This isn't a quick and easy solution. Maybe a once a week thing at most. Be careful tho. Fire is dangerous!

Optional step one/planning:
Invite a few CLOSE friends over who you absolutely trust. Or grab them and go to a place that has a fire pit or a fire place.
Also bring some snacks or something.
Step one:
Write a letter to whoever upset you. (Whether it be a bully, friend, teacher, family member, or even yourself). You can read your letters out loud to your friends (I highly recommend this) or you can keep your letters to yourself if you want to.
Step two:
Burn them. (CAREFULLY!)
Step three:
Say the persons name who you wrote the letter to then say something along the lines of "...I forgive you and know there is some part of you that is absolutely amazing."

My friends and I did this my senior year of high school once or twice a month, sometimes more frequently if one of us needed it. It always ended in a lot of crying. We would always have a snack or something and hang out having a heart to heart, that usually always ending in a crazy giggle-fest that got so rambunctious someone once called the cops on us! XD

what you doing here is on a spiritual level. your trying to release your emotions. there are other ways. enroll in meditation classes. or just talk to your peers about the issues and problems. talking releases the very emotions from inside you to the outside world. Having the same effect as burning. Burning isn't advised unless you dwell in sorcery. Good or evil not relevant. Still has the same effect. Mediation what that does [the eastern way.] it clams your mind, and allows you to neutralise negative emotions so people don't get to you. If you mediate people start feeling a white light effect around you and stay away if their intention is to hurt you. Meditation also brings about a change in life style help those who are good lead a decent lifestyle. But one needs to maintain the meditation on a daily basics. If you stop once you will have the urge to stop altogether.

Look at it this way. Meditation is love, love is mediation. you stop and negativity settles in, negativity brings fear, lust, bulling, hated people and so on.
