Another to add, watch funny youtube videos ![]() Laughter is always a good thing! And write poetry... My mom used to tell me to take a piece of paper and write all the negative feelings you are having and then tear it up into tiny little pieces. It feels like you are ripping some of the negativity from your life. I always do that or look at cute animal pictures. |

Another one i love to do is do something physically draining eg running, exercise etc. It helps me clear my mind, or something mindless like doing dishes

Excercise, dance to your favourite song, SING! Learn something new. Join a club at school. Cuddle a pet. Talk to a parent. Read a scary book. Write a sketch. Draw a picture. Dress up for no reason. Breathe. Set an attainable goal. Make up silly new lyrics to a favourite song. Write bad poetry deliberately. Find something funny- humour will get you through the darkest places in life. Do whatever makes you feel strong or proud volunteer! Draw a moustache on your face. Bubble bath and hot chocolate. |
