The Ultimate Failure
I'm probably not the first to suggest this, but at the moment I don't feel like going through and seeing if t's been said. I suggest drawing, because it's a way to just let your feeling flow out of you and onto the paper. It doesn't matter if it's good or bad, as long as it lets your emotions out. I know most of our drawings will be pretty dark or sad, so if they remind you of painful things just hide them or burn them (be careful with burning them). It's what I do! I have a couple of my pictures under 'Drawing' if you want to see.

I agree with this, I've been through a lot lately and I draw to take my mind of things:)

I used to draw but sometimes I'll get the pencil (or pen) and for some reason nothing comes to mind.
It's almost like I freeze up, I don't know how to describe it really.
The only drawing done from me at that point is usually (sad but true) by my tears falling into the paper.
