Along with my other post. These, too, may not work for everybody, but they may for some, they way they did for me. -Every once in a while, take a nice, long, warm, relaxing, bubble bath. JUST DON'T FALL ASLEEP! -Go for a walk, or a jog if you prefer, to get some fresh air. Believe it or not, it helps clear your mind, especially if the air is cool. -Exercise a little, do some sit-ups, push-ups, or jumping jacks. Keep it as simple or complex as you want, helps relieve stress and keep you in shape-which is always good (: . -Watch the sunset if you can, or sun rise if you are up early enough. The beautiful sight is relaxing, and a great way to end a day, or begin one. -Dance! With a friend or by yourself. It's a great way to just let go of everything, and go crazy. -Scream into a pillow, it actually releases built up tension and emotions. -Smile and laugh as often as you can. Have you ever been caught crying? What do you do? I don't know, but I do know that I start laughing. Not only does it somewhat cover the sadness or the facts, it actually uplifts your spirits a little. -Play a video game. A violent video game if you wish. They help take your mind off your current situation, and if you wish you can imagine the 'bad guys' that you are getting rid of are those evil people picking on you. Again hope this helps!
