Find an escape,
whenever you feel like self harm is the answer find something to substitute.

-Talk to Someone you trust
-Write Poetry
-Read a Favourite Book
-Role-play as Someone else
-Draw/Sketch
-Go for a Run
-Go Work Out
-Hangout with some Friends
-Take a Bubble Bath
-Paint your Nails
-Take Ice and Put it on your wrist, The sensation will take your mind off self harm
-Take a Hot Shower
-Scrap booking
-Take a Nap

These things are things that have helped me, i hope they can help some of you, If any of you need anyone to talk to feel free to message me <3
