thing to other corpses that were intact, soon, she had a group of zombie like creatures walking around, Hish had to resist the urge to squeal in happiness, about her new children, she did smile, and if it wasn't obvious now, Hish's eyes glowed red and she had a sadistic smile on her face. It was a offical, Hishamori had gone insane. She however decided to wait, before moving on, Don't want the children to get killed to early, do we now? Hish thought with a amused smile on her face before sitting down and relaxing, while her 'children' ate their meals. ooc:lol, made Hish a bit pychoatic, but that doesn't mean she's completely lost it, she's just now a little unscrewed.

ooc: I forgot to mention that normal board rules still apply, so please mark any PG-13 posts as such, along with why they're rated that way (violence, etc.) Please don't go beyond PG-13. ![]() ic: With a concentrated force of will, Janeway turned herself to flame, though she made sure not to set the surrounding walls and floor on fire. No sense in destroying the entire ship when there were still some aboard who were loyal to her. She enjoyed the feeling of being one with energy, of having such vast power under her control. Then she blasted a hole in the door to the corridor, allowing the charred edges to smolder a bit before she extinguished them, and stepped through to take back control of her ship. |

ooc:I was pretty vague actually, while yes it was pg-13 a bit, it wasn't really all that graphic. so eh. but I'll give warnings though, if you really need it, though the main graphic thing I did was the blood part, but I'll give warning incase it does happen. ic:Hishamori along with her with her, well zombie minions walked through the halls towards engineering planning on making sure, any on of the really insane crew members didn't cause the ship to explode or decided to take control and use the ship for their own personal gains. |

Krys floated, completely invisible and half-way phased into the upper wall of the corridor. She phased out fully, stepping lightly onto an invisible force-field and kneeling on it. She manipulated the field to act as a hovering saucer, almost like a flying carpet, and used it to float along behind Janeway. Still completely invisible, she began moving in and out of auditory range, whispering, circling, coming from different angles. "Madness..." Zoom away and circle... "Chaos..." Slide back and up. "It's not your ship anymore." "They're taking it." "Stealing it." "Right out from...." "Under you." "It's theirs." "Theirs." From a different angle. "Theirs." different angle. "Theirs." different angle... "Theirs." different angle..... She continued haunting Janeway in this manner, barely audible, just loud enough for Janeway to doubt that it was her imagination. All the while, Krys was absorbing as much of Janeway's power as she could. |

ooc: Lol, that's messed up! Btw, does anybody play Magic: The Gathering? Because I'm definitely borrowing from their characterization of red decks here. ic: With the heat crawling across her skin and burning in her thoughts, it was impossible to ignore the voices whispering around her. Janeway felt as if she had to abandon her sense of self-control every time she used her powers; as if the fire made her inherently unstable. She didn't mind too much; there was a sense of freedom in it. Also, with so much destructive power to play with, who needed to worry about control? The voices were right; they had taken her ship. She was going to get it back. |

OOC: So my creativity has a twisted side, what can I say xD. And yes, I do play magic. IC: Krys grinned and chuckled quietly, just adding to the madness, and continued to circle and haunt the former ships captain. "It's theirs" "You're weak." "Failure." "You're losing." "You've already lost." "It's gone." "You can't do anything." "It's hopeless." "Hopeless." "Hopeless." "Hopeless." "Hopeless." "Hopeless." |

ooc:And I thought, I what I'm doing with hish was messed up? lol, and yeah I know what your talking about phantom, though, I also recall their not that powerful in terms of actual brute strength, and can be beaten simply because they don't properly control their powers, and can actually kill themselves if they aren't careful. |

ooc: Yeah, red decks focus on dealing quick, direct damage to other players, which often involves sacrificing their own creatures or dealing damage to themselves. They can do well in one-on-one games because when they do win, it happens really fast. I usually play mono-black or blue-black. ic: Lashing out, Janeway blasted a hole in one of the bulkheads, which fortunately wasn't connected to the outside of the ship, but just to another area of the deck. The fire burned hotter. |

OOC: Oh man, I don't know about this one. Might be a little bit too wild. Oh well, I'll see how ridiculously overpowered I can make myself... Ability #1: Like an amoeba, he can split himself in two and so make copies of himself. Each copy has this ability as well. Ability #2: He has a telepathic link with all copies of himself. Again, the copies also have this. Ability #3: Emotional control - He can control others emotions, e. g. make them angry, afraid, completely apathetic, completely contented for no reason, etc. This power is most effective when he can see his target, although if he knows they are nearby he can also do this to a lesser degree. The copies have this too. Ability #4: Magnetism/control of metal - On a ship, this is very useful. The copies have this too. Ability #5: Can turn into pure energy - Punches from him in energy form are akin to phaser blasts. Touching him is like touching plasma. If he walks into someone while in energy form, he will likely burn them to a crisp. In this form he can fly because energy is not bound by gravity. The copies have this too. I'll post what he does after you guys read this

"Hotter." "More." "Brighter." Krys knew the more energy Janeway poured into this random outburst, the more exhausted she'd become. All the easier to defeat. |

ooc: Lipton, want to join my team? I have a feeling Janeway by herself is going to get killed off pretty fast! ic: She didn't stop channeling flame into the bulkhead until an entire section of the wall had been melted away. The smell of burnt metal filled the corridor, and scorch marks stained the carpet and ceiling. She smiled, then sent a few more blasts of fire in random directions, unaware that one of them went straight toward Krys. |

Krys nonchalantly tilted her little force-field hoverboard so that the flame splashed along the field and dissipated harmlessly. She didn't realize until after she had done so, however, that the movement of the flame might have alerted Janeway to her presence. She quickly circled again, taking up a random alternate location in hopes of remaining unknown. |
