If you are in pain ..

Hey guys ! I decided to share my ways of how I positively deal with the pain of losing someone. Losing someone sucks, it really does. It doesn't matter how you lose them it hurts just as much when there gone. I have gone through losing some many people in the last couple of years and my eyes have finally opened.

So the way I have dealt and lived through each day recently is:

1. If you haven't cried, cry! It doesn't show that your weak. It shows that your strong enough to mourn over someone. I think this works to a step of relieving pain because all the feelings that are bottled up just seem to flow through the tears.

2. If you think you need to talk to someone talk! I felt like I had no one to talk to but once I opened my eyes I realized I have so many people that were there for me. I had best friends who I could truly trust. But if you cant trust anyone or you find it hard describing it to people face to face or you don't want to talk to any family members. You can always talk to me! You never know I might know how your feeling ! I've been through allot.

3. Going through a walk or a run. I find that exercise helped cleared my mind alot! I sometimes go for runs so that the only thing that I can hear is my heart beat. Walking helps to, it helps me think! I mostly do dancing to help me through but that's just me! Exercise is a great way to let anger or your emotions out.

4.Write a letter. Now this letter doesn't esactly have to be to anyone. Just to get all your emotions out! It helped me allot.

5. Just breathe loves. Take a deep breath! If you make a mistake, its OK! We are all human we all make mistakes! And remember you are all beautiful ! If any one tells you differently they need to open there eyes and look.

How I deal with pain is to cry, just let it out. If I'm angry I go shoot pool. It helps me cause I'm playing a game I love and for some reason I play better. Another thing is exercise. I go for a walk or swim. If its cold outside go to the mall just to walk around and clear your head. Make sure if you need a friend, you don't only have the people you know personally. You can always find someone to talk to that knows what you're going through.
