My teacher gave me this idea, when I was going through my pain.

She told me to write my feelings on a piece of paper and once I had done that to rip it up.
She also told me that if I wanted to self-harm again, instead of cutting to scream into a pillow, it really helped. I know it's not much but atleast it's something :)
