there are 2 ways to do this

1st option:
step 1: grab paper and a pen or pencil
step 2: write about why your upset who made you upset etc.
step 3: read it over 2 or 3 times to make sure its PERFECT!
step 4: BURN IT!

2nd option:
step 1: grab a diary note book etc.
step 2: write each day in the journal about something that up sets u or makes u mad etc. until the journal is full
step 3: after the journal is filled read it all... to review everything
step 4: BURN IT

i have had many friends who have tried this method and it helps them a lot i hope it helps who ever uses it! :) <3 STAY STRONG <3
