when I am dealing with some painful thoughts I let it all out. No matter what it is I never bottle it up. I cry and while I cry I listen to music that relates to what im going through. REALIZE if you can find a song that talks about your hurt, there's a sign that you're not alone. then I sit down with a pen and paper and I start writing about whats causin the downsides so I can organize my status thought that are making me cry and feel bad. doesn't make me feel any better than I go talk to my mom or my sister and my brother or my boyfriend, and best friend. sometimes I go on a long walk until I reached a feild where nobody around are no houses cars highways are on the way to see me and I sit down and I scream and scream and scream n cry letting the frustration out. An I pull out the grass out the ground and I just cry because after I do that I feel so much better. there are many other ways to cope with your pain please do not on yourself by hurting yourself and giving the people who are causing your pain the satisfaction of ruining your life. I just wish that sometimes I could be somewhere else been in a sad place that doesn't always work who won and I realize that is not worth hurting myself because there arepeople who do you love me. -danigirl |

I dont hurt myself but I feel like Im screaming and nobody listens, I listen to music too. I read to take me out of my misery. That helps alot! All the emotions started to stop andd I made new friends at a youth club and had loads of fun! Your right its not worth hurting ourselves! |

Some times i like to write my problems on paper, scrunch it up and throw it in the bin, you'd be surprised how your body reacts to it. |

Whenever I struggle with my on and off depression, I always listen to music. No matter what your favorite genre is, there are songs in that genre that put so beautifully into words what you are feeling. Sometimes I even sing these songs to myself to make me feel better! Also, writing, even if you don't think you are any good at it, can help you so much! Whenever I feel like my parents or friends aren't listening to me, I write down how I feel, and because I have been doing that so long I have become quite good at writing and now have something I like about myself. But please, if you are feeling pain, DON'T bottle it up! Find some outlet for it, whether it is a person or a hobby or activity. |

When I feel pain I swear my arse off Obviously, that's not too effective unless it's physical..Music is great, not only listening but writing your own songs.. I play guitar and song writing really does help whenever I'm stressed or feeling down. Try writing some lyrics and sing to a tune if you don't play an instrument..

When I feel pain I scream, I listen to music, I smoke and I swear. Simple.
