Located below are some answers to basic FAQ's. This list will be updated in case another question appears, so make sure to check in often! :3

I can't upload my custom avatar!

To upload your custom avatar, it must be 150x150 in size or smaller. It also must be 35 KB or smaller. To make the image 35 KB or less, you must save the image as a .jpg or .gif. This reduces the size in KB format.

Why isn't my post count increasing when I post in the Spam section?

The board is set to where your post count does not increase when posting in the Spam section of the forum. This is the only section that will not change your post count.

Can we change our username?

No, unfortunately. We do not change usernames. This is to prevent confusion among members and staff.

How do I upload an image in my signature?

First, click on your username in the top left-hand corner to access your profile. Second, click on "Profile Options" and then "Edit Signature". Make sure to copy the [IMG] code and then paste it in the signature box. Once you post the code, hit "Edit Signature" and it should appear.

Where can I get banners for my signature?

If available, you may visit the graphics or art forums of the board. Many members will be sure to make a banner/avatar for you if you ask nicely and credit them (:

Are we allowed to bump topics?

No. You may only bump a topic if it is contributing to the conversation at hand or if the topic has been dead for more then 5 weeks. Simply posting "bump" every five minutes or so is considered spam and will get your topic deleted.

I don't understand the double-post rule!

To further explain this rule, double-posting is not allowed within regular topics. If you wish to respond to more then one person in a topic, quote them in one post or answer them all in one post. However, if you are doing "saves" for your fanfiction/graphic shop/RPG to simply save room so you don't overrun the character limit of your first post(s), you may double-post. Only then is double-posting allowed. Also, you may post only twice in a row regarding the spam section.

How do I contact the staff if I have an issue?

The staff are very simple to contact thanks to our PM system. Simply PM any staff member with the issue at hand and we will do our best to assist you (:
Keep in mind though, we also are busy and may not answer right away! We will be sure to work out any issues you may have when we are online! :3

Someone sent me a PM I didn't like and I want to report it! How would I report this to a staff member?

I believe there is a "report" button within the PM. However, if there is not, tell a staff member right away through PM! We will do our best to resolve the problem at hand. We may ask for a screencap of the PM if it contains inappropriate content or hurtful content. We like to make our decisions fairly and through concrete proof before we decide the consequence(s) of a member.

May we make more then one account here?

No, you may not. We ask that you have only ONE account. Anyone caught with more than one account (unless approved otherwise) will have the second account deleted and given a raise on their warn level.

What is the "Warn Level"?

The warn level system is a system used by the staff to monitor every member's behavior. If a warn level is high, we will monitor their posts and actions. Your warn level is only seen by you and the staff--other members and guests cannot see your warn level whatsoever.

How do I lower my warn level so I don't get suspended/banned?

To get your warn level lowered, you must abide by the rules and be on your best behavior. If the staff sees that you haven't broken any rules and have behaved properly, we will lower your warn level by one level each time.

What's the difference between being suspended and being banned?

When you are suspended, you are forbidden to access the site for however long we make your suspension. Your suspension time varies depending on what you have done. Suspension is temporary and you will be allowed to access the site again when your time is up.
When you are banned, you are forbidden to access the site forever. Banned members do not return under any circumstances. When you are banned, there is a very good reason for it! Also, by no means do the staff announce banning or suspensions to the public. Do not ask why someone was banned or suspended, your post/PM will be ignored or deleted. This is for the privacy of the member and is kept confidential between the staff. So all in all, follow the rules and you won't have any worries!

If you have any questions about those listed above, PM a staff member for further information or post in this thread.

Hmm..I'll have to see what the deal is there. I asked a friend of mine and they said .jpg or .gif. I guess it depends on the image. (:

Probably! :3
Also, another question. Who exactly are the staff? xD I know there's you, but are there others?
And, is the minimum time allowed for a bump like 30 minutes or so? xD I'm a little confused.

Well, not yet xD I plan to "hire" a few staff members. I know a few people on another site I'm a part of that knows a lot about forum stuff and can handle it (:
And no, lol. You may only bump a topic if it has been dead for a few weeks. Otherwise, bumping isn't allowed (:
