A few things that helped me when I was on the edge of breaking 1. Everyday, take one negative thought and replace it with one positive thought. 2. Focus on what makes you happy rather than dwell on the things that dont matter. 3. Yoga. It helps relieve strees, anxiety, anger, depression, etc. (in love with it!!) 4. Keep a diary. Even if you dont have anyone to talk to, it helps with getting things off your chest. 5. Dont keep things bottled up. 6. Go volunteer for your local animal shelter or charty. Someone else out there needs help to. Dont be selfish and only worry about your needs. These are a few of the things that helped me. If you want to talk, just message me. Im here. |
