This isn't a quick and easy solution. Maybe a once a week thing at most. Be careful tho. Fire is dangerous!

Optional step one/planning:
Invite a few CLOSE friends over who you absolutely trust. Or grab them and go to a place that has a fire pit or a fire place.
Also bring some snacks or something.
Step one:
Write a letter to whoever made you mad or you feel like you hate. (Whether it be a bully, friend, teacher, family member, or even yourself). You can read your letters out loud to your friends (I highly recommend this) but you can keep your letters to yourself if you want to.
Step two:
Burn them.
Step three:
Say the persons name who you wrote the letter to then say something along the lines of "...I forgive you and know there is some part of you that is absolutely amazing."

My friends and I did this my senior year of high school once or twice a month, sometimes more frequently if one of us needed it. It always ended in a lot of crying. We would always have a snack or something and hang out having a heart to heart, that usually always ending in a crazy giggle-fest that got so rambunctious someone once called the cops on us! XD
